    What a professional crew. Brendin and Tyler were on time, friendly, and efficient. They removed and installed a new toilet and tank, left the bathroom cleaner than it was before they arrived, and emphasized to contact them anytime with any and all concerns. We were first time customers, but will be using BlueWater Plumbing for all future plumbing work. Be sure to ask for Brendin.

    Brendin & Tyler showed up promptly. They were both nice, friendly young men. They replaced the main water cut off valve to our along with some of the piping. They replaced the shut-off valves to both toilets. The plumbing work looks great and I thought the price was very reasonable. Brendin was knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions.     Great company and will definitely use again! I got behind a leaky bathroom faucet and could quickly tell there were some other issues that might be above my head. We called these guys and Brendan was out a few hours later to assess the situation and back out a few days after to fix everything. While here, Brendan was efficient, friendly, and professional. He got everything done way quicker than I expected. Ive already inquired about having some much overdo work done in our master bathroom and am looking forward to doing business with them again.     Had Bluewater come out for an issue that another plumbing company came out for about 6 months ago. At that time, I thought the service from the other company was good, but turns out there wasnt something communicated to us. Not sure if the tech didnt have the knowledge or what. Fortunately the technician from Bluewater, Robert, was very knowledgeable on what was happening. He provided a ton of insight into our issue and even went out to check our septic tank, which turned out to be part of the issue. Highly recommend Bluewater and I would definitely call them again should we have any other plumbing issues! Also, Bre at the office was super friendly and helpful!

Andrew was awesome and thoroughly explained the process and his plan of attack and we addressed the action plan, together. Found the source, repaired and now will monitor.     I was having sewer line issues in the form of a backed up toilet. I checked Google for the best rated plumbing provider in the area and I found it!!!! My 1/2 bath was backed up terribly. I tried everything I knew to do plus other options I found online. Nothing worked. The second night, my master bath backed up, leaving me standing in ankle deep water when showering (and I turned the water off except to rinse!) I called Bluewater and Robert was out the next day. He cleared the drain from my master. He tried to clear my 1/2 bath but wasn’t able to that day. He came out with a camera and found the issue very quickly! One of the pipes under the floor is a tad more level than it should be. Robert was straight with me and we talked options. 1) we could bust the concrete and fix the line or 2) we could try a better toilet (that apparently could flush a golf ball). Of course, I went with option 2 hoping that would solve the problem. Robert hung out and showed me which toilet I needed. I also replaced the pedestal sink in the 1/2 bath. Robert picked up both and installed them asap. He did an amazing job, leaving the house cleaner than when he arrived. I can’t rave enough about the amazing experience I received. Robert didn’t try to sell me anything and I know how some companies are. For everything he did, the price was very fair. To make it all better, he walked me through everything being done. He wanted me to know what was going on and what to expect. Robert, thank you so very much!!!! Tell Jamie you deserve a raise…or at least a bonus!!!! Oh, so far option 2 is working just fine.

    Our kitchen sink was draining slowly & water would back up into the opposite sink after the disposal side would fill up. The two technicians analyzed the problem right away. It was due to the Air Admittance Valve being clogged. Cut the pipe added an extension & installed a new AAV & everything is back to normal. Took them less than 45 minutes to solve our problem. Had to have the plumbers come back out as it seemed that the AAV was a little to tight & not allowing the proper amount of air in the line. So far so good.
