His attention to detail, commitment to see it through - ensuring the fix would hold - was exemplary.Just the nicest young man you’d ever want to welcome into your home for repairs. Skilled & kind.     George and his partner were amazing! I needed several things done plumbing-wise, and I scheduled an appointment online. Within seconds, I received a text back, saying they were on their way. They were clean cut, professional, and so kind! (And were fun to converse with). I was also extremely impressed with the quick communication and customer service from the office. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Christian was amazing. Arrived exactly when he said he would, less than 90 minutes after the first call. Identified the problem and coordinated additional service to solve it. If all my vendors were as professional as Christian, it would be a great day!!!

    I’ve used Rooter Hero consecutive times, and……., i did not listen to their timely advice. they said i needed to clean all my drain lines in my 60 year old house and have them epoxied. I, of course, knew better and thought i was being upsold. One year later after they did a great job clearing out my problems, i had another massive sewer backup on Easter weekend with 60 people coming over. I called Rooter Hero and Joe and Peter showed up on Friday and showed me that a main line from my kitchen to my sewer main had collapsed. the best thing about R/H is that they have the technology to show me everything and where the problem is in live time. What nobody realizes is that drain pipes, which we all take for granted, eventually collapse. My house was built in 1963, slab on grade, so all my pipes are inaccessible. Anyways, Joe and Peter handled it and got everything working again after 2 weeks because drains kept collapsing. They were both so conscientious and were always fastidious at making sure the work site was clean etc. This operation is soooooooo legitimate. It was my fault I didn’t listen to them a year ago when they originally quoted me $9k to line and protect all my drains. It ended up costing me $50k in the end because i was too stupid to know what they were recommending for preventative maintenance. All My fault. They solved all the problems. It was a very painful lesson at 58 years old. But I’m not to proud to dog myself and praise Rooter Hero and Joe and Peter, two absolute studs in todays world void of real people not taking advantage of people. I would hire them away and start my own plumbing company if i wanted to jump into that space.!!!! Rooter Hero runs a real tight and respectable operation.

    The initial service was exceptional. Jose and his crew came in, opened the walls, and replaced the plumbing in two days. The inspections took a month to get done, but that was due to the city’s schedule. The price was pretty high, but the work was done quickly and in a professional manner.

    Anyone that needs plumbing services and want a team of experts to take care of them while treating them like family should call Rooter Hero of Costa Mesa. Ive had many calls due to the age of the house and I dont trust anyone more than I trust this team. I had the privilege of getting Ivan & Marco this time, and not only did they do a fast job at resolving my issue, they respected my home...and they respected my request for 10min call ahead notification so that I can be prepared for their arrival. One of the greatest services that can be provided is communication. It reflects respect towards me as a customer and show respect for my time. Both Ivan & Marco communicated with me with their ETA prior to arriving, communicated to me what the issue was after assessment, and communicated to me what to look out for next time and how to prevent same issue from arising. Ivan & Marco were true representatives of a company that treats you like a family member while completing the job like true professionals with Integrity. Thank you Rooter Hero for having such great ambassadors of skilled technicians. I cant thank you enough. I can honestly say, I look forward to the next issue that comes up because I know I am in good hands. :)

    We had really bad shower pressure and he replaced the shower head and addressed the issue. Also he unclogged our sink and now it works really well. He took the time to explain what was going on and how to prevent from it happening again. Our sewage was baking up he was up front and clear on what was the issue how it needed to be handled and what it would cost to fix it no unexpected totals at the end. He was clean, professional and very knowledgeable of what was going on and what would work. Everything turned out great! We are very satisfied with the job that was completed. I would request him to come back if I needed a plumber again. I recommend him to all my family and friends.

    Refrigerator water line sprung a leak Saturday night causing water all over kitchen floor. Tried to turn the valve to turn off water and valve broke off. Called Rooter Hero (RH) and because it was so late, suppliers were closed, so had to come out Sunday morning. Had to turn off water to the house overnight but that was ok. Repair was made Sunday morning by Jonathan, great technician, however water to the refrigerator and ice cube maker wasnt working. Called RH again and sent out new technicians Monday and Ivan was able to get everything working. Despite having to come out 2x, RH was very courteous, professional and capable, A great job was done by both technicians and couldnt be happier. We have a few more plumbing issues that need to be taken care of and we wont hesitate to call RH again! Thanks guys for all your support and help!

    My plumber, who came by very fast, was extremely polite, knowledgable, honest and got the job done super fast. His name is KEN. Everyone should use this guy! He did a great job, cleaned up after the job and overall just a nice guy to deal with. He drove to Lowe’s with me and helped pick out a new toilet, that was perfect and cost effective.     Note to self… Never pour unused Metamucil down the drain!!! It instantly turned to a thick gelatinous substance. Let’s just say, that none of our efforts worked. So, we called Rooter Hero.Gustavo was very professional and got right down to business. He kept everything clean as he went. It was a really tough clog, and all be it difficult, he kept at it. Aside from be a wonderful plumber, I felt comfortable being alone With him in our home. We chatted as he worked. It was if my neighbor had come over to help me out.Will I use Rooter Hero again? Without a doubt!
