Absolutely awesome experience for a really tough job. Brian and Trey are an excellent team - they responded to an after hour text and showed up on time with a plan to fix the issue. Very professional, kind, and took time to walk us through the problem plus our issues. We were impressed at how quickly they fixed this difficult job. Brian from Benjamin Franklin came to my rescue when we had a leak under the garbage disposer in my kitchen sink. Brian showed up promptly and took his time fixing it right by replacing it with a new one. The price he quoted was fair and more importantly , he was friendly and professional. He was very experienced in this field and did a thorough job. I would definitely call him next time I need a plumber.

I had a horrible experience with my bathroom remodel. Basically, the contractor created a water leak by NOT tightening the shower head. Well I was referred to Ben Franklin pluming and Tray came right away. My shower head was fixed within an hour!
