Verry professional, transparent, and good company. We had a problem with our water heater. So I called , and they directed me oh how to turn off the water, and they fixed my water heater issue, and gave me a competitive quote, with my options, prior to the work being done. They also managed to complete the work in a timely manner, and were very professional. Highly recommend them, and plan to use their services in the future.

This past Sunday, I ran out of hot water and I called Cascade plumbing and I spoke to Ollie who would get a plumber out to me that day. I was very impressed from that moment and the fact that it was a Sunday and no charge to come out.Victor came and was able to diagnose the problem. I did have to call the company from which I got my heater from because my parts were still under warranty.Parts we’re overnighted and Vic was back to install the parts and get my hot water running. Victor was professional courteous and communicated with me very well. I highly recommend cascade plumbing thank you once again.

Have definitely found my go-to plumbing company. Vic is incredible - competent, knowledgeable, and matter-of-fact with no surprises. He and Ollie are a terrific team. We knew from the beginning that one older toilet (leaking badly on the floor) had to be replaced, and another toilet was not working correctly with several issues. Then there was the bathroom faucet issue that another plumber had fixed twice. He looked at all of them with me, evaluated what needed to be done - showing very helpful videos about the specific problems - and four hours later everything was accomplished. The new toilet is top rate and beyond securely fastened to the floor. Other toilet tank was completely gutted, cleaned and rebuilt. Vic not only fixed the faucet but discovered a pipe issue and took care of that. I didnt have to do any cleanup, everything was immaculate. Dont mind paying top dollar for competent contractors, but I found Cascades pricing very reasonable. Will use them again, and also encourage my friends and neighbors to do the same.

Had the best experience with Cascade Plumbing. Vic came out on a Sunday to address frozen pipes at our house in Surfside Beach. He used infrared technology to locate and fix the problem before it got worse. Greatcommunication throughout to include sending photos. Vic checked the entire house and located additional issues to consider fixing - but absolutely no pressure. So glad to have found Cascade Plumbing and Vic!

Had a shower problem, on going for awhile. Had a few suggestions from plumbers after they failed to correct it. Decided to try again. Called Cascade and within two hours technician Vic was at my house. He was professional knowledgeable and fixed what hadnt been been done before. If I could give Cascade a 10 rating I would! We have had several plumbing needs this past year. Our experience with Cascade Plumbing was extrordinary. We had new shower heads installed, new sink fictures and now one of our toilets succumbed to the extra iron in our water here in Myrtle Beach. Both Vic and Ollie replied promptly to our calls and arrived on time. They explained our issues and how they were going to do the repairs. They then advised us of our costs and they were resonable. I am all about small owned business 100 percent because of my family back in MD. I am not from here, so I just googled plumbers for my leaking faucet. The owner said a time and they called and were early! Extremely kind and professional. No money down to just “look” like the big companies do. The pricing was great ! Vic helped us with an emergency issue about a year ago during the holidays. We were new to the area and lucked out when we googled plumber and Cascade Plumbing came up. Im glad I held on to that business card!Recently, we had Cascade rework all the bathroom drain piping underneath the house and they did an amazing job of reconfiguring all the exposed drainpipes. We then had them install a new tankless water heater with a gas conversion. Both times they arrived on time, and did the work required quickly and completely. Vic, Ollie and Amber are polite, personable and good communicators so there were no surprises.Cascade Plumbing does solid work at a fair price and I know they wont try to oversell me on services or products I dont really need. Cascade was very responsive to my plumbing request. I wanted my washer and dryer moved out of the kitchen into the garage and they provided the necessary plumbing and logistics in a matter of days for a reasonable amount. Im very happy with the finished project. Btw, they took care of sinks, the hot water heater, and everything else we asked them to do. They are professional, timely, good communicators, very friendly and a joy to work with. Highly recommend Cascade Plumbing!

I highly recommend Cascade Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I called them to set up an appointment to fix a broken toilet flange. They called prior to arrival as promised, the owner and his daughter assessed the work and she executed the job to our highest satisfaction. Cascade Plumbing is the only company I use. Vic has been to our house on 3 different occasions and all experiences have been 5 star. He has fixed our toilet, shower, water heater, and our spigot. The water heater and spigot were much bigger jobs than anticipated. Vic is honest and genuinely takes pride in his work. He explains everything in non-plumber terms and is very knowledgeable. Vic, a Master Plumber, and his daughter, Ollie, repaired the frozen hot water line to my new washing machine in my new but neglected condo plumbing, replaced toilets with mold-filled tanks, leaky cheap faucets, and installed shut-off valves that were non-functioning. I have called cascade twice and both times during an emergency when no one else could come the same day. Both times Vic made it a point to get to me that day. I unfortunately own a Lennar home and they only have one water shutoff and it’s the main in the garage. Any leak and you have no choice but to shut the whole house down. The first time Vic came out was when I had my Rinnai hot water heater serviced. The tech turned the water back on and the handle for the valve broke off. Vic came out the same day replaced the value, and we were back in operation. Most recently I had Vic do a retrofit of my master bathroom shower. Again, due to shoddy Lennar workmanship I had him install shutoffs in the wall behind the shower and replace the shower head and faucet. Now if a cartridge must be replaced or a leak develops, I won’t have to shut the whole house down. I highly recommend Vic and his company and don’t hesitate to recommend them.

We just want to thank Cascade Plumbing for doing an outstanding job. We had two other plumbers come out because of our toilet both said we needed to replace the toilet because they couldnt figure out how to fix it. Cascade came out and in 10 minutes found all it was was the handle on the toilet was the problem all along. Its been working fine since. Its hard to find an honest company now a days that isnt just looking to charge a small fortune for an easy fix. We will be using them from now on.

Vic is a PhD level plumber. We renovated our entire home and the general contractor brought a fake (no doubt cheap) plumber. We had leaks behind every shower wall and our disposal had not been connected properly so there was a leak under the sink. Vic came in and repaired everything. Since the fake plumber had also re-set all our toilets we also had Vic do diagnostic work on them. He discovered they had been improperly installed and his preventive work no doubt saved us from more leaks. He solved a complicated leak in our garage toilet and today he is installing a faucet for a new custom mini bar. Vic is trustworthy, fairly priced and arrives on time, plus he photographs and explains everything in detail. I will only use Vic!
