    15 year old water heater in garage started to leak. Called Devlin Plumbing in the morning and they sent someone right out. New water heater installed. John was very efficient and courteous. He even did some extra cleanup around the old heater before putting in the new one.

    In the past two separate times I needed work done, they sent John M. and he did an excellent job. He figured out the issues quickly and repaired what needed to be done. He is professional and honest. Then recently I called for my sister and they sent Preston, who my sister raved about. This company is excellent. They just know what they are doing, they’re fast and worth every dime. It’s nice to know that when you call Devlin, they get it right the first time!

    When my water heater went out and needed a replacement, I contacted 3 separate plumbing companies. 2 provided estimates by phone, but Devlin was the only one to come out and actually inspect it in person and provide me a detailed estimate. It was $200 less than the others.I called at 8:30am and spoke with the staff at Devlin. They were very polite and easy to work with. By noon, Preston showed up to inspect the unit and emailed me the estimate. I made a decision late that afternoon to go with Devlin and they set me up with an appointment very quickly the following morning.Preston showed up for the install right on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. In less than 2 hours, the work was complete and I had a brand new water heater. The expenses that they originally quoted were right on. Devlin made the process very easy. From the staff in the office to the service team, everyone was great to work with.This is my new go to company for anything plumbing. Ill definitely be using them again in the future.

    We reached out to Devlin as the previous owner had used them. While the dispatcher did not question the extent of work we were requesting (total bath remodel), Preston showed up on time and did a thorough diagnosis of what was needed. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked diligently given the circumstances. Very pleasant demeanor and customer oriented. The job was completed on time and within the quoted price. Other than the office person not asking more questions about the work being requested I would not hesitate to use Devlin again.

    Sharon, the wonderful woman who answered my call this morning was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was friendly and very helpful.     John M. Was very pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very informative. Devlin gets these great reviews for good reason, they are well deserved. Dealing with plumbing services can be very unnerving because you never know if youre being charged/treated fairly. It didnt even cross my mind while John was here. My house has various issues the need attention and John was kind enough to give us a breakdown of what exactly we needed and how much it would cost us in the future.     I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Devlin. Our hot water heater went out and I checked reviews on Google and decided to call. Sharon in the office was extremely polite and friendly. She got someone out to us the same day. The person who came was John G and we hit the jackpot with him! John is nice, personable AND extremely knowledgeable about his work. Our job was tough due to an old installation that was not done correctly 10 years ago.John got us up to code and the hot water is flowing again! Someone else may have been able to do the job but the reason we will be calling Devlin again is because John made our bad situation seem like such a nice experience!!

    I highly recommend Devlin Plumbing for your plumbing needs. I needed a gas control valve replaced on my water heater, and I was only without hot water for one day. John came out right away when I called because of a gas leak in the valve. A part had to be ordered, shipped overnight, and he came back the next day and all fixed perfectly. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and honest and up front about the entire job. The office girls were wonderful, very professional, and sensitive to my schedule. Will for sure call them again if I ever have another problem.

    I have to say I was so impressed with these guys. I called Thursday afternoon and told them what I wanted to do. I requested a morning time frame but they didnt have one available so I said anytime is fine. They remembered me and called back later to inform me they had one the next morning first thing. I said perfect. They called again the next morning to make sure everything was ok and to tell me the tech (John) was on the way. He showed up on time and was very professional. He gave me a quick quote and was able to perform the service right away. I had him move a shower head and he went above and beyond and even took the time to save my drywall and put in back in place. He did such a good job I could finish it myself and I didnt even have to call a drywall guy. Performing your job and then saving me money on the backside was next level. That was awesome and what really stood out. His quality of work was exceptional and Im hard to impress which is why Im writing such a long review. Its so hard to find people who are responsive, do what they say and dont charge an arm and a leg for it. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They are doing business the way it should be done and I will surely call them again if I have need of any plumbing services.

    On 17 April 2019 John G and Devlin Plumbing Service installed an new gas water heater for me. John arrived on time to look at the work required and to provide an estimate, following an unpleasant experience the day before with Four Star Plumbing and their blatant effort to price gouge. John and Devlin gave me a fair estimate (lower than Four Stars adjusted price after a $600 reduction from Four Stars initial estimate) and explained thoroughly what he needed to do to install a new water heater. He began work immediately, located a new gas heater, took the old one away, brought in the new one, installed it quickly, and was even able to upgrade the new heater from a 6 year to a 10 year warranty. John was pleasant and helpful throughout, making sure to give me operations and maintenance instructions before he departed. John and Devlin provided an honest and transparent service with integrity, which was much appreciated. From my experience, If I need a plumber, I feel I can trust John and Devlin.

    Quick and professional. I called for service about my garbage disposal, and they sent John out about a hour later. He came in, introduced himself, recapped my problem, took a look at my problem, then gave me a one the spot cost to repair. I agreed, he went to work immediately, and was done within the hour.     I received a new washing machine, and unfortunately the guy who delivered was unable to get the old hot water hose off, and replace it with a new one. I called Devlin and lucky for me they had just had a cancellation so Tom was able to come over right away. The challenge was cutting off the old hose without damaging the thread, and he was able to do it saving me the expense of having to replace the entire connection. Thank God because I cant even imagine what that would have cost! On time, professional, cleaned up when he was finished, and I felt that I was given a good price.

    Appointment was very easy to schedule. Our plumber John arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Toilet valve replacement was completed within an hour. This is the second time Ive used Devlin and theyre great.

    If you are somewhat skeptical about service companies like I tend to be, fear not when calling Devlin plumbing. I had a hot water heater issue that required a replacement immediately and I was concerned. I called at 8 am and by 9:30, work had already begun on getting a new one.     Called in the am for service on my rinnai water heater. John arrived within an hour same day of call. turned out to be the gas regulator not the water heater. he drove to the supply house for the part and returned same day rather than reschedule. had it fixed by 6 p,m same day. parts were about what i would have had to pay myself. Labor was 360.00. Seemed fair for the amount of time spent. would recommend to others in fact i recommended to my neighbor today. great job John from Devlin

    This was the second time this week weve had a need for Devlin Plumbing. Both Dustin and his brother Preston were our service providers today and were equally professional and courteous. With plumbing that is close to 40 years old, repairs can be tricky, but these guys were more than able to tackle the job. They are first on my list to call whenever we have a future problem - I highly recommend both this company and these providers.

    This was our second plumbing service visit from Devlin, this time by John Moorefield, and the service was flawless. We had recently had some plumbing completed by an individual who was not a plumber, and of course a leak developed. We called Devlin, which we should have done originally, and John not only fixed the leak in less than a minute, but also found a handful of other issues with the previous work that likely would have leaked eventually. He ended up tightening pretty much every connection under the sink, and corrected the trap, which had been connected backward. John also provided some useful advice on the valves for the supply lines, and rerouted the supply and drain hoses for the dishwasher to a more appropriate position. Lastly, he gave me some good advice on our water heater. All in all, the service was excellent, and we will definitely call Devlin the next time we need plumbing work.

    John arrived on time, assessed my situation, made recommendations, which I agreed with, and proceeded to go to work. He replaced 3 toilets and installed a new water line with a cut-off valve and an outside hose bib. He was efficient, did excellent work, cleaned up after himself (I couldnt even tell he had been there!), removed the 3 toilets AND the toilet boxes, and was on his way.     We had a problem with our kitchen faucet, and chose Devlin Plumbing because of all of the 5 star ratings on numerous sites. The ratings were certainly well deserved, since the service was exceptional! Usually service calls are something that we dread, however, in this case the service was actually enjoyable! Chris was extremely personable and kind, even taking his shoes off before entering our home! He arrived on time, and did the repair quickly and professionally. He took the time to answer a few other questions about our hot water tank and outdoor shut off valve, as well.     We developed a leak in our piping that was under the concrete pad of our home. This caused us great stress and we didnt know what to expect, with both the job and the expense. I did a little research and found Devlin Plumbing. I was impressed with the information I found on their website, and after talking with them on the phone, knew I had made the right decision. Chris H. arrived to locate and repair our leak. He and his helper were courteous and knowledgeable. They went right to work and quickly found the affected pipe. The were able to reroute the pipe so that we did not have to break up the concrete to repair! They completed the repair in less than a full day. I was very impressed with the work of Chris H. and his helper and will definitely use Devlin Plumbing for any plumbing work I may have in the future.

    John with Devlin came out for the repair to our sewage pump the very next morning and did a great job. This was the third time he has had to come out for the same problem. His work is very good, he’s very knowledgeable. However, he has to repeatedly come out to rectify what was a very poor installation when our home was built 5 years ago. Hopefully, this will be the end of the problem.

All 4 jobs turned out to be harder than expected, but Dustin kept a positive attitude and got them all done.     Great service and QUALITY work. Nice to see a company that takes pride in their work and gives integrity to this company.Update: 2/25/2018. We had a contract service through another company due to insurance and the work they did leaked in two places. Called Chris and he was to my rescue ASAP. Im sure he tested his work and so did I when I got home. The piping was professional and we ran water with our disposal on...dry as the desert. If you want it done right the first time with professionalism, courtesy from him and his crews, and a fair price Devlin Plumbing is the place to go.

    I dont typically write reviews, but...I called with an urgent plumbing issue in a medical facility. It was late on a Friday afternoon,when Chris (the owner) informed me he could send someone my way. About 15-20 min. later I received a call from John, stating he was on his way. While waiting for him shortly before 5pm and really wishing I could get out of the office and start my weekend, I thought...ugh this guy is not going to be happy to drive down here and deal with this...Im certain hes looking forward to his weekend too!I cant tell you how professional, diligent, clean and kind he was! I called them Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving and had actually a little hope that my broken water heater could be replaced on the next day after the holiday.     They were quick and clean. I had some major grease buildup in my kitchen. It was a very friendly experience. They dried the bottom of my kitchen cabinet before putting my cleaning items back in place. Its nice to get people who want to do good work with positive attitude.     I called Devlin to replace my hot water heater because they had such a high rating and they lived up to the hype.They set me up with an appt for 8:30 am on MOnday. When the estimator realized that his boss scheduled a meeting for that time he called and asked if it was ok to reschedule. We pushed the appt off by an hour and he was there on time. The estimate was realistic and included items that others had overlooked. After I agreed to the price he asked when I would want them to come out and if that afternoon would be ok to which I said Yes!He called the office and within an hour they were onsite working on it and within about 2 hours the old water heater was gone and the new one completely installed. The work was neat and clean, a first rate job,.Devlin just became my go to plumber for all my needs.John G did my work and he is incredibly knowledgeable and personable..

    Devlin was hired to run a new water main to our house from the street. It involved using a ditch witch to dig out a trench which was approx 65 ft long. It was inevitable that a sprinkler line or 2 would get cut. No problem though, as John who is a Master plumber repaired everything back to normal, and completed the job successfully! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

    I really cant say enough positive things about this company! My kitchen sink faucet went bad creating a mess. I started calling local plumbing companys before 8:30am and left messages, by 3:00 I still hadnt received a call back. Finally I called Devlin and a real person answered on the second ring! The person (Cindy I believe) was cheerful and professional. She asked what the problem was, took all my information and ensured me a technician would arrive shortly.     We were noticing water coming from the pressure valve tube of our 6 year old water heater. I reviewed the symptoms online then called Devlin Plumbing, mostly because of there location to Market Common, and the write ups online. Preston was dispatched within a couple of hours, we were sent a picture of him via email prior to his arrival. I had forgotten how true professionals presented themselves. I already had a favorable impression of the company as a result of my call; but Preston is personable, friendly and obviously knows his profession. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the valve within an hour. He cautioned me that that operation usually solved the problem but that the expansion tank may be the real culprit and to call if the leaking continued. The next day, I called Devlin to advise that the water was still coming out of the drain tube. Preston came out almost immediately and removed the tank and found it to be clogged with sediment and replaced it with only a charge for the tank. I will not use any other plumbing company but Devlin in the future. jim condrey

    We had a leak in the wall behind our washing machine. Incredibly difficult to see and impossible to access. Called Devlin and they scheduled an appointment with us. I had slept in that morning. They called first before they sent their services which benefitted us because we had slept in. Within 20min Prestons was at our front door. He assessed the leak and gave us a free estimate. We agreed on the rate and he literally finished in under 30min. He also checked with the manufacturer recalls to see if our piping was covered. Turns out our builder had shot a trim nail through our hot water pex pipe. It took ten years for it to erode and cause a leak. Could have been disastrous for us if the pin hole ruptured. Very polite down to earth and completely professional. He also identified a couple of other issues the builder was negligent on and gave us an estimate for them. We will definitely use Devlin in the future for any plumbing needs.

    Wonderful. Our irrigation system would not turn off. I had maintained the system, including replacing sprinkler heads, and thought I understood how it worked but could not fix this.     So about 3 weeks ago my wife says to me, Why is our floor in our bedroom feel very warm in one spot but not in others? Well, after doing some online self-investigating and checking our water meter, we realized that the warm spot in our floor was our hot water pipe leading into our bathroom was leaking!!!So, now Im left to try to find a plumber that knows what they are doing and wont try to take us to the proverbial cleaners :-0 Again, after doing some online investigating and phone calling, I called a number of plumbers. Only one of them gave me the confident feeling I was looking for after talking to them and checking out their reviews. It was Chris Devlin. The next day he personally showed up and within a short time diagnosed exactly what the problem was, where it was, and also gave me an exact amount and time frame to take care of the problem. He said that his crew (Tony & Preston) would be out the next morning between 8:00am and 8:30am to fix the problem and would be done by 4:00pm that afternoon. He also explained to me in detail what my problem was and how they would rectify it. I was cautiously optimistic that his diagnosis and time line would be close to what he had quoted me.Well, not only was he right about the problem and the exact way they would take care of it, but his very polite and professional crew were extremely efficient, hard working, thoughtful and respectful of my house(leaving the house just like the found it). And the craziest and most amazing part of it all was, even after running into few unexpected obstacles in my houses structure and accessibility, they left my house at exactly 4:00pm on the dot!     Preston came right on time! Very nice young man. We had, what I thought was a leak coming from our master bath to our kitchen ceiling.     I have personally known Chris for five years and he has always been there when i have needed him. There is no job to big (tankless water heaters) or no job too small (re-routing a pea trap drain to accomadate a custom built cabinet in a bathroom). He has always been professional and courteous.
