We noticed banging, or rattling coming from our pipe which is located through the attic to an exterior water faucet. Mic, the serviceman, who came to our home was very professional and polite. He took the time to Listen, Understand, then Recommend a solution! We are so glad we called Smith Plumbing to help solve this problem. Smith Plumbing warranties their work and said if there is a re-occurrence they will return as necessary to make sure the problem is corrected. Later that evening the banging/rattling coming from our pipe occurred again! So I called Smith Plumbing and asked for Mic to return and correct the problem. However, Robbie was sent to follow up, instead of Mic, and he did a fantastic job securing the rattling pipe with clamps and located the source of the problem. Robbie was professional, attentive and quick to address and correct the problem. Robbie was dedicated to making sure the problem was fixed!! However, a few days later our disposal went bad so I called Smith Plumbing for the repair. Their price was extremely high, over $500! (This was just for an install! I had already purchased a replacement disposal.) So I wont use them in the future!

Water Heater sprung a leak on Sunday morning. Tried several plumbers and Smith was the only one to respond in a timely manner. Technician showed up within 2 hours and gave me an estimate that I considered very reasonable. Asked when can you do the work, he said Right Now. He removed the heater and returned it to Home Depot since it was still under warranty, was back within an hour with a new heater and completed the installation promptly. The technician, Gannon, was great. He handled the warranty exchange, did a top-notch installation (even corrected a gas line run that was not up to current code), left the work site perfectly clean, and the final bill was exactly the estimate. Highly recommend.

Another technician arrived to assist and both were very professional in the way they went about doing the job. Cleaned up after they were done. I was given an estimate for a water softener and will discuss with the wife and will probably be calling you in a few days or a couple of weeks to install. Im very pleased with your company and would highly recommend you.

Smith Plumbing sent someone promptly to assess the problem with my toilets not flushing. They dug up the line to the septic, put in clean outs, replaced the bad pipe & fixed the connection to the pipe. Its nice to have my toilets back in working order. My only disappointment is having to wait from Friday till Monday for them to finish filling in the trench. Other than that, the company was easy to work with & did a good job.

Just received plumbing serive in Mesa, AZ from Smith plumbing on a rental property I own. Spoke to the a very nice individual and they were able to get me serive within hours of our initial phone call. I received a text message shortly before Garrin, the technician arrived. Garson did a great job evaluating the work, explaining where the failure was taking place and explaining what needs to be done to correct the issue. He gave me an immediate quote which I approved and he completed the work. Garson was outstanding, did a great job and cleaned the work area up better than how he found it. I will be utilizing their serive soon on my main property in Mesa over the next few weeks after a business trip. Smith plumbing are my new plumbers!!!!

We had Smith Plumbing and ServiceMaster Restoration by Cadiente perform work on a flooded office building caused by a plumbing leak. It was during a weekend evening, nevertheless they responded immediately and began drying out the office. The work required because of the water damage was extensive - replace the lower drywall, repaint the walls, replace the flooring, and work on plumbing issues. The tenant wanted to keep the office open for clients during the restoration process and they were able to keep the distractions to a minimum and perform most of the work during weekends and evenings. They worked well with the insurance adjusters, kept the tenant happy, and consistently informed us of their work. We have been very pleased with their work and will use them for additional restoration and plumbing needs in our offices.

They ran all the new plumbing and fixtures first and got everything ready to go and only had the water off for an hour and a half to do the final install. Very smart of them to do it that way. I AM AMAZED!!! I called and the woman was very nice, she was able to set up an appointment for 1 hour from now with Scott. Then Scott gave me a call and asked me questions about my plumbing issue (clogged sink, draino didnt work, garbage disposal not running). He actually TALKED ME THROUGH fixing the disposal myself OVER THE PHONE in five minutes and didnt charge me a dime! He even took the time to text me a picture of a disposer wrench since Im so clueless I barely know what a wrench looks like. He could have charged me 90$ to do it himself and I wouldnt have known any better. I am so impressed by this company and will definitely be calling Scott next time I need a plumber. Give them your money!
