    Jay and his crew were professional and thorough. They were knowledgeable, if I had questions they had the answers. If something more was needed they brought it to my attention immediately (ie: my new heater from another company needed more parts, we all worked together to finish the job). Kind and polite, showed great respect for my property. The price for completion of the gas line was very reasonable. Thanks Jay!Well had Jay’s crew out again, this time for plumbing a new water main with a pressure release and shut off valves as well as a pool spritzer valve they all had started leaking.     I like to give a shout out to The Cooling & Plumbing Co. Thank you Jay Monday for over 7 years of wonderful service!If you want cool air for the summer, you got it. If you want heat for the winter, you got that too. If you have plumbing repair, need to replace the old toilet, need new bathroom fixtures, whole house water replacement with reverse osmosis…I’ve had ALL these services completed.Jay Monday really does it all with attention to detail, which is really important to me.Jay is honest and reliable on top of having great prices. Who does all of that? I highly recommend Jay for all your cooling. heating and plumbing needs. Needless to say, I always call Jay.

    The Cooling & Plumbing Co are EXCELLENT! I had an emergency coil leak that was discovered an hour before we were supposed to leave for vacation at 4:30AM. The leak was so severe that it went into the drywall above our kitchen, bubbled into the paint which eventually burst all over the counter and floor. This of course occurred overnight and was an unwelcome surprise at the worst time. The owner Jay Monday contacted me immediately and sent a tech (Patrick) out to diagnose and fix this issue within a couple hours. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, he explained everything he was doing and kept us informed on when we could leave with peace of mind that there wouldn’t be any further damage while we were away. I couldn’t recommend them enough, they saved us from missing out on our vacation and provided us with peace of mind that you can’t put a price on!!

    Jay was very quick to return my request for a quote to replace the main water line at my home due to corrosion and being 25 years old.His quote was honest and upfront and very reasonable. His scheduler contacted me and worked with me to find a date that worked for me since my schedule is all over the place working as a EMS flight nurse. They even kept me up to date with a few text messages to ensure the date still worked for me.Patrick the tech arrived on time and greeted me with a professional attitude and assured me what the job would entail and an approximate time to finish the job. He was finished a little before the 2 hour window he quoted me and the install was nicely done. No messes left behind.Shortly after Patrick had left I received a personal phone call from Jay and he wanted to make sure that the install went well, if I was happy with the work and also made me aware that his company also does other household needs and repairs. He was very professional and I also felt like he actually cared about his businesses name and character. I felt more like a friend than a repair order number. Definitely will use his company in the future and refer them to friends as they are what “professional “ looks like to me.

Funny right, not really spent more money than we needed two.     Jay and the plumbing and cooling company have taken care of my home and family on 3 separate occasions. Patrick diagnosed an ongoing issue with our old AC unit, ensuring it performed at peak efficiency during the heat. He later installed a new sink in my kitchen, where their attention to detail and commitment to quality were clearly evident. Most recently, they replaced our old unit in about 3 hours. Each visit, including this last one, was marked by prompt, professional service. Patricks courteous and knowledgeable approach makes each interaction a breeze.     The cooling company responded quickly and fixed our propane tank lines which were improperly installed by another plumber. They were on time and performed the work when we and professionally.     Absolutely awesome to work with! Jay is truly a professional. One of the last few contractors around that really cares. They were all professional, on-time, respectful and did amazing work. They installed 2-120gal propane tanks for my pool and branched it to convert my stove to gas. Did all the permits and received a green tag on all inspections the first time! When Jay came to do a walkthrough, he actually had a better way of getting the gas line into my house that was less intrusive and even saved me money! I will always use them if I have any more jobs to do around the house! Try them, you will not regret it, trust me!

    My husband and I came to Jay with particularly unique challenges; he and his team did went above and beyond through every step of our project. We were installing a coffee roaster for our coffee shop, where Jay took it upon himself to understand the nuances that came with the exhaust venting specifications before ordering the ducting. Despite delays along the way, Jay made sure to communicate every step he took- guiding us along through the process.When the remaining parts arrived, he and his team were quick to installation. The two employees that arrived for the job, who had originally shown for the estimate, emulated Jays professionalism perfectly. The communication was clear and precise, yet friendly and warming. In addition, they managed to complete their high quality gas plumbing and chimney duct install with an afternoon to spare.After the work was completed, we had needed some additional modifications. One quick shout out to Jay, and his team was back and finished in less than 48 hours.     Hands down, they offer the best service.We used them twice this year - first time for AC repair and the second time for clogged drain. We called, and both time the owner,Jay, picked up and got us schedule for repair the next day. On the second repair, Jay had a technician come out the same day.     Ive known Jay for a very long time and Ive always been able to rely on his services. Hes honest, dependable, and does a great job. Hes not only helped me in random situations but hes also helped many friends and family who Ive referred him to. Ive yet to have anyone say he or she were dis-satisfied with his services; everyone loves him and the great job he does!Recently, I had the pleasure of using Jays 24 hour service. I came home at 12:30 am on a Sunday to a leaking hot water heater! I called Jay and he immediately came over to evaluate and he suggested we shut the water off to the heater to be safe (pretty much so my garage, tools and car werent going to get flooded). The very next day he was over to install a new (and beautiful) hot water heater. He even included little insulators for the pipes to the walls!Ive always been so pleased with his services so much so that Ive scheduled him to come back in a few weeks to do a check-up on my AC unit to make sure its good for the winter, replace my garbage disposal, replace the fixtures in the bathrooms, and re-pipe the fire pit!     We contacted The cooling and Plumbing Company to come out and give us a bid on putting a gas line in our house to the fireplace and to the kitchen so we could have a gas stove top. The next day Jay Monday came to our home and gave us an estimate that same evening . He said he would be able to start the work in a week. Two workman came at 8:30am that morning. They worked till 7:30 pm running the line from the garage into the house to the fireplace and then to the kitchen stove. It was perfect and everything was neat and clean. Weve never had such a good working crew in our home. They were all so reliable and responsible.. My wife and I would highly recommend there service.     Jays a great guy! I was having some AC issues at my shop and I was getting some pretty exorbitant prices from some companies online. My neighbor recommended I call Jay Monday and what a difference in quality and behavior. He showed up, that was the hardest for most to do. Looked very presentable and he knew his stuff. Turns out I only needed a small part and not a new unit. Recommended cleaning the system to try and keep it alive until I figure out what I wanted to do with the office. That was about 3 years ago and its still working fine! We also had him redo our new shop- new ACs, New swamps, plumbing, air lines, etc.... It was such a relief having 1 guy to call that could handle most of what we needed. He worked great with the other trades and even prepped some stuff so that when the other trades came in it made their jobs easier. Building opened before schedule, which was impressive. Ive had him take care of my home, my fathers, my families, friends, basically everyone I know. Jay has my business for ever and all of my referrals. Thanks for the great work!

    I highly recommend Jays Cooling & Plumbing. Their prices are very reasonable (1/5th of the bid by a different company that installs gas lines), they had excellent communication and were on time, they WORKED HARD, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were nice. Overall, highly professional. Because I hired them to install a gas line, my brain hadnt thought about the fact that they do plumbing also :D, but after they reminded me, I scheduled them to come back for a plumbing job also. I plan to use them in the future to install a water purification system under my sink. I will continue to use Jays Cooling & Plumbing in the future for whatever work I need that they can do.

    If it was possible to give higher than 5 stars I would. I used the Cooling and Plumbing Co for a plumbing repair. Jay took my incredibly stressful situation and turned it into a very positive experience. It was like talking to an old friend from the very beginning.     Combination Toilet and Shower leak, contacted The Cooling and Plumbing Co. - worked with Jay and Patrick.Best experience Ive had. They come prepared to handle large array of the most common problems that are seen, not only equipped to do the job that ordered. A simple Toilet replacement turned into a bigger problem because my house is 20 years old and the issue was resolved as quickly as it was discovered. With very little to go on, the team knew exactly what I was trying to describe and demonstrated their years of experience and led confidently to a timely resolution.The work was completed quickly and clean up was thorough and immaculate. Ive worked with other contractors in the past and Ive had to do a lot of clean up afterwards, of dust, debris, etc. When Patrick left the area in the bathroom was spotless, all leaks were resolved, new trim was polished, wiped down, floors were cleared of drywall dust, and all plumbing worked better then before.Patrick was knowledgeable and tolerated my incessant questions. Provided advise and had a great conversation while he worked. For example, he took out a hand saw for the drywall and I asked him if he wanted to use my Reciprocating saw, he let me know that doing it by hand in this case is better because theres pipping and PBC behind the wall and he would rather feel it if he touches something he doesnt want to cut into. He was adaptable to the situation as the wall didnt have any studs to allow the drywall panel to be replaced and repaired, anddemonstrated cross-skill expertise in setting up the drywall guy for success to finish by anchoring it to some support beams he cut and installed into the drywall himself.Overall extremely satisfied and will be trusting my home to them for many years to come.

    What a great company! I got two bids and thought they may be kind of high after posting for advice on Facebook. This company was referred several times in the chat so I had them come out and quote me. Right off the bat they ended up saving me 5k on this project. They were also super quick, I called the owner and told him I wanted to use his company. He had his concrete guys out the next day and they were amazing. Then his plumbers followed up right afterwards and knocked out all of the “rough” plumbing. That’s what they called it 😂. After dealing with a not so quick tile guy, I called the owner to get set up for putting all the faucets and shower stuff in and he squeeze me in the next day which was awesome because I got to use my bathroom over the weekend and didn’t have to wait for Monday.     So two months after I bought my house it sprung a wall leak. I called the home warranty company and they sent a jerk from Tuscon ( Yes I said Tuscon). He made a company come out to cut the drywall and dry the walls. Fixed a small foot and a half section to my dislike. To repair the line the way I wanted was 5K out of pocket according to him. A week after the drywall was done another leak sprung. The drywall company came back out for free and tore it all back apart. Jay came out replaced the entire line plus two other iffy lines for $500!!!!!! He Stood behind his work did what I wanted as a homeowner and went the extra mile to make sure I would never have this problem again!!!!! The integrity of this company and its owner are something you never see any more! If I could give more stars I would!

    We had the best experience with The Cooling & Plumbing Co. they are professional, run a smooth installation, and most importantly, are extremely honest and fair.We recently renovated a commercial property, and our contractor brought them to install some gas lines for us, which went seamlessly. Then some months later we had an AC unit go out. We had a different company come to bid out the job and they came back with an astronomical price to replace one unit and repair the compressor on another. I contacted Jay the owner of cooling and plumbing to see if his team could come out and give us a second bid. He agreed the prior companies bid was extremely high. He came in $7000 under on the replacement unit and informed us that the second unit did not need a compressor replacement, it simply needed a compressor tuneup. Ultimately Jay saved us $13,000.I highly recommend Jay and his team and they will be our go-to for all things cooling & plumbing!
