I was very impressed with this company. I called on a Saturday morning around 10:00 am and informed them of my commode problem and I had a technician knocking on my door within an hour.The technician was very courteous and professional and completed the change out of my commode internal parts within an hour. I cant recommend USA Plumbing enough! I had a plumbing emergency on the weekend and they responded immediately, arriving on short notice to fix the problem. USA Plumbing was not only professional and punctual but also incredibly skilled. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time, saving me from what could have been a much bigger problem.What stood out the most was the level of care and attention to detail. They made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and even took the time to explain what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. It’s rare to find such dedication and expertise, especially in an emergency situation.

Review of second plumbing issue below first one....Google only allows one review per business.After delaying for months, I called USA Plumbing to come help my backed up drain lines. Jonah & Nick responded this afternoon and got right to work to solve the problem. They were both personable and professional. Heres to the next 15 years of being problem free. But if not, Ill be sure to contact USA Plumbing.Well, 4 months later, I had an issue with drain line again. I thought at first that USA Plumbing had messed up. Oh no. It was much bigger issue. My drain line was separated under my home and raw sewage was spilling out. Not good. Damon determined that I could still utilize one of three restrooms without issues. Clean up company, Clean Sweep, came and cleaned up all the nasty stuff. Surprisingly they told me it wasnt that bad spillage wise. Owner of USA Plumbing contacted me with estimate of repair of replacing the sewer line and it was scheduled for yesterday. Damon and Vinny were here at 8:30 am and were done by noon!! They verified drainage was good from all lines. They cleaned up everything before they left. Damon advised me that prior lines had only been strapped up with zip ties. USA Plumbing used metal straps and every 4 feet. The flow wont get backed up from pipe that wasnt leveled correctly. Im very grateful for their fast professional friendly service. And again, if I have another plumbing issue, it will be USA Plumbing Ill be calling.

UPDATE April 22 - Just had Jonah and Belleamy out to fix a bathroom sink just discovered this morning and guests on their way soon to stay with us. Did a great job, and were pleasant and efficient as well. USA Plumbing definitely our go-to in this area. Happy repeat customer.FIRST REVIEW: Brendin and Tyler just left our place after a garbarge dispoal replacement and cant say enough about how professional and courteous they were. Not only did they make the change in a timely manner, but they sorted out a better placement of drain pipes than we had before, and did a fantastic job of clean-up after. USA Plumbing will be our first call when we need plumbing work done in the future.

From the moment that Mike Gavrilis came to give us a quote to remove our existing bathtub, and install a new jacuzzi tub including the tub wall surround and fixtures, he and his men (all Mikes by the way) were both courteous and professional. They put drop clothes down on the floor from the front door to the bathroom. They replaced wood moldings where necessary and caulked the entire area. They also included two handrails and asked where to place them. Once the jacuzzi was installed and tested, there was a leak due to manufacturing which caused them to remove it and get another of the same jacuzzi. They tested the new jacuzzi outside using our hose to make sure they didn’t have the same problem prior to installation. They couldn’t stop apologizing for our inconvenience, but we were aware that things happen. In the end, they wanted to be sure that we were completely happy with their work. We were more than satisfied with how the work was completed and the personalities of each Mike. My wife used the jacuzzi the very night it was completed. She was so happy that she stayed in it for an hour and came out beet red. Happy, happy, happy 😃

Mike and his team of other “Mikes” are not only an absolutely wonderful group of people, the company stands for honesty, integrity and downright genuine customer service when it comes to diagnosing your plumbing problems, presenting repair or replacement options and doing the actual work itself. As a widow of 18 years, I have been “ripped off royally” for years by contractors, electricians, heating & air companies and plumbers, as well as, other home improvement companies in Wilmington, NC. I always do tons of research on every aspect of a needed repair and the companies that offer those services. Even with taking those extra precautions, it doesn’t always guarantee a company will stands by its work or the repair estimate. Not so with Mike (the owner of USA PLUMBING. He spent a tremendous amount of time going over my many questions and concerns about a new hot water installation and his workmen were polite, efficient and professional. Mike came out and fixed my toilet, after left the toilet started to leak ( that was not the issue why he came out) and they couldnt fix it. Mike replaced the toilet and i couldnt be happier with the service he provided. You dont see that now a days and I appreciate it so much!

Had some hidden drain pipe damage caused by a cable company running underground lines. Of course the cable company hid the damage and buried the pipe even though it had a 3 inch hole drilled through it. The USA Plumbing team was incredible in responding to the situation.
