    I had a problem where 2 toilets were not flushing properly. Carolina Cool came out the first time and told me there was a backup at the drain, out side at the trap. They snaked the line and cleared it out. Two days later I was having the same problem and they came back out to snake inside my home. After 2 hours the tech was unable to clear the line. He called the office and they were sending a tech out the following morning to put a camera down the drain. The tech showed up, took a look down the drain to discover the drain was broken at the connection to the outside drain pipe. He called GSWSA they showed up the following morning to correct the problem. Carolina Cools plumbing supervisor was on vacation and reached out to let me know if GSWSA were not able to fix the problem, he would get a crew out there. Carolina Cool did the right thing and I would recommend for anyone looking for a plumber.

    The guys from Carolina Cool, Jamee, Liam, and Austin were the best. Not only were they prompt and on time for our HVAC total replacement their professional experience was recognized immediately. Between the three of them we had our old unit removed and replaced in the amount of time that was expected and estimated on our proposal. After the installation they ran a unit check to make sure everything was working properly. I also had an explanation about everything that they had done and refresher on how the thermostat and new unit was going to operate. Before they left the clean up was done very thoroughly. Just like I wanted l could not have asked for any better service. I would recommend Carolina Cool for all of your HVAC needs.

    We had a regularly scheduled fall tune up today and had been noticing a recent tick in the unit. Zane came to the rescue and immediately diagnosed our issue, offered several options and called to check the immediate availability of the necessary parts. He drove to the warehouse and picked up the parts and returned to promptly install. After reconnecting our heat he continued with a thorough inspection of our unit. Iā€™ve been a longtime customer of Carolina Cool-and this reaffirms why. Good customer service from Nancy at the office who got us all set with our service appointments to ;Zane who managed our problem, provided options and fixed us up. Thanks for always being in the game.

    Just as they promised, scheduled a service call and they called 30 minutes ahead of the time that the technician would arrive. Service Tech, Vinny was outstanding and diagnosed the problem, repaired the unit, explained what needed to be done. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. I want to have Service Tech Vinny take care of all of our heating and air services going forward. Thank you for making this happen Carolina Cool!

    We had a new Heat Pump installed by Carolina Cool today. The installation technicians Jamie, Liam, and Austin did an incredible job on the project with an eye towards excellent workmanship and very detailed in all aspects of the project. Jamie would not leave until we were totally educated on the system and happy with the installation and quality of workmanship. Highly recommend Carolina Cool and especially this installation team.

    I contracted Carolina Cool to move my outdoor condensing unit as it was originally placed by a bedroom window. The noise made sleeping tough. Murat and Louis moved the unit this morning. The were very professional and friendly. The workmanship was excellent. I am glad I purchased an annual service contract as well. The estimator Jason was great too. He explained everything perfectly.I highly recommend Carolina Cool.

    I had my first service appointment at 8AM with TJ BOYLE. He called to confirm & showed up on time with a big smile, good morning & hand shake. Explained the process & answered my questions. I am a 80 year old widow & at times having a repair man listening to me is difficult.This young man is very kind & considerate(never met him before but God bless his parents, they raised gracious man.)Very pleasant service call, plan to continue with Carolina Cool,Congratulations you have a wonderful employee.

    I needed to have two units installed. Carolina Cooling was very professional. Sal recommended the units. Tim came out and wrote up the estimates. Jamee and Austin were efficient, professional and super easy to work with for the two days they were at my home. They kept me updated on everything and was very thorough!!

    Rolando and Chris showed up exactly on time (to the minute) to install a new air conditioner unit for us. They worked well together as a team. Very knowledgeable and friendly, even when they got wet from the rain. We would recommend Rolando and Chris and would definitely ask for them again if needed. Mike and Tim, who were here for the initial service call, were also great and came within a couple hours of our call. We were even loaned 2 window units so we could cool down and be more comfortable until the installation. Very pleased with the service from everyone at Carolina Cool.

    I had another company come to fix my electric tankless hot water heater. The owner told me what parts to order. That was on a Thursday, I received the parts on Monday and I let him know. I heard NOTHING back. So after a week with no hot water I called Carolina Cool and spoke with Nancy who was as nice a friendly as anyone could be. She made sure that a service technician would be at my house asap. The service technician, Mason arrived shortly he mentioned that they normally do not work on an electric system and proceeded to tell me that he would get my hot water heater working. He was professional and caring. It took a bit but Mason got it working!!!! I was ecstatic. When I received the bill it wasnā€™t as bad as I thought it would be. After a while Nancy called to check to make sure I had hot water. Kudos to Carolina Cool for hiring some awesome people

    Murat and Louis installed a new AC unit in our home and did a great job. They were professional and knowledgeable. We were without a working ac unit over the weekend and Carolina Cool was able to being us two window units so we could keep the house cool until we could get the new system installed. They were quick and clean while installing the system as well.

    Salesman Mike K was very thorough and knowledgeable about the options and what we needed. Got set up for installation very quickly. Offered us a loaner window unit to keep us cool in the meantime. Adam H and Mike S showed up right on time and got to work.     I am so impressed with Carolina Cool. Cody from Carolina Cool spent 1 1/2 hours in our attic and looking at our air compressor to figure out why our three year old A/C system kept shutting down.     I canā€™t say enough good things about this company. They just replaced my furnace and A/C and the process was easy and stress free. Mike K. was our consultant. He did a through job analyzing our needs, providing alternatives and setting up the process. Our installation team was great! Jamee, Liam, Rolando and Chris were extremely professional. They showed up on time, spread drop clothes everywhere needed in the house, had the job completed in half a day and completely cleaned up after the job.     Excellent customer service all around? We had a tech come for our 6 month maintenance and got the bad news our AC unit was failing. Cory took the time to explain the issues in detail, as well as our options. We chose to convert now to save having to deal with the new regulations and price increases effective 1/1/25. Our install took place 2 days later. Our technicians were Adam and Henry, both did a quick and professional job... in 90+ degrees! Awesome team!

    On 10/28/24, I recognized issues with my HVAC system. I immediately contacted Carolina Cool for assistance. They immediately sent a technician, Danny, to m home to diagnose. Although he attempted to fix the issue with equipment in my attic he was unable to do so. Upon discussion, we determined it was best to have the entire system replaced as my system was 15 years old. The next morning, Tim, their salesperson came to my home to discuss my HVAC system options. He was candid & honest with the best system for me. He did not try to upsell me or pressure me to purchase a more expensive system than I needed. On 10/31/24, two techs, Hason & Adam a promptly arrived at my home to install my new unit. It was installed long before the kids arrived to trick or treat. Every representative at Carolina Cool was very respectful of my home, my pets & myself. I have a severe hearing disability & every representative was patient & kind. I would highly recommend Carolina Cool for any service needed without reservation! Awesome folks from office to tech!

    I can not put into words how Carolina Cool replaced my Air Conditioner. Isaac and Jason Took two days to change out my air handler and my AC unit. They were on time both days they respected My house as if it were theirs. Both men were very professional. There was a 15 item checklist, which was completed to my satisfaction.     We contracted Carolina Cool to replace our aging HVAC. The overall experience was outstanding from sales, billing and installation. The HVAC Techs Jamee and Liam were as professional as the sales and administrative staff. Jamee and Liam were on time and finished as planned after overcoming some minor necessary modifications during the installation. Jamee and Liam, were friendly, knowledgeable and professionally dressed. They prepared our house for installation by placing tarps along the work path from the front door. Afterwards they cleaned the workspace leaving our home as when they entered. The administrative staff were exceptional as well from scheduling to billing and always replied promptly to my emails and phone calls. All-in-all using Carolina Cool has been a great decision for replacing our 20 year old HVAC system. I highly recommend Carolina Cool.

    I have used Carolina Cool for a number of years now. They are competitive with their pricing, and actually call you back. They have done electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning service work for us.Recently I had to call them at mid-night for a problem I was having with the air-conditioning, and reached what I am guessing was their answering service. Told them I did not need emergency service, but could they come the next day. I received a call first thing in the morning to discuss the issue we were having, and they had a service person at our house that day. As I said their pricing is competitive, but their service is outstanding.

    I loved Jack. He was so kind and friendly but also professional. He explained everything to us, took time to call us back and make sure everything was working fine. As for your pricing, itā€™s OUTRAGEOUS!! To replace thermostat that costs 89.00 , the quote was 350.00 and that is ridiculous !!! My husband does HVAC work and I just went somewhere else got the thermostat and programmed it myself.!!! The only reason I would use you again would be because of Jack!!!

    I have a geothermal heating and cooling system in my house. It seems to be very efficient keeping the house at a constant temperature but when it stops working, especially during this hot humid weather we have had, it is terrible.     My husband and I had an emergency call on Wednesday morning with our HVAC (leaks in our ceiling from 3 different rooms, etc) and Michael Smalls came out and saved the day. He did a very thorough job, made detailed notes for my husband to look at when he got home, and walked me through our next course of action through this overwhelming process (restoration & new HVAC system).     I want to give a huge five star shout out to Carolina Cool. My 1-year-old HVAC unit went out in the middle of July, when the coil started leaking. This was a manufacturing problem not Carolina Cool. They ordered a new coil that came in damaged again from the manufacturer. Carolina Cool immediately jumped in and got me an entire new unit, and supplied me with window units untill the problem was fixed. They stand behind everything they do.     On Thursday June 13th late in the afternoon the fan motor gave out on our HVAC system. Called Carolina Cool. I had a Tech here within the hour. The fan motor housing and motor needed to be replaced. Parts were not readily available. The Tech(Vinnie) and the office made sure we had a window unit to get us through the night. This morning (Friday) the office advised me new parts would not be here until Monday. They found working parts in the warehouse to get us through until new parts arrive. He inspected our system thoroughly inside and out and advised us how to set the fan correctly on the thermostat.     On Monday my A/C shout off and I called Carolina Cool at 2:30 and by 5:30 Zach was here. There were leaks but he was unable at that time to make the repairs as it was late but he filled the unit with freon so it worked. On Wednesday Zach and Zane came back to make the repairs but the cost of the repairs would have been expensive being there were 3 leaks and not cost effective for the age of the unit. So they added more freon to last until the unit could be replaced on Saturday (they were closed Thurs for 4th of July). On Saturday Jamee and Rolando came to replace the system. They were very efficient and very qualified.Carolina Cool has been the best company I have ever dealt with from such knowledgeable efficient, polite & caring workers from office, sales and technicians. A big thumbs up to Zach, Zane, Jamee, Rolando & Tim the salesman.

Jason gave us a quote that included specs, pricing and even an option for financing. Frank B was the service technician who came to check the system, and he was wonderful - he thoroughly examined the outside unit and discovered critical parts had been overrun with grass, and he spent a major amount of time clearing away the overgrown grass. He fixed the system and itā€™s working great now - he was a life saver! I so appreciated the amount of time he spent to fix the system AND save me a lot of money for now!
