    I would like to thank Jeremy and his team, Trent and Justin for an outstanding job of transforming our guest bathroom with tub into a beautiful walk-in shower. Trent and Justin really went above and beyond making sure the fit was just right. They laid plastic down over our carpet and cleaned up after they were done. Also thank you to their home services department, Andrew, Nicole, Trevor and Bridges for finishing the details of the job with floor tile, sheetrock, paint and shower door installation. Special thank you to Bridges for his skill and taking the extra time to get details like matching the texture of the Sheetrock to our existing painted wall correct. He also did a fantastic job of fitting the shower door. The finished product looks great and the walk-in shower will be much safer than the tub for our older guest. Their office staff were always friendly and great to work with. All in all we are very happy with our new shower and the team that made it possible. Thank you so much.

    I just had Shawn out, he was honest and fixed my drain. He went above and beyond. I had another plumbing company come out before him and they wanted to charge me 11,000 and tear upMy entire kitchen and bathroom for a pipe that was not broken. So glad I went with PlumbSmart plumbing to get a second opinion! The issue ended up being hair in my bathroom sink. If you want an honest company go with plumbsmart!

    Francisco arrive early in the 2-hour time frame. He did a fantastic job. Our toilet was leaking around the base and was old so we chose to replace it. He thoroughly checked the flange and floor area and indicated all was ok. The new toilet looks fantastic and the whole area was cleaner than when he arrived. Great job Plumb Smart and Francisco! We will definitely use you again for plumbing issues.

    From the moment Megan answered the phone till the Company vehicle drove away I knew I was in good hands. I had an issue with the water heater. Chase and Jordan arrived on time and and unfortunately told me that my heater had major issues. 3 1/2 hours later I had a new heater installed up and running. Chase even pointed out an issue with the last installation that was not done by code and he resolved the issue. I could not recommend this group more enthusiastically...a total group of professionals from start to finish.

    This was my first experience with this company. l called in the afternoon because of a plumbing issue and they sent Derek the next morning. He figured out the problem, informed me of the cost and did the repair. He was thorough, informative, efficient, and very personable.     We had a major water leak under our house.They were able to come over first thing in the morning and diagnose the problem and within a couple of hours had it fixed and we have water again. Thank goodness as we have company staying with us. Both Jeremy and Devin were super nice and professional and answered all our questions. We will definitely use them again if we have the need.

    I scheduled an annual water heater service along with some questions about fixing faucets, etc. The service attendant was professional and was able to schedule a technician. They sent Devin Stiger an excellent technician he was professional, courteous, and respectful of property, and all questions I had were answered so that I could learn about the systems he worked on from faucets to the water heater.

    Called Plumbsmart after a brand new water heater installed by another company wasnt working. Brian diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. Two plumbers from the other company have visited, but could not remedy the situation. We got fast, friendly, professional service for a reasonable fee. We have a new go-to plumber.

    This business is awesome! They installed a water softener and an a/c unit for my house. Their prices are so much better than Parker & Sons. Itā€™s crazy to me that I got the same quality equipment for so much less. My water softener was going to cost me $7000 for Parker & Sons and it only cost me $1000 to install with PlumbSmart.     10 days from closing, a drip from a faucet was found hiding a waterfall. I called a competitor and was flabbergasted at the quote. My agent noticed Plumbsmart, i called...hands down the right choice.     I have to shout out my praise to Caden at PlumbSmart for fixing my AC issue way beyond my expectations. It is a few weeks later and I am thrilled to have my AC working as it should have when the other local well-known company put it in 4 years ago. Now it even cycles on and off in the hottest days when before it ran nonstop. I live in a park model in a resort park and I was inadvertently cooling the underside of the trailer losing about 25% of the capacity of the AC unit. There is no comparison. Ive used PlumbSmart for plumbing for quite some time with similar praiseworthy work and professionalism, and after using them for the AC issue, I cannot imagine going back to my old company.I was getting a complete repiping done on my park model with Charles and Trent which led me to having the AC checked by PlumbSmart.     We had an AC emergency and response from home warranty was going to take days. We reached out to PlumbSmart and had a technician out the next day to diagnose the problem. Whole compressor needed to be replaced. They set up a portable AC unit for us which was very nice and got the part replaced within a couple of days. Probably about the time we would have gotten initial response only from our warranty. This really saved us as AC outages in the summer can be TOUGH.

    In one of the hottest times of the year, our air conditioning unit went out. PlumbSmart had available appointments right away and arrived on time. Caden was our technician, and he immediately assessed the problem and got the air working even while addressing other HVAC issues on the roof. Caden was very thorough and even took extra time to address other concerns that we had, just to make sure that everything continued to work, and that was very reassuring especially because we are in monsoon season. Everyone at PlumbSmart was very nice and professional. I later learned they are a full-service company that does more than just HVAC.     We have trane xvi20s on the house and they are computer controlled variable speed both inside and outside units. One unit shut down for unknown reasons. plumbsmart sent out Jeffrey Jenkins their technician who was able to restore the unit to a running condition. He spent the time to inspect all of the equipment and the coded error and was able to get it back up and running without and major repairs and gave me insight into a problem just over the horizon. He was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I decided to make the purchase and called the Co.regarding the estimate. They promptly transferred me to their installation department to schedule. They were very courteous and scheduled my installation at the earliest time available. When it came time for it to be installed there was a problem that the Model I purchased is no longer being made.     Was not as happy with the plumber as I was with the AC people. AC people were great and justified a 5 star. My initial review was harsh because the technician did not take the time to explain what he saw as a broken faucet. It was brand new and installed in a rental property. My interaction and explanation to Sara was amazing. They really do want to make things right and I will use them again and recommend them.

    They are honest and professional, they did noticed mold in the AC and thought they needed to come in do a complete duct which would have been a big bill. The AC guy showed his boss the mold and luckily it was just mold from the moisture trapped in the ac box. They cleaned it up, cleaned the coils and maintenance the unit. At least they were honest rather than trying to make more money for a service we didnā€™t need. Highly recommended.

    9-16-22Plumbsmart diagnosed the slow drains at our Dads house in Tempe as collapsed sewer pipes. House was built in 1965 and they used galvanized pipe instead of ABS. Over the decades it corroded to the point of collapsing. Plumbsmart was able to replace all the pipe by trenching through the floor in the guest bath and digging sideways to the master. They had to cut through the slump block kitchen wall and trench outside as well. See pics. Plumbsmart got the job done quickly all while our 93-yr old Father remained in the house. The crew was so thoughtful and kind toward our Father. Making sure that there was always a working toilet by the end of each day. Even if that meant pulling and reinstalling the toilet multiple times a day. Couldnt be more pleased. Thanks again Plumbsmart!Older PostsJust used PlumbSmart again. This time for Plumbing. Accidentally broke the backyard hose bib off last night. Sebastian came by 1st thing this morning and had it fixed in 15 minutes. Excellent!Matt was awesome. He listened and then located the problem.     My husband I had a nightmare with my tankless water heater and a declined home warranty repair. Charles from PlumbSmart was THE technician for the job. He knew my unit inside and out, was familiar with Navien and their warranty process. When the warranty repair failed he was able to get a warranty replacement approved and stayed late to install it the same day. Their prices are reasonable. I had work done by Parker and Sons a week prior and over paid by $700. I will recommend and use PlumbSmart at work and at home from now on. This is how customer services should be; its what customer service used to feel like. 10 Stars!!! Had them back out for a dishwasher leak that made my way into my master bedroom. Darrell was our first thing; was knowledgeable, affordable, friendly, and recommended a restoration company that came out within an hour.     I would recommend Plumbsmart to anyone who is looking for any plumbing issues. I called and got immediate service for my plumbing issues. Derek was very professional and efficient on fixing it.Later that same day, I had a busted pipe that was flooding my back yard and didnā€™t know what was causing it and had to shut the water off from the main line to the house. I called Plumbsmart again and Derek was sent back out to the house. After assessing all the possibly of where and what may have caused the leaking, he was able to determined an old irrigation pipe under the concrete wall, which is also connected to our pool auto filled, has a crack and causing the leak. He shut off that line and it stopped immediately and it will remain closed permanently.Thank you Derek and Thank you Plumbsmart for being so fast and efficient for coming to the rescue and fixing my plumbing issues and the unexpected broken pipe circumstance.

    Today Devin came to our home for a service call.Both sides of my kitchen sink were clogged. He first checked the pipes underneath the sink and concluded the issue was further into the pipes. He ran a camera through the cleanout and determined there was, unfortunately, a LOT of grease. He recommended a complete pressure wash of the pipes with a hydrocleaner. I definitely could see it was essential, based on the video he showed me! So, he went to the office/warehouse to get the equipment, and came right back. He did another video after the cleaning. WHAT a difference! I am thrilled! He is a phenomenal guy and fabulous representative of PlumbSmart. He ran into a minor mishap with our hose, which he apologized for and gave me a discount.     I needed a new AC unit before the summer heat hit, and after getting bids from 4 companies, I decided to go with PlumbSmart. They had the best prices and were so good about providing all the information I asked for without being pushy like so many other companies. They were able to get the work done within 10 days of providing the bid, which was considerably faster than some of the other companies. The 2 technicians, Julian and Travis, arrived right on time and were incredibly nice and professional and extremely thorough with their work. There was some confusion on scheduling when I called the after ā€œofficeā€ hours but it got squared away when I called in the AM. They originally scheduled us for a Sat time frame but then got a text saying it was for Friday so had to move some things around on my end to be sure someone was home to let the technician in.

    I had Alex Lidbloom out and he gave me a estimate and stuck to the price even when it turnes out to be a complet repipe . He had Devin Stinger with him and they both looked really young but I was so impressed with how professional and knowledgeable they were and that they even worked through lunch and stayed busy the whole time.     We called for next available appointment and got a plumber the same day. Within a couple of hours! The technician was knowledgeable and helped with all of our plumbing needs. Once we showed him the projects he gave us the amount of time it would take and quote. We wanted the toilet phalange anchored, just one of the projects. He went through 3 masonry drill bits and tried a bit for metal but something merciless is apparently buried in our concrete. That would explain why it was never properly secured in this 18 year old house. He didnā€™t charge anything for that job though he worked at it for quite a while. The other two jobs were properly taken care of. Satisfied with the results. I would definitely use PlumbSmart again.

    Let me tell you, technician Jacob Hood is an OUTSTANDING tech! He came, did the work we asked for, took pictures of our ducts and explained how we needed certain work to our system.
