I just needed to shout the praises of the amazing Plumber I just found! Billy is just amazing. I called bc of what I thought was a TP clog, in my pipes under the house, causing my toilet to not flush. Billy came around my schedule, took about 20 mins to narrow down where the clog might be, but it was elusive. He needed to come back the next day to remove my toilet so he could snake the pipe. Again, he worked around my schedule. He got here today around 4:30pm and bless that poor guy, he fought for 2.5hrs with that clog. It was really bizarre how it was acting, but he kept at it and finally got it. I know he wasnt planning on being here that long but he didnt let it frustrate him or dissuade him from the job. I had already spent a week going to the gas station to go to the bathroom, trying to unclog it myself. His price was extremely reasonable(around $200 less than I saw people had paid to other, big name companies, for what I would consider similar issues but not quite as severe, whos customer service was terrible to boot). I was actually surprised. But he earned every penny and more. Thank you Billy for your time and determination. My house may have never clogged in the 18 years Ive been here, before, but boy oh boy, when it did, it was a doozie! I cant recommend him enough! If you need a plumber....hes your man! He also does full remodeling for the plumbing side too, sinks, bathrooms, etc.

I have used Adams & Son Plumbing for 15 years. Mr. Adams charges by the job not the hour and does excellent work. He is the most honest business man. He just replaced some drainage pipes under my house that were damaged. It cost less than he estimated because once he started some of the pipes were fine. Other places would have replaced them and charged me. Trust me-use Adams & Son Plumbing!

Had a dishwasher delivered by Home Depot, but they couldnt install it. I called 2 other companies who didnt answer their phones before I talked to Billy and told me he could be here the next morning. Next morning he was prompt, professional, and very courteous. A huge departure from those overpriced big name companies that would take you for a ride and not the one you wanna take either. Billy is excellent in his craft and without a doubt I will use Adams & Son in the future.

Bill Adams bailed us out of a bad situation. We had a hot water heater fail and the drain was clogged so we had a flood. Adams Plumbing was there within an hour and we had a new water heater installed within a couple of hours. He did a great job and was very professional and the price was more than fair. We will be using Adams plumbing from now on.

I have had Mr. Adams 3 times now , once to refix a toilet another plumber messed up , for a keak in our kitchen sink & fir our bathroomPedestal sink that came loose off the wall from putting weight on it & started leaking . Mr. Adams came quickly, was in our home no longer then 10 minutes to look walk into the bathroom look at the sink , ask if we wanted to replace it ir use the same one explaining that he would not be responsible for the sink coming off the wall again because if it being an older sink and it had no hanging brackets to support it to the wall. We told him it was our falt the sink came loose & it has been in the room for over 25 years so we will chance it . He said he would have to come back tomorrow to do the work, which we agreed. My issue is that Mr. Adams should have informed us at that time that 10 minute visit was coasting us a $59.00 service charge not slip it in the charge the next day & not even present a written bill of charges, we had to call him to get a list & price of what was done. His company also does not offer any senior or military discount . I can not complain about the quality of his work in the 3 times he’s been here the work has been great. A simple presentation of a bill or explanation of price charges would have been what any customer would expect , he is a man of few words for sure .

Placed a call on Friday at 4:15 about a leak under my kitchen sink and Billy was at the door within 20 minutes of the initial phone call. Diagnosed and resolved the issue within 15-20 minutes of arriving. Very professional, clean and knowledgeable. I can see why theyve been in business for 20+ years. A+ Overall and would recommend to anyone.

I called Adams & Sons because i was running out of hot water. I told them that we had tried turninf the twmp up on our recently purchased (10 year old) home because we thought that orevious owners had turned it down, The first thing he did was try to help save us a service call by explaibing that there are two temperature gauges and if you dont set them both up it would cause the onw to overwork to try to heat the entire tank. I then rold him how old the tank was and that it was rusted on the bottom, even though it sits on a stand off the floor of our storagw area. This changed things. He was concerned about the rust and saud he would be there in an hour to look at it. When we opened the storage shed, there was water in the pan. Oops. It needed to be replaced. Billy came back rhe very next day and installed a 50 gallon tank for us. Its working great. Thanks Billy for initially trying to guide us away from a service call and thank you for your quick and professional service. I highly recommend, that if anyone needs a plumber, give Adams & Son a call. They are quick, fair priced, and professional.

Called Bill late Sunday afternoon/early evening for a backup in my kitchen sink. He came out and responded very quickly. He assessed the problem, knew exactly what it was and took care of the backup in no time at all. Also gave us some very good advice on our garbage disposal! Will certainly recommend and use Bill again in the future if needed.
