Bruce and Sebastian came out and did an excellent job on installing a new 2-ton split system and getting our tenant taken care of so they can have cold air. Bruce and Sebastian were super knowledgeable, friendly. after install they checked the system for any leaks and made sure that it was running an operational before they left

    Rainforest came to my apartment to work on an urgent slab leak. They had to have worked almost 24 hours straight.     I am a Community Manager on was on call this past weekend. We had a major line break at one of our associations, leaving 7 homes without water. I called Rainforest. I have ALWAYS had my emergency calls answered by Rainforest the first time I call. Cari was the tech assigned to this matter, along with Jamal. They did an AMAZING job! Cari contacted me when en route, when he got to the property, when he had questions and when the job was completed. He also sent before and after photos! They were on property for hours/ overnight to make sure the issue was resolved. I am so thankful for their hard work and excellent communication!     This is the third time I’ve used Rainforest.Their team is very professional and easy to work with. Scheduling is easy and they have great people who know their stuff.James was punctual and really worked hard to get our drain cleared. I mean, he really had to pull out every trick. We had a really strange situation with a couple pipes that made things difficult but kept going until he had things flowing.He quoted us some additional repairs and explained exactly what they entail, which was helpful. He also didn’t pressure us to do those additional things immediately but kept working to solve the original issue.In my experience, Rainforest is a bit on the expensive side but not unreasonable, Their professionalism, equipment, and experienced team make it worth it, IMO.Good job!

    Great service, even better people. My AC unit went out on a Friday, and I had a new unit installed and will be working by Monday. From the people in the office to the technicians, it was a positive experience throughout. Sheri in the office was always available, answering my questions, and giving me updates along the way. Joshua came out to diagnose the issue and was very professional, giving me multiple options to move forward with. The installation went smoothly, and they came back the next day to perform the duct cleaning. Eric finished the job in no time and even answered a few other questions I had that were unrelated :) I had a small plumbing issue a couple weeks after (talk about timing) and they fixed it same day. I cant say enough about the entire Rainforest team. Id highly recommend them for any of HVAC or plumbing needs!

    I work at a property and we use rainforest as one of our vendors for AC and they’ve been nothing but amazing. They’re always out same day or next day and always have our residents happy with a fixed AC same day. I live on site and unfortunately my AC went out and we called them this morning and of course they we’re here a few hours later. Diego is the technician I had looking at my AC unit and he spent a good amount of time really trying to find the issue, very nice guy, professional and would definitely recommend! Unfortunately the issue was bigger than expected and hoped for so they will be back tomorrow to finish it!

    I called Rainforest Plumbing & Air, Mesa, AZ to have a new shower head and new faucet installed. The tech, Cari C., came out to assess the situation. He ordered the parts and let me know what was going on each step of the way. He went to install the shower head and called me to make me aware of potential install issues. Luckily, there were no big install issues, but he cleaned out the existing plumbing in the wall to allow for maximum water pressure. He sent me videos, pictures, and called me to make me aware of what was going on. He was very efficient and very fair with his pricing and even cut me a break with pricing as all of the parts were not in as promised.I really appreciate Cari and his work ethic. He was on time, efficient, fair, thorough, and did a great job finding and fixing the issues we were having.I am very impressed with Cari and Rainforest Plumbing & Air.

    I had Rainforest Plumbing replace my water heater yesterday, their people arriving on time. Their two technicians, John and his assistant Damien, worked all afternoon in my garage where the temperature was at least 115. They were easy to talk with in discussing repair/replace options. They replaced the almost-20-year-old heater with a new one, with new fittings, upgrading it to new construction standards so it will pass an inspection if I sell my house. When finished, they gave me some tips on preventive care and hauled the old heater away. I am very pleased with their work. This is the second time Rainforest has helped me and I will call them again.

A calcified brass fitting on a copper pipe sans the shut-off lever that had cracked the water hose to the refrigerator. We were valued and heard. What pleasant experience.

After months of headache and issues with previous AC company we finally called Rainforest - they were out within an hour of calling them - both the techs were extremely knowledgeable about the units their job and what the company has to offer. . just the first 10 min of talking about the issues I was confident they were going to solve the problem we were having having- which they did that and more.I was very impressed.     We first called Rainforest for our AC when a microburst fried it with a power surge. It was about midnight and they had someone out early the next morning. They did a great job and no hard selling. Super friendly servicemen. Today it was 110 and our AC stopped blowing cold. Called and Eric came by a few hours later. He was friendly and was able to fix the problem quickly and efficient. We have been very happy with our service.

    Woke up at 5am to the house feeling hot and already 82 when we keep it set to 76. Immediately starting calling around to try to get same day service as I have dogs and kids and can’t not have AC in the middle of the summer in AZ. Rainforest Plumbing and Air was the first company that responded and said they could be out between 9-1 that same day! Joshua Perez showed up around 9:30 I believe and already knew what the issue was. The capacitor went out, he swapped it out and the AC started blowing cold air again. Highly recommend Joshua and Rainforest for anyone needing quick and quality service!

    Contacted Rainforest about getting sewer pipe under house slab scoped to see the condition of the 46 year old plumbing (built in 1968). The office was great to work with and able to get the job scheduled quickly. Adam, the tech showed up right on time, prepared the equipment to scope from the roof vent because no cleanout is known to exist on this older home. Adam went back and forth between main vent pipe at beginning of run and the smaller vent pipe in the kitchen area in the middle of the run. The plumbing needs a service to fully clear out the run but Adam was able to get a single video of the whole pipe for preliminary review. Waiting on Rainforest to schedule a cable and clear service. Thanks Rainforest!!!

    My AC stopped working at 9:30 on a Friday night. I called all of the 24 hour emergency AC companies, none called back like they said they would or could come out 😡 Rainforest was the last company I called, and they committed to coming out that night to help me and fix my AC!! Their tech (John) got here at 1am and got my AC running again!(plus he was a super nice, personable guy) What a huge relief!! It doesnt take long for the house to heat up here in the Valley, and I was super worried about my two 15 year old dogs and how they were handling the heat!! Rainforest was the last one I called last night, but will be the first one I call next time!!

    I had water under my kitchen sink and Xavier came out and determined it was the faucet that was leaking. He went to have lunch while I ran to Home Depot to purchase a replacement and then he returned and installed it for me. No more leak! Xavier was great to work with!

    I was not there physically during the installation. My tenant who lives at the premise dealt with the installer, Patrick Tiner, for the entire installation process. Per my tenant, he was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable in the field. He kept the premise very clean during the installation process. Since I was located remotely in another state, he was very nice to send me photos of before and after pictures of the HVAC system. Overall, I am very pleased with Rainforest Plumbing and Air. I realize companies must make money to survive, however what Ive seen from this company is customer satisfaction truly takes precedent.     I’ve never met a more honest technician or hard working tech in my life. I saw the rainforest van about to leave my condo building and I literally ran after it because my AC had just broken down and it was 117 degrees outside during the day and about 100 degrees at night. Michael, the tech, lowered his window and told me to call dispatch and he would wait there so he could help me. The other AC companies who did repairs charged me so much money and the AC would always break down every few months. Every few months, the AC would break and I would call other company to come service it. Rainforest was honest with me about the issue. They took video and showed me what was happening. I needed a new condenser. It was Saturday at 11p. Typically you would need a crane to lift it to the 4th floor rooftop. Michael didn’t want us without AC in 117 degrees, so he promised he’d be back Sunday morning with a brand new unit and he would carry it up to the rooftop. He’s currently keeping his promise because he just called me to tell me he’s en route to the condo with the new unit! He is the NICEST tech I’ve ever worked with. Im absolutely canceling my contract with the other company because they used/replaced the wrong sized motor in past repairs and that helped blow out my unit. I’m grateful for the service and customer service from Rainforest. This is not a paid review - I’m a real person who just went through a nightmare during the brutal summer heat.

    I appreciate the fast service that I expected to get when I called. We had an issue with the person(resident) on site being in an emotional state due to coming home from work exhausted and seeing the shower filling with sewage. The technician failed to take charge of the situation and be the expert on site. I reported the situation to management. The manager took control of the situation and educated the technician on customer service. A series of tasks was established to adequately address the situation and to maintain some order. The technician was able to quickly deal with an escalating problem to prevent property damage. The clog was located and removed efficiently. Rainforest management, administrative office, and technicians were all pleasant to deal with and were willing to take the time to listen. I really appreciate the customer service overall. I especially appreciate the prompt service in the middle of the night.

    Rainforest Plumbing sent two gentlemen to replace my toilet in the bathroom and my faucet in the bathroom and all the shut off valves in my bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Matt and Zach were very professional very friendly both jumped on the job so as I would not have to have the water shut off to the whole house for to long. They had a lot to do but they jumped right in and got the job done for me. I’m so thankful. I recommend Rainforest Plumbing and Matt and Zach any day!!

    This is what customer service should be modeled after. We had slow flushing toilets and gave Rainforest a call.. Our tech Xavier ran a snake and cleared the pipes. After explaining what he had found (everything he saw he took pics of.) We concluded that our outdated toilets were the issue. (Hard water build up narrowing flow). Yay lets shop for toilets. 🤣 in conclusion, respectful by arriving in giving time of arrival. Clear explanation of what was done and recommendations. Give them a call.

    My experience with the team at Rainforest is 5 Stars across the entire business process. My wife and I own a number of rental properties in the Valley; these are the go to guys for great service and responsiveness. About a week ago, an HVAC unit needed to be replaced. Everyone I interfaced with beginning with the person who took my first call thru job completion was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. The team moved super fast to schedule the job, gather all equipment/replacement hardware, assign a team, and complete the installation....this was all done in 2 days!! Special thanks go to the scheduling team, Aaron, and the team of techs that replaced the attic exchanger and the ground unit. As an additional positive comment, Rainforest installed two new HVAC units at our primary home over 10 years ago; they did an amazing job then as well. We are a repeat customer and will continue to be. Highly recommended business!!

    Ac suddenly stopped working and in Az thats a big problem with kids in the house. Went through so many options with refi the home for equity or getting a new line of credit and many other crazy expensive options before calling Rainforest. Literally within 36 hours from the first call I had a new unit installed and cooling the house and they beat the quotes of every other company the wife and I panic called by thousands. Financing was surprisingly very quick, easy and customizable and took maybe 15 minutes. 10/10 would recommend and will be using again. Shout out to Kyle, Josh and the office staff who made this go from chaos emergency to easy as ordering pizza!

    Rainforest recently installed 2 complete HVAC systems for us after one of our original units bellied up when we returned from a vacation. I was impressed that not only did we have Braddlie out within an hour of our initial call (at 3:30pm on a Tuesday), but without pressure, he explained the issue, gave us options, explained the why behind his thoughts, and we ultimately had 2 new systems up and running the following day. Seriously - the responsiveness overall is nothing short of extraordinary.Fast forward to Labor Day. 8am. The pressure reducing valve on our main water line failed and we lost all water to the house. As we continue to be members of the Cabana Club, after calling Rainforest, Matt called me within 30 minutes and was at my door less than an hour later. Thats impressive - more so on a holiday. Theres that responsiveness I mentioned again! He quickly assessed the issue, and as all the other Rainforest techs, demonstrated a friendly professional demeanor and was willing to explain everything he found and his thoughts on fixing. While we obviously couldnt replace the valve on a holiday, within an hour he was able to troubleshoot and ultimately open the valve and get water flowing again as a temporary fix until the value could be completely replaced.Everyone weve worked with at Rainforest displays professional acumen, integrity, skill, friendly attitude, and a can-do attitude.     I called with a hot water foundation leak and Phil was superb at walking my son & I through the process & keeping my expense inline!     Called this company for a second quote. Christian and his colleague came the same day and confirmed I needed a new water tank. Matched the other company and installed right there and then!     They were hired by the property management company for my rental unit. The problem was complex and Cari/Carey, was very professional while trying to assess the situation and the best resolution. He kept me posted as he ruled out options and explained the best solution and why. He gave me an estimate on how long it would take and made sure he was respectful of the other areas of my house. When he was done he cleaned up the area and asked if I needed anything else. I would definitely use him again.

    I had them replace my water heater today. I was very pleased from start to finish. My initial contact, on a Saturday, was with the company (instead of some answering service). The person with whom I talked with was knowledgeable and helpful. The initial visit from Rainforest for an evaluation (Braddlie) was on time and he explained the options and setup a replacement for the next day. The plumber who did the actual replacement, Frank, was also first rate: professional, hard working and also very personable (which always makes a little stressful event a little easier).They did the install in very hot weather (106) while being pleasant the whole time. One additional nice feature was the communication with the company during the process. Just before their employee would arrive they texted me with his picture and name, so I knew who to expect. A nice security feature. The final water heater installation looks well-organized and clean. Im obviously very happy with my investment.
