    Our tech David was on time, courteous, and professional - he knew plumbing and fixed our problem within a short time, on a Saturday, one day after we called. We will use this company again!!We had ARS come back again after a self fixit went wrong. Josh helped us this time and again, courteous, professional, cleaned up- ARS squeezed us in the next day and didn’t even charge us for anything but the service call - we hadn’t tightened something enough but Josh quickly found the issue, tightened, and no leaky toilet. Wonderful company!!

    We recently purchased a home in the country and we understood that sometimes things will just break down. From the first moment that I called ARS I spoke to young lady named Haley, who provided great customer service.Chris was the plumber who came to our home the next morning, he Immediately knew the issue, and he gave it to me straight. His craftsmanship Is next level. ARS you have a true plumber. Anytime I need repair. He will be a tech that I will request again.

    I called ARS/Rescue Rooter on 8/29/2024 at 11am the young lady in the office took my info and soon after Frank called me back to discuss replacing my water heater( he had all my info from a previous estimate). About 3 hours later Chris was there installing our new water heater. Chris did an AWESOME job and we couldn’t be happier with our new water heater. Everyone we dealt with at ARS were SUPER friendly and very helpful. Thanks for everything Frank, Chris, and all the office staff.

    5 stars are for the speed of the appointment and repair. James my repair tech was very nice and quickly solved the issue. I am not satisfied with my original phone call because I specifically asked if the 109 dollar fee was a service call only or did it include repair costs as well. The woman was very deceitful in telling me it covered everything even when I asked her 3 times.

    I just hired ARS/Rescue Rooter to service my HVAC system every 6 months on their Elite Program. Jason came out and didnt mind all of my questions since this is the first time Im all electric. He was very knowledgeable and an easy going guy. I definitely will recommend them to my neighbors.

    Just want to say this company is great 👍 called about 8am this morning with issues with my furnace, they were here and it was fixed by 10:30!!!     I called and had the appointment in the same morning. The technician, Kyle, was friendly, informative, and efficient. The price was very reasonable to repair an actual problem with a toilet as well as preventative maintenance on the other toilet after 13+ years with no issues on either. Even though there are lots of plumbing service options in Myrtle Beach, I have used this company in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

    I was very pleased with Rodney, the Technician from ARS who serviced my HVAC unit.He was very professional and did a great job of trouble-shooting the needs of my compressor unit that required a new Circuit Board.ARS is not the cheapest company but guarantee their work.They also have priority emergency service for those of us who have their yearly service plan.Overall, I am pleased with ARS.

    I am very satisfied with the service that I received. ARS was the only plumbing company that would pick up the phone after 6 o’clock. I needed a plumber the following day and it was no problem. The technician was named Jason and he was excellent.     I was totally satisfied with ARS. I purchased a new gas stove and called ARS about having it hooked up. I have propane for gas so it needed a new orifice installed on all burners. ARS set me up with an appointment the very next day. I received a call the next day in the morning stating a plumber would be there in 45 minutes. The plumber, Kyle, showed up on time and did the job very efficiently. I would highly recommend ARS for all your plumbing needs.

    We purchased our HVAC system through ARS a few years ago and they have been servicing our system ever since. They have always been fairly priced. They give us a timeframe of when they will be at our home and call a half hour before they arrive do we’re not waiting here all day. Their technicians are professional and courteous.     After years of choosing the wrong contractor I decided to try calling Home Depot and get a estimate to replace my leaking 80 Gal very old water heater. ARS/ Myrtle Beach is who Home Depot set me up with and I got a call back from ARS immediately. ARS came out to offer suggestions and gave me a fair price and and offered my three options. We agreed on the the Rheem Marathon as I wanted the lifetime tank warranty and the high efficient design at a price point I was expecting and comfortable with.I had the option of using my Home Depot coupon with 24 months 0%, ARS also had finance options if I had needed.. I had done my research and consulted with pros in the business so I knew what to expect and ARS exceeded my expectations.I was able to get my water heater installed in a rush and my total ARS experience with beyond PERFECT! From the call center being local, extra pro and nice to the first visit explaining my options to the tech installing my new water heater the next day, the service was simply perfect! The tech was extra carful with my house when removing my old WH.After many years of home ownership I have made some bad choices with small local contractors this time I decided to go with a local company but a larger local company with a good business plan, total professionalism and a fair price!I talked with the techs and these guys working for ARS love the job and you can tell love ARS, A happy employee makes for a happy customer! I have perhaps never had such a good experience when replacing a major appliance, I can recommend ARS 100%. I do not believe you could do better when you need home services.

    Zach installed our water heater. He was amazing. Like 10/10 the best we could have had. He was fast, efficient and professional. He needs a raise to make sure you keep using an employee as good as him. Seriously. He would be an asset to anywhere and if you want to keep him you better pay him or I hope he finds a place that will. That’s how good he is. Also he missed a trip on the one eyed parrot because you made him work late. (Bullsh*t) even though he was more than happy to work and made it clear he wanted to get the job done. You owe him a trip.     Excellent technician! We described the problem to William and he knew right away what might be causing our bonus room to be so cold— even when that thermostat was off, —while our downstairs living space barely felt like we had air (different thermostat). He went up into the attic space where the controls were and came back down and confirmed the wires on our zone board were crossed. He also told us if this problem reoccurred, we may need to replace the zone board.Not only was William knowledgeable and professional, he was also personable and respectful. He really listened to what we had to say. We previously described this same problem to a different technician, who explained away the problem by saying we had good insulation on the bonus room.Thanks William helping us stay chill for the remaining dog days of summer.

    Updated my bad review since they refunded me 4 months of membership fees.Could never figure out issue with my hvac. They kept blaming my HOA when HOA finally caved in and paid for another plumbing company 😎 the HOA company quickly flushed the drain that fixed a major leak. They wasted months of time that caused damage to neighbors ceilings.I finally had my hvac replaced with a different company. Tried cancelling my hvac pro home plan and even though they stated we can do so through email, they refused. I had to play phone tag and then when I asked to get an email confirmation - they refused.I asked if I can record her stating the cancellation is processed, but she again refused to repeat it (kept stating they record the call that is confirmation enough..) how would I get that access to that recording if needed? In court?I’ll now have to wait two more months to see if they’ll try to charge me for another year worth of service.What a headache.Stay away.     Jason came to fish a toilet cleaner sponge out of our toilet which was accidentally flushed. It caused slower drainage and we were worried about blocking the drainage completely.     Yesterday, July 12 2024, my AC unit stopped working. It was late in the evening when I found out about it. I didnt know what to do and I knew that HVAC companies were closed. I went to YouTube to see if I could find a solution, but every thing I tried didnt work. Well, I had to go to bed without AC, and I live in a mobile home. So my house felt like a soda can left outside in the sun. I had 1 fan, and it didnt do a lot, but it was better than nothing. When I woke up this morning, I tried everything again, but to no avail. So I decided to go out and buy a thermostat, thinking that it would solve the problem. But when I came back home, I knew that I wasnt mechanical enough to do what it took to install the thermostat. So I started making calls to different HVAC companies, but none of them couldnt come out today. So, at my last attempt, I called ARS RESCUE ROOTER, and they said that they would send out a technician between 2:00-6:00. When the technician arrived, his name is Jamie Fisher, he started checking on things and doing diagnostic testing to see what was causing the issues. It took him a while, but he found the issue...a small fuse had blown. Mr. Fisher continued to check out other things to make sure that there wasnt anything else wrong. To make my long story short, Mr. Fisher fixed the problem. It was 90° inside the trailer. I thank GOD for Mr. Fisher coming out and repairing my unit. If you ever have any issues with your AC units, call ARS RESCUE ROOTER, and ask for Mr. Jamie Fisher. Hes friendly and professional, and hell get the job done.

He flushed out the system and checked the heat and A/C as well as the emergency heat. He cleaned up after himself, which once again, made me very happy.     New post: Had a new Carrier heatpump installed in February 2024. Last month (November 2024) started to have issues when unit went into defrost mode where a bad smell was blowing out of vents along with cold air. Contacted ARS. 6 visits and 4 technicians later, we are hoping the issue has been resolved today.Despite the numerous visits, would like to share that each time we called the intake representatives answered the calls quickly, dispatchers are professional and do their job well letting you know when the tech is on the way, and each service technician was courteous, professional and shared a bit of knowledge about the heatpump.We are hopeful Mike S. diagnosed and solved the problem today. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.     Yesterday I had an appointment between 8am-12pm so I took the day off from work. Which was ok because my job understood. Which I have now been reprimanded for something that does not ever happen for me at and I’m extremely upset about it. Now I understand that things happen and some jobs take more time than others, but that’s when communication comes in..I shouldn’t have to call you guys that’s why I have an appointment.because had they called to tell me something I could have gone in to work catch up on what I missed that morning and then taking off this morning.     We’ve used ARS twice now and both times I’ve been very happy with several things.For one, the communication leading up to the appointment is great. They remind you the day before the appointment and then call and let you know when your technician is on the way.Both technicians were professional and courteous and made sure they explained everything they were doing and anything that maybe needed to be done. They also wore booties over their shoes to make sure they didn’t track anything in which I thought was considerate.The ease of being able to pay with a credit card as they’re leaving is also nice since I rarely know where my check book is and never have cash on me!
