Aaron came and found the leak in both of our toilets. And found that we needed a pressure gauge on our line. As we were not in compliance, that was a violation. He fixed that right away as well. He was very kind and he completed the job within a couple of hours. The company we were using the day be for, that fixed a pipe in our yard. Overcharged us for the work by charging us one one price and then raising the price. While they were doing the job then they said we had a leak in our walls, which there was no sign of so we called J&L Plumbers, and they came and found it was our toilets.They were continuously running. Thank you Aaron For fixing the problem and taking away our stress that weve been going through for the last week with this other company.

He then came out and physically dug holes and did the physical work that was needed on replacing my whole water line. He made a very scary situation for me a smooth and calm experience. My name is John Elbert I had a water heater replaced bya employee name Caleb of J&L plumbing this technician is one you never want to lose he was helpful to explaining everything he was doing to replace my hot water heater what I need to do how I need the service it and keep it in shape after he installed it he took the time to show me each step what to do if have a problem with it if I need the drain how to get a pipe for it from Lowes he took the time at the installation to let me know anything I needed to knowpiece by piece no one does that except for a very very very very good technician who cares about The work he does this is a employee if I were his supervisor I will make sure I would never lose him and promote him through the ranks with no problem to be a supervisor in the future this is good customer service from this technician and I applaud this company for having a technician like this

My hallway toilet was clogged up and draining into my bedroom shower! The 1st first company I called on a Sunday was rotor something yellow vans. They sent out a guy who was going to clear our pipes for 28.00 dollars. He showed up with his manager once here they said we had a cracked pipe and they couldnt get there snake through because it kept returning it. That I would need mitigation out here in order for my insurance to approve the work it has to go through them first! The second company Forever plumbing was sent by my home warranty, they sent out some man R is his initial that was worthless and a waste of time. He was supposed to be here between 7-11 when I spoke to the dispatcher she asked, he hasnt shown up yet, you were 1st. He was MIA till after 12 pm once here he was making faces and said his snake was to small for the back drain and to thick for the clearing pipe on the roof he also said he doesnt get paid enough to go on the roof, collected the 100.00 dollars said he would write the report submit it and left. I had to call the home warranty myself the next day because he failed to submit the report! 😡The home warranty sent J&L plumbing and Air, I have delt with this Company before the girls Jennifer, Elise and Tiffany do answer the calls 📞 and set up the appointment right away. They are very professional and knowledgeable and told me not to worry. They sent a young man Caleb O. he was awesome he got the job done!...😁 Not only did he unclog our bathrooms he made sure they were unclogged correctly! This young man did his job without a complaint and with a smile, Great jobCALEB O!...😇 THANK YOU J&L PLUMBING and AIR, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY there honest and they get the job done!!!...😇

Had a leaky toilet that was covered by home appliance warranty company. Needed replacement of flapper and fill valve and I had so much going on that I couldnt do it. I have to admit I was dreading the technician coming over because I am used to the warranty companies contracting with the worst companies. When J & L was assigned to the repair I was pleasantly surprised that they had 5 star reviews. The company rep called promptly and scheduled my appointment. They gave me a window during which they would show up and even honored my request to have the tech show up as late as possible so I wouldnt have to take too much time off of work. Dan, from J & L showed up, fixed my issue and it was seemless. I will be keeping this companys info on hand for future repairs, even if we have to go outside the warranty. So refreshing to deal with this company. They will be my go to for plumbing going forward.

My home warranty company sent them out for an issue with my water heater, and I have to first say that the ladies who called me to schedule my appointment were so pleasant to speak with, they answered my questions and clearly value customer service as a priority. Then when Jesse and Chris came the next day for my appointment they confirmed my comfort level with having them be my service provider and they helped me value having a home warranty due to the care they showed and had for my issue. They even offered other helpful things. Great company, great staff! I’m glad my warranty company sent them.

Choice Home Warranty sent them out to service my Kinetico water softener. Nice guy showed to service it tried but I guess only authorized Kinetico dealers can work on this system. Marcus and Ramiro were extremely professional and efficient. Our air conditioning motor blew out in the attic, and they were able to obtain the motor and replace the following day. It was under the manufacturers warranty, which is why we had to wait a day for them to obtain the part. They could have replaced it the same day , but we would have had to pay for the motor, so we chose to wait a day for them to obtain the part under the manufacturers warranty. They got hung up on other jobs the next day but still got it done for us. They were at our home until 9:30 pm to make sure everything was operating correctly. My husband andI will never call any other company other than J&L Plumbing and Air!

We had a leak underneath our toilet and contacted our Home Warranty. They sent out another company and the technician was here maybe 15 minutes, said it was a loose handle, he didnt even check the toilet stand. After he left it was leaking again. This time our home warranty sent us to J&L Plumbing. They were able to get me scheduled quickly, the scheduler was very friendly and she answered all of my questions. Their technician Ryan called us when he was about 20 minutes away, once he arrived he was extremely friendly and very professional. He immediately took the toilet off and was able to properly diagnose the issues. Ryan was able to have it all fixed in a timely manner and after finishing he showed us photos of the problem and explained exactly what he did to correct the issues. I was extremely impressed with Ryan. I will absolutely use them again. I highly recommend them.

I had an urgent water issue that I was not able to figure out. Through my home warranty I was connected to J&L Plumbing. Had immediate call to set up same day appointment for emergency on Sunday!!! Thank you to Paul who called me and came on time and figured out the issue. Paul was very professional and friendly. He went to get parts and came back to fix the issue the same day. Paul did a great job and I would recommend J&L plumbing for any situation!

Paul, our service man, was awesome. Explained our problem as more extensive than we thought. Fixed the problem( a bad wax ring on the wall) and arranged for required wall repairs. He cleaned up afterwards. Great guy, would call him again. He is the kind of man you feel very comfortable having in your home.
