AirTime have been probably the best service/contractor organization I have ever dealt with. Besides providing a very fair and one of the best quotes on my dual AC unit install. They went above and beyond in other areas to ensure I was happy with everything. From the salesperson, Ashton, to Duke in the front office to Axel in field service and of course the installation team (including Jordan but I cant remember the other names) everyone was super nice, helpful, professional, and efficient. Each step of the way was explained and all my questions answered and when they left they made sure to clean up to leave the work area like they found it. Sending thanks to the whole team! Overall I wouldnt hesitate to recommend AirTime!

The entire experience with Airtime was wonderful. Ashton came out same day we called to give us an estimate. Estimate was very reasonable for a 3 ton, 17 seer Trane. The unit was installed 3 days later. Installation crew arrived on time and was great. They cleaned up after and was in and out in about 3.5 hours. Would definitely recommend this company.

We had a new A/C installed with Air Time Heating and Air about 4 years ago. We felt they gave us a very fair price and their technicians came when they were scheduled and did a very good job. We have had to call them out twice in the 4 years for small issues and they came same day or early the next day. They were always on time and always sent very capable and knowledgeable technicians. Service charges were super reasonable. We also feel like they are honest and not trying to gouge us.

Highly Recommend!When my air conditioning failed during a sweltering 116°F heatwave, Ashton came to provide a quote. He was highly professional and not at all pushy. Aston took the time to explain my current setup and recommended the best unit for my needs. The new unit was installed the very next day, with a crane arriving at my house at 3 AM. I was extremely impressed by their promptness, which meant my family didnt have to leave our home.The technicians who installed the unit were Vince & Duke and they were also equally professional and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I came home from work and realized my house was extremely warm on a hot August day. I called AirTime and immediately spoke with a very friendly receptionist. She was able to get a technician, Garret, out to me within a few hours. Garrett called and was able to come even earlier, so I only had to wait about 30 minutes. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any AC needs.

Did an absolute great job. New two stage Trane Seer2 installation. First unit they installed had a manufacturing issue, corrected the problem so we’d have air conditioning, and, the next day, replaced the unit with a new unit. Has been 2 months since installation, everything is excellent, is way quieter, even when running second tier. Cooling seems more even though out the house, which seems odd giving it uses the old ductwork, although they did reseal everything. New plenum improves visual also, Very,Very satisfied.

After being stood up by a different AC Company for a new unit installation. I called Air Time from a recommendation. Air Time had technicians out to my house that afternoon, helped confirm the issue and got me on their schedule for installation of a new unit. They called the next day and said they could install it sooner if we were ok with a Saturday installation. The installers were on time, efficient, thorough and professional. They removed the old unit and installed the new one in less than 4 hours, and after a few weeks of usage, and break in, everything is working as it should. Their customer service was great. I have been totally impressed with AirTime since my first call last year. Do not waste your time or money with anyone else. Forget all the large companies with their cute commercials. AirTime is the best. They have done new Trane installs on two of my rental properties and I could not be happier. Ashton is great to work with. Absolutely a top notch professional. The crews that came out to do both installs were fantastic. They all took the time to answer my questions and even help the tenant with programming the thermostat. Customer service like this is rare these days, but not at AirTime. Everyone have I have spoken to or dealt with has been terrific. A huge shout out to the crews that did the work at my homes. Josh and his sons did an install for me last year at the end of December and they were awesome. Today I met Vinnie and Jordan at another home for another install. These guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I honestly cannot say enough about the professionalism and customer service I have received.

Including installing a Nest Learning Thermostat I bought at Costco for no addition charge. He even provided a bit of advice on installing a scoop to redirect more air into my south facing living room which is the hottest room in the house. I made and installed the scoop myself and it’s working. Once I made my choice between six 4+ star contractor estimates, AirTime rose to the top and was able to get the install done within a week. The crew of James, Jordan, and Vincent did a commendable job. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They also were Hank, my dog, approved. I got exactly what I wanted without any issues. AirTime Cooling and Heating replaced my HVAC system in November 2020 and we have been very pleased.Brian was very responsive and informative and provided a very fair quote. They also handled all the paperwork for SRP and manufacturer rebates.Brian allowed us to make this big and expensive decision without constantly pestering us to see if wed made a decision yet and I really appreciate that.The installers showed up right on time and did an excellent job. They kept me updated throughout the day with texts and pictures (I wasnt home.) When they finished, everything looked great and the only indication they had been there, was a comfortable home with new HVAC units.They also cleaned the air ducts and dryer vents. I could not believe the amount of lint in the dryer vent. GET YOUR DRYER VENTS CLEANED!!I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new HVAC system.

He suggested I put a new starter kit on the system,based on some readings. However I very uncomfortable knowing that it was a fairly new unit. Left them mostly alone to do their work and they finished the job(s) within their estimated time frame. Answered any questions I’ve had. AC seems to make the house cooler than our old one, were glad we got a bigger 16 sear. Unfortunately our slab was too small so they put a bigger slab on top to accommodate the bigger unit and had to add some of our flagstone pieces under the bigger slab to stabilize the unit. Doesnt look incredibly professional but with some decorative bricks or blocks around the base would help. If we knew our slab was too small we would of redone it to a more proper size.:UPDATE:After getting my post insulation free checkup they called me and asked if they could come by and fix the pad area to my unit and they did and did a great job! They made the pad look normal with the right fit and added landscaping rock around it. No extra cost at all, they just want to do a great job and and fix it when they dont get right. Great company and attitude!

My heater made the banging noises. I called the company and they immediately send their technician the next day! Axel came on time and check throughly the system and have advised me that system is great just need to change air filters that why the noises made. He also performed the Spring cleaning on the system! it is ready now for the months ahead. I am very happy with his work and will use them again in the future jobs! The price is good too! Thanks :)

They answered the phone on the first ring and had Garrett, the technician, at our house that afternoon. It was fixed within an hour. AirTime installed our new AC/heating system in May of 2023. There was one slight issue with the install, but they sent someone out immediately to rectify the situation. Being a new system, there were a couple differences between our old unit and this new unit, but AirTime sent a rep out to ensure all was well with the units. Their pricing was more reasonable than we expected, and slightly lower than all other quotes we had received. We could have spent more on a higher end unit, but AirTime told us to save our money, which was unexpected from a sales perspective. As an added bonus (and not what we had with a previous new unit/company we no longer use), your first 2 services (summer/winter checkups) are complimentary! From our sales rep, to every service rep we have had out to the house, nothing but high praise for all of them! Highly recommend AirTime and so glad we found them!
