    Four Star did a great job finding my main water supply shut off valve and installed a 2 ball valves that I desperately needed to isolate from the main water supply. They ran two hose bibs and insulated them in the garage.The work was was 5 star work but the name is 4 star 😂I will continue to use them for any work I need with my house. The lead technician and his assistant were there from the start to finish and even cleaned up everything.Thank youLen Melso

    The technician George did a great job inspecting my heating and air-conditioning system. He found a problem with the heating system and said it needed to be replaced. He gave me the prices called the office to ensure I could get a discount was very kind and courteous. I definitely would recommend and suggest that George gets accolades for his service.     I cant even begin to say enough good things about Four Star Plumbing and Air Conditioning! A few years ago, One Hour Heating and AC had come in to work on a unit for me. They not only didnt fix a thing, they made it worse than what it was, and they had made a huge mess in my condo. I called Four Star, they were able to go over the next day, fixed the unit and did a fantastic job. Recently the 18 year old unit that I had, needed to be replaced. I had friends staying in the unit and it was right around the 4th of July. Once again, Four Star came through for me. They were able to replace the unit the next day and the service was amazing! Ryland and Roger did an great job installing the unit, they kept me updated on everything going on. Thank you Four Star!!

    We had a new hvac unit installed two years ago. The unit was working fine. We noticed it was leaning a bit but didnt realize that would cause a problem. Today, we had a contractor working on our doors, and he noticed the leaning hvac unit. He told us the problems that might occur with the unit leaning. We called the company who originally installed the unit (Four Star). They worked with us to resolve the problem at no cost to us. Four Star stands by their work! We appreciate your service!

    I’m relatively new to the area. My neighbor used them so I decided to give them a try. I am happy I did. From the office to the technicians everything is the way you would like it to be.Adding - 2yrs on. - Four Star replaced my condenser, air handler with an air scrubber/ ozone unit. They offered 0 financing for 25 months. The technicians were courteous and professional!Two thumbs up!

    We have used the services of this company for the last 4 or 5 years. Their efficiency, cordiality and service is unmatched by any other we have used before. They arrive on time, explain everything perfectly and everything is left working perfectly. Some people comment that they find it expensive, not at all. Simply put, efficiency, certified employees, and quality come at a cost. And the truth is that their employees have the necessary knowledge and skills. But the truth is that is not expensive at all, they charge reasonably. But, as my mother used to say, cheap is expensive. I prefer to pay a little bit more and be sure of the quality and guaranty I received. We will keep using the services of this amazing company.

    Called 4 Star for a 2nd opinion after the first company I called told me I needed a whole new system. Tech showed up early (after he called to make sure ok). Very professional and thorough. Diagnosed system and found where the previous company had left my thermostat signal cable unplugged at the outside unit. He then fixed our problem which was a mis programmed thermostat. Great job and Honest. Will absolutely call again.

    It was a Sunday so I was apprehensive about what to expect. The woman who talk my call was delightful and connected me with David. He was on time!     I truly never leave a review but our experience today with Four Star Plumbing MB was so far above the norm I have to. We woke up the day before Thanksgiving (with a house full of company) to water coming up under the floor boards in our master bedroom, weve never lived on a slab before so we were a little panicked. I called another very big local plumbing company who said we had to call a leak detection firm first, the company they recommended clearly didnt want to be bothered and couldnt fit us in until next week. Through someone else we were referred to Four Star. When I called Kelly was very sweet and helpful and she was able to get someone out to us in just over an hour. When the plumbers showed up they were very professional and understanding. They had to call in the leak detection team and were able to let me know theyd be here between 1 and 3. They ended up calling and getting to us by 12:30, again they were very professional and understanding and were able to determine that our dishwasher was leaking. We were relieved about that and even more relieved when they said they wouldnt charge us as much as the original call was going to be! They could have stuck to what we were quoted and instead charged a much lower amount. This kind of customer service is so hard to find anymore and was a very pleasant surprise! I would highly recommend Four Star Plumbing to anyone!

    My air conditioner decided to stop working on the hottest day of the summer. I was uncomfortable as the inside temperature of my home was already 85 degrees and not quite noon. I called Four Star just by a Google search. I was expecting a day or so delay before Four Star could service me. After all it wad the hottest day of the season. Four Star committed to coming to my rescue that same afternoon somewhere between 3 and 5 pm but more than likely closer to 5. I received a call from Sal the service tech at 2:40 pm advising that he was on his way but about 40 minutes out. Sal arrived as promised. He was clean, neat, and presented himself in a very professional manner. He asked a few questions about my trouble and quickly went to work in diagnosing my trouble. He determined the issue, advised that the part was under manufacturer warranty, and advised me of the charges I would be responsible for (service call and labor). He asked for my acceptance of the charges and committed to come back out in 2 days once he had the part he needed to order. At no time did I feel take advantage of, Sal did not try to sell me a new system like I have experienced in the past by another service company. I highly recommend this company and the services of Sal. I am a very satisfied customer.

    A/C died late Saturday afternoon.Called Four Star & actually talked to a real person. She promised that someone would be here that evening. He used a tablet and thus was able to quickly compute charges, including the impact of entering a service agreement, which I had pretty much decided to do before today.     The tech, (Lee) showed up and quickly assessed what was needed to fix the heat. He was on time and had it corrected quickly. He gave me a quote for a new unit on the spot after I asked about replacing the entire unit. When my unit failed again due to a different issue several hours later Lee offered to bring me a couple personal heaters to help keep warm until he got a new blower fan in and running until they get my new unit in this week. To me that is customer support and care. Great job Lee, and Four Star will be doing all the work at my home with service like this!

    The gentleman who came to fix the AC was kind and courteous, very knowledgeable and after finding the problem came to the conclusion it was only the filter making the unit condensate. He also gave me a quote to get the coils cleaned after rental season is over and mentioned that their annual service is available for a reasonable price. Great experience.     Sal was very quick to arrive and was very informative. Scheduling was fastest I have ever experienced and was extremely polite. Time will tell if the problem was resolved but the service was fast and the charge for the service call seemed fair, even tho the home warranty (Global Home Warranty) did not pay for the service call because of a technicality.

    To start I dont know how we missed renewing our Maintenance contract. My wife is pretty good at those things. We just dont know how that would happen. We will have it on both our Calendars with the date of Sept to renew.Next the young man was very efficient when he showed up. He listened to what I told him and began checking out the unit. He found the problem and said he will order the part and your office will set up a repair date. I would like to see the same young man do the repair as he already knows the unit.He told me that the unit is still under warranty seeing it is only 4 years old.He also explained the cost but I have to say.     My recommendation is if you feel like you have been overcharged or received unprofessional service contact a 4 star supervisor and voice your concerns. In my case I felt the need to drive to the business with photos and talk to someone in person. I met with plumbing supervisor Bryant. Needless to say Bryant was not happy with the service I received mainly because the plumbing technician left our home without fixing the problem but instead capped off the 3/4 inch PVC pipe supplying water to an outbuilding bathroom making it unusable. The plumber left after 10 min charging $232 for a 25 cent PVC cap. Prior to that he wanted $430 to fix the leak (two couplings and 4 inches of 3/4in PVC) and to add a shut off valve maybe $10 in parts. I was out of town when this occurred and my wife had to deal with this guy, I returned three weeks later and met with Bryant who made things right. Plumber Gene arrived the next day to fix the other plumbers mess and what can I say, this guy was very professional and went above and beyond what I expected. Gene not only repaired the line replaced all the plumbing under the sink, added the shutoff valve and pipe insulation. I’ve used 4 Star numerous times in the past and will continue to for my future needs. So what I learned is not to let one bad employee reflect the superb work completed in the past by this company. Hopefully the plumber in question has changed his business practice.

Technician Chris couldnt apologize enough for the delay and came in on his day off to fix the unit.     The tech showed up on time and found problem in 10 minutes. It was a large leak that needed a welding. I also bought a contract as they were professional. I’m from NY and just started living here so idk anyone n have no connections. Trying to save a few dollars I used CL which never done when I needed a professional n now I know why!!!! The financial arrangement we made was disregarded! Then I started hearing some of the most bizarre excuses for not coming plus what I would have to pay to get him back! He said some pretty embarrassing stuff that I won’t repeat. Anyway it’s my fault as I made call! Stick with the pro’s!

    I called them to come look at my unit on 11-12-2019. The previous day I had another company come out and they told me I needed a new unit that would cost me 2500. I explained to the tech with tears in my eyes I couldnt afford it. Thank God for Edwin at 4 star plumbing he was able try fix my unit in 15 minutes and for less than 4 hundred dollars. Lesson learned was call 4 star plumbing because they are honest and they rock!!!!

    I drove a nail thru a refrigerant line on Saturday. Four Star had someone to me in less than 2 hours. The tech repaired the line and recharged the system in a little more than an hour. So less than 3 hours after I did something stupid, Four Star had me back up and running!

    Out five different Plumbers one called back due to an emergency basis . It was a Saturday night after five and my husband slipped in bathtub and broke the faucet and water spout off the wall.     I have use four star for the majority of time I have live here. They are an HONEST and trust worthy firm to do business with. I recommend them to all my friends.     Excellent service and service technician. However I feel the pricing was a bit Hi. I was charged $151 for a capacitor which is a $10 part. I was also charged a $60 service call and a $75 emergency call fee. The whole service call took About 20 minutes.

    When youre in the dog days of summer in South Carolina the last thing you want to see is a blank thermostat. Did what I could, but thought I better call 4 star. My wife called around 9 30 this morning and to my surprise, considering the temperature right now 4 star had a technician to our house by 10. Nathan had us up and running in no time and it was free of charge since we were still under warranty. Strongly recommend 4 star for All your plumbing and heating and air needs.

    I use FourStar regularly. (exclusively, actually) Stone reliable, great people. In the past I had used others for HVAC and plumbing, and while they were fine, there were more schedule conflicts and longer repair times. I am using them in a 340 unit condo complex.
