We had a loose toilet and contacted Keith at H2O Pros and they came out the next day. We got a text saying Danny was on his way and he arrived about 10-15 minutes later. He pulled the toilet and discovered we needed to replace the flange. The job was complete in about 45 after his arrival. We’ve used H2O before for minor plumbing problems and to replace hot water heater. Always professional and great customer service, and we’re always pleased with their results.

Very Impressed !!!Its rare to get people to do what they say theyre going to do these days like H2O PROS did for me..I bought a 15 year old home in Grande Dunes only to find the water pressure in the showers was very low and the master shower had cold water. Tried to live with it for awhile and had a couple other plumbers chevk it out but so solutions..Then my realtor Josh Carter referred Keith Layton owner of H2O PROS to me. I was skeptical the problem could be solved without having to spend thousands of dollars but Keith found the problem to be the Hot/Cold mixer in that shower. While he was here he removed a few water savers to solve my low water pressure in the other showers within minutes.He sent me an estimate that same day and ordered the part. It came in, he set up a follow up appt w me...showed up on time (and he even has a computer software that let me know my appt was confirmed and reminders the day before, the morning of and even when he was in route)..They arrived professionally dressed, even w those booties surgeoons wear, and even tolerated my dogs jumping up on them..They knocked out the repair in short order and cleaned up. Demonstrated what theyd done and I paid the bill w their handheld device.I couldnt feel more positive about the service that H20 provided for me.I highly recommend them..Brent Byer
