First time calling Panacea / Swift Bros Plumbing and so, so glad we did this Nov 2024. Spoke with Allan late afternoon Thu about backed up septic lines, overflowing water, gurgling sinks and toilets. He asked Patrick and Bobby to come after their last stop; arrived at 530pm and left after 830pm only to return next day at 1pm to finish part 1of 2 jobs.Both my husband and I cannot say enough about their professionalism, accuracy, efficiency and thoroughness in determining the problem (major blockage in main line in 2 different places underground), great communication, and upbeat good spirit in staying late and working in windy, cold temps! Service was tremendous, pricing reasonable. Now on to part 2 with them! Thanks guys!

The water pressure in our house was very low, which made filling the washing machine, showers, and other everyday tasks quite time consuming and frustrating. Other plumbers were able to identify the problem but were not able to locate source in the house or on the property. Panacea Plumbing was able to locate the faulty pressure relief value when previous plumbers had no such success! The location was elusive and buried behind an exterior wall. Patric and his partner did not give up, and stayed on the job until the water pressure problems were resolved. I recommend Patric and Panacea Plumbing for your plumbing issues. They are friendly, efficient, and professional.

We needed a whole house worth of polybutylene pipes replaced with PEX. We had multiple plumbers out to take a look at it. Panacea took the time to undertand the project and gave us some options on how it could be done. The price was very reasonable and they completed the entire job in two days. It works (and looks) great, highly recommended.

I ended up calling Pancea out to the house because they completed the plumbing work when the house was remodeled (before we purchased) and I had a slight leak (ended up being nothing they had worked on). I was technically out of their area, but they came out anyway just to make sure.After they were out, they did what they had to do and found the source of the leak was a short bit of cast iron that still remained from the remodel. They then found a way to fix it without having to replace the whole vertical stack and completed the job as soon as the part came in.Everyone I worked with was nice and professional, and they cleaned everything up after their work. They even tested my pressure and gave me a heads up to keep an eye on a certain part that seems to be near EOL (I wasn’t ready to replace that just yet). I’m not sure if they’ll come back in the future since I’m out of their area, but I would recommend them.

We needed to have a toilet reinstalled after a flooring project. Neighbors recommended Panacea and our technician was prompt and helpful. He did a neat, thorough job with the reinstall and even tried to catch and offer advice about a “running” sound that we hear intermittently. While we weren’t able to solve that particular issue (it didn’t present while the technician was present), we have a game plan for when it does. Friendly and affordable; will use again as needed.

4 months after a bathroom renovation that took almost a year to complete ( thats 10 months longer than it should have) I noticed black mold on the baseboard and the wall paint peeling in a closet behind the tub faucets. I had to turn off the main line to the house because the shutoff valves to the tub were installed in such a way they wouldnt move at all I took a chance with Google reviews and called Panacea. They came out that day, found and repaired the terrible install by the contractor plumber. The work was great. The charge was fair.By the way the contractor (and by ext., all their subcontractors) was found through TrustDale. This water line apparently has been leaking for at least 4 months.

Zach and Patric came by to fix my leaking toilet and discovered that my Pressure reducing valve wasn’t working and was causing me to have to replace all my faucets. Wonderful very professional plumbers! I needed a Toto certified plumber to reinstall a toilet that had been incorrectly installed by another plumber. Panacea Plumbing was a company recommended by Toto USA. They could not have been nicer or more professional. I had an immediate appointment, two plumbers came, found a bigger problem than we all expected. They made a trip to Home Depot for additional supplies, consulted with my contractor and made additional changes on site in order to correctly install the toilet. It was far more than anyone expected! All ended in an excellent result and they apologized to me for occupying the majority of my day! I have never had anyone go to such lengths to accomplish a job well….especially in one visit! They have my highest recommendation. And they do all sorts of plumbing in addition to the specialized job I needed. They are my plumber from now on!

Returning from a trip last Sunday, on Monday morning I discovered to my dismay I had no hot water. Sylvia at Panacea Plumbing took my call promptly, asked pertinent questions, and said she would make some calls and changes to get me on the schedule for same day! Bless her for moving heaven and earth to get me in! Zach and Bobby came before the appointed time, attempted to satisfy my desire for a gas heater, but were unable to make it happen (my home design, not an issue with their expertise). They were knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient in installation of the new heater. No problems til Friday, when again I woke to no hot water. Again, Sylvia got me on the schedule, and Charles and Patrick came to the rescue- once again before the appointed time.The problem was quickly identified, and the heater was replaced. These two men were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting the problem solved. If you need plumbing service, I cannot give a higher recommendation than Panacea Plumbing.

I was referred to Panacea plumbing by a friend of mine and I couldn’t be more happy. Charles and his crew provided expert and timely service. We had a water leak on our main water line coming into the house which of course required us to turn off the water causing a major inconvenience. Panacea came out within a day to investigate and propose a couple of solutions. We opted for a trench less installation of a new line. We ended up having to shift directions to an alternate solution due to hard rock under the surface of the yard. Again, Charles quickly came up with a couple of options and we were up and running by the end of the day. Panacea quoted me for the trenchless work however adjusted the quote based upon the actual work completed. Fast forward, a couple of weeks and we had a separate issue for which I called Panacea. Again, Charles and his team came out and addressed the issue despite it being after hours. He does really amazing work, is extremely reliable, and moving forward, I will continue to use Panacea for my plumbing needs.

Panacea came out, gave us an estimate for close to half the cost of the closest competitor, and finished a massive repiping project in less than a day while we went about our daily activities with the house full during the pandemic. Painless experience and everything works great.Had a drain repair that turned out to be *a lot* more complicated than expected. Panacea worked on the problem for almost 10 hours, and, in the end, fixed the issue, took the time to ensure everything was functioning correctly, and cleaned up the work space. On top of that, they honored their original estimate even though the work was much more intensive than they expected. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

Lesson learned - never fall for a big brand service provider and take the 1st job quote! Recently, our water heater that served us well for the past 15 years decided to show its true age. It started to leak from the bottom. It had to be fixed quickly. So, I shopped around with two big box retailers and opted for a free quote with one of them through their approved plumbing vendor. And boy did I get a quote! One would have thought that we were asking to install a golden plated water heater. Thanks to my neighbor, he suggested to contact Panacea Plumbing, a local and highly rated plumbing expert. From the moment their front office ambassador Tracey took my call to the quote, scheduling the job, and the work on-site, it was nothing but the best experience. The master plumber and his apprentice were friendly, professional, attentive to my needs and simply great guys. They got the new 50 gal natural gas water heater installed and pulled our dated plumbing system up to code in about 2.5 hours. Left the work area neat and clean. I was so pleased and appreciative of their services. They did what they said theyd do. Youve definitely earned my future plumbing business. I have Panacea Plumbing in my speed-dial contacts now. Had Panacea Plumbing come out to give me a quote on a Tankless Water Heater. The technician they sent was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The reason I only have 4 stars was due to the service charge. Not the actual charge itself, I understand that people need to be paid for their time. The problem was that I was not told about the charge when booking the call to schedule the quote. I would suggest posting information on your website that lets people know a service call will cost them $$ no matter if they have work performed or not.

We really appreciated the work Pancea did. We had a leak and they came in and fixed it. Others in my neighborhood had repiped the whole house due to multiple pinhole leaks. I asked them about that and they didnt try to sell me on it. I decided to do the repipe and had an estimate of what it would cost over a range of a few thousand dollars, depending on the degree of difficulty when the walls came down. The final tally ended up being on the lower end of the range which I did not expect. Keep in mind they do not repatch the walls/ceiling as some companies do so that may be why the price is lower than a company that does that but this wasnt important to me as we have a lot of damage from the leak and the insurance company will help us with that. One of the guys slightly damaged some molding in my living room going through the wall with a pipe and they immediately offered to pay for the replacement without me even having to say anything. They even through in replacing my faucets in upstairs bathrooms that I requested. Highly recommended.

In addition, he replaced a heavily corroded trap under a bathroom sink and a fill valve in an existing Toto.Also, John is an absolute genius with tankless water heaters! He replaced our failing 2013 Navien tankless water heater (installed by another company) with a new Navien. The old one had developed some serious issues due to improper installation of exhaust and copper pipe bracing and was beginning to leak. He knew exactly how to install it properly. He is exceptionally detail-oriented. Trey and Ricky, his apprentices, are also very skilled.Tracy White, Business Manager for Panacea Plumbing, is also incredible. She is very knowledgeable about the Toto toilets they sell and the Navien tankless water heaters. She helped me navigate all the different options. I called panacea plumbing when my sink started clogging. Panacea was able to determine that the pipe was broken and full of roots. They were able to get to it through the garage which saved my precious wood floors from any damage. When they were done they filled the hole in with concrete like they were never there. Im not going to say this was a cheap fix, but Im confident it was cheaper than almost anywhere else, especially for the quality of work they did.Also everyone I interacted with was extremely nice, they were all very friendly and happy to explain exactly what they were doing.I didnt take an after photo, but the only way you can tell they were there is the concrete is a lighter shade than the rest of the garage.

One of our copper pipes sprung a leak on Memorial Day weekend. After asking for a good plumber one our Neighborhood social media page, Panacea was the majority of the recommendations we received. So we contacted them the Sunday before Memorial Day and were immediately contacted and told they would be out there the next morning (Memorial Day). And true to their word they came out and replaced the copper pipe that hand sprung the leak in only a few hours and made sure to do minimal damage to any drywall that need to be removed. The crew at Panacea plumbing was very professional and responsive to all questions asked. I had several leakage in the yard and called several plumbing companies just to have them fixed the leak and not the problems. After calling Panacea Plumbing they were honest and told me fixing the leak is not fixing the problem and it should be replaced with new piping from the house to the main water line.Calling Panacea was the best thing. They were honest and gave a fair and reasonable price for the job. They replaced the main pipes in the yard and did a great job. Will definitely used them again for any plumbing needs I have.

Today, after having a Mold and flooring issues removed and treated to get ready for replacement and repair, I had Panacea Plumbing out to resolve the leak in the pipe in my Living Room. David and Jay were my assigned technicians. I showed them the area, they made their inspection and made repairs immediately to the pipe involved. I appreciated their expertise, patience and for explaining the job and what would be done. They are both very professional and easily communicated to me what needed to be done. My brother and sister-in-law referred Panacea Plumbing and I’m thrilled that they did. I can now keep moving forward with the rest of my project repair. Thank you guys!
