Brandon and the other gentlemen were extremely helpful and went out of their way to explain the issues my vent was having. They were both very friendly and nice! I have used Western States for a few years now, and would highly recommend them! They call when they are on the way and always arrive in the window (time frame) given. Western States is also great with keeping us on schedule for our routine check ups and calling me seasonally to make sure we schedule!

I cant say enough good things about the team at Western States. My wife and I recently bought our first house, and the HVAC system was 23 years old. I had Western States out to take a look and give us an opinion on how long the units might last, and if we could limp them through summer 2024 before a total replacement in the fall. They unfortunately didnt make it that long, but we had a plan and quotes in place if this happened. They came out the next day (it was still over 110 degrees) and tore out the old compressors and air handlers and replaced everything in 10 hours. Their install quality and communication were stellar and we got exactly what we paid for. They even threw in an extended service contract for us based on a miscommunication about pricing which was resolved quickly. We also took advantage of their 12mo no interest financing through their financing partner, which has worked out great so far. HVAC is a big expense, and can be a stressful purchase and experience, but these guys made it as painless as possible. Id use them again and have referred them to other friends and family members. It’s too far and in between that you find an absolutely an amazing AC technician. We had Jason Hagerty at our house who did a complete fall inspection on everything he was able to present photos and explanations of everything. With his upfront pricing, great attitude and top-tier performance. He was able to fix our unit and replace the necessary parts in a very timely manner. Five stars is just not enough. I wish there was more.. I would recommend Jason and his company over and over again!!!

The installation of a new AC/Heating unit was excellent. Joe Gabriel the project manager was exceptional with communication, coordination and follow up.We would highly recommend Joe and Western States.However, customer service from the home office is very sub standard. The CS protocol is not to update the customer on delayed timelines. Updates are responsibility of the customer.This process is very unacceptable.

Fantastic service from Jonathan and Matt today installing all new vents! They took there time after the install to ensure that we were happy with all of our register adjustments in the our rooms with the most ‘heat’ during the summer afternoons. They were on time, worked efficiently without taking a break and finish the job in the estimated amount of time. I’m so HAPPY with the outcome of their work. So far, our bedroom is nice and cool! The guys even told us that they would come back and make adjustments to the work done in the attic until we were satisfied! That is great customer service! On 6/24/2024, we found we had a leak we thought might be associated with our AC unit. We called Western States Home Services and they promptly had a technician come to our residence. Joe Gabriel, AC technician, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within about 15 minutes. Joe was very polite and personable. As a true professional, he told us what he found, what he did to fix it and what we should watch for in the future. He also told us where we could get help if we needed any repair on the leak area. We were more than pleased with all the service Western States provided us, from beginning to end. We highly recommend their services.

Shout out to Hector, Mario and Mike Bidwell! You’ve got some wonderful employees! Great guys and service. We had an A/C outage on 7/9, and Mike came out promptly to inspect and evaluate our issues. He was very kind and explained the problems in great detail. We had to get the unit replaced, and Western scheduled that for the next day. Hector, Mario and crew were here promptly the following day and worked hard and as swift as possible to get it changed out ASAP. They were amazing and very kind guys! They explained everything to us in detail, worked super hard in this heat and got us up and going in the timeframe given! We were up and running from having a dead 23 year old a/c within 24 hours. Mike Bidwell came by a couple of days after for some follow up work and he was so pleasant and wonderful! You’re lucky to have these guys! Western is amazing and highly recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In addition to the repair work, we also signed up for their maintenance program.On August 14, 2024 we had Western States install our new air conditioning unit!! What an improvement! We’ve been using Western States Home Services for several years now and have been delighted with the work they do. This time though, they exceeded expectations beyond belief. We had an AC issues on a Thursday night and wanted to see what the issue was. A tech from Western States came out the following morning to look it over, which was the first pleasant surprise. He showed me the readouts on his smartphone as well as pictures of the air handler in the attic. There were numerous issues and the (23 year old) unit wasn’t worth repairing. Plus, he found an exhaust leak from the furnace that was allowing Carbon Monoxide to get into our house! After going to his van and recording everything he went back into the attic to check his measurements again to ensure everything would be right. He recommended a new AC unit that would be right for our house and worked with the office to schedule the installation the following day. That was another surprise. Then on Saturday the installers showed up before 8 am to begin work. Wow, didn’t expect that either! Both gentlemen were friendly and kind young men who were pleasant to work with. We had our new unit working just after lunch! We can’t say enough good things about Western States Home Service and enthusiastically recommend them to anybody we know. God Bless your company and your people, you really make a difference when things go wrong.

Right in the middle of the busiest time of the year for A/C, their technician Ken came out to inspect the situation and let us know all of our options. He didnt take advantage of a broken unit in Arizona summer, he truly wanted to help. He was so professional and knowledgable. We without hesitation felt we were receiving the best deal with unmatched service and moved forward with a brand new 4 ton HVAC unit. Western States was able to come out the very next day and remove the entire old system both indoors and out, then install all the new equipment. They were incredibly communicative and the installers were clean, professional, and friendly. If I was able to rate this company more than 5 stars I would. Its hard to come across an entire team in todays world with such commitment to excellence. I highly recommend Western States Home Services and will be referring them to anyone I come across in need.
