Our technician couldn’t have been better. Cameron was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, timely, personable and honest. We asked direct questions and he gave equally candid answers. One of our issues was a bit of a pickle but Cameron found the root cause and replaced the broken parts. I can now wash my hands and shower in my master bath enjoying a comfortable water temperature, no more scalding and freezing for me! Thank you Lonnie and Cameron. 🤔

Daryl did a great job fixing our outlet issues. We appreciated that he arrived within the timeframe the rep told us he would be here, thus respecting our schedules. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Afterward Daryl explained what the problem was without my asking, which I appreciated as well. We asked him for an estimate for an installation and he took the time to review the room and the estimate was emailed to us within the hour. I would highly recommend Daryl for any electrical work, cant go wrong. Shout out to Sherita, Amy, and Janell for the parts you played as Majestic phone reps. You all were kind, helpful, and respectful when I talked with you. Please know that what you do makes a difference to us as your customers.

Ken Marzec was absolutely amazing. My bathroom was remodeled 1.5 years ago and the toilet installation placed over the new tile was absolutely the worst work I have ever seen. This resulted in leaks throughout my downstairs. Through his vast knowledge and experience Ken Was able to correct this issue which I am quite sure your average plumber would not have been able to do. I cannot thank him enough! If you use Majestic Plumbing, please request Ken, you will not be disappointed!

UPDATE: Things got worse before they got better. Majestic scheduled an appointment a few days in the future to have the plumber re-add the pressure regulator (See Below), but two days before that appointment, the initial valve replacement by the plumber sprung a leak...no idea how long water was leaking that day running down the street to the storm gutter. I managed to turn off the water, but took some pictures and called Majestic again.Majestics operators/schedulers were always polite and helpful and didnt give me any push back. They scheduled a different plumber to come out and repair their first plumbers job the next morning. They even got him to come early so I could talk to him before I went to work.Everything is working now, and while I would have liked for everything to be trouble free, Majestic did set things right in the end. That is worth something if you value customer service.INITIAL REVIEW (Two Star): Had a Majestic plumber out last week to do a number of jobs.One job was to replace the valve on the water line going to the house. Without asking, the plumber removed a pressure regulator just after the valve being replaced, maybe to make their job easier (it took a couple tries to get a valve that wasnt leaking), and now my yard irrigation system has street level water pressure. Calling them now to see if they will fix this mistake.

Corbet is the man! We had a leak and weren’t sure where it was coming from and when he showed up immediately noticed within seconds there was a Carbon Monoxide leak and the pipe had come unset.I don’t even know how we survived two days with a huge leak like that.Within 1 hour he had the leak fixed, the culprit found, and fixed the water heater.Idk where he came from but the home services industry NEEDS more guys like this.I was in the industry and immediately noticed how professional and communicative he was + he had his booties on as soon as he walked in. That’s my biggest pet peeve when guys don’t wear them.We will stay customers as long as he is at this company. 100%

So I called the one place that I could trust,, Majestic.I am a skeptic on some organizations coming to one’s house, taking advantage by making more work than is necessary and overcharging. But I learned from my daughters experience with Majestic, that was not the case on work that she had employed. (I monitor all work done for my daughter) Fair price for quality work done expeditiously.So I hired them to correct my work, which they did quickly and at a VERY fair price, hundreds below another companies quote. Majestic sent two men to our condominium complex to try to locate the spot where a smaller blue-poly branch water main connects to the larger copper (or galvanized) supply main. The goal is to then replace the troublesome blue-poly pipe. The men searched for approximately three hours, but were not able to locate either the supply main or the connection spot. In fairness to them, this area seems to be a difficult one for locating since I had previously had two other locating services out here for the same purpose and both were unsuccessful.We paid Majestic the previously agreed-upon price. Needless to say I was disappointed again and I wrote an unfavorable review of their work. Several days later I was contacted by Majestic and was told they would be back to try again. The two men who were here previously (Blaine and Dustin) returned and were accompanied by Majestics owner Lonnie Perry. Again there were problems with the locating signal, but with Lonnies experience and the assistance of the other men, they were able to locate the supply main and the point where the new branch main can be connected. I was extremely pleased with their persistence and the fact that we were not charged for the three hours they were here the second time.My faith in Majestic has been restored (they had been here previously and done excellent work) and I will be happy to recommend this company to any and all who are looking for quality plumbing services.

In this case we needed to hold off on the recommended solution as we are preparing to renovate and our problem required work that would have been undone during the renovation, but we were provided with advice on how to temporarily work around the problem which is completely helping us in the mean time. Great company and great technicians, highly recommend!

Had the leak found, pipe replacement within a couple hours. The plumber was very knowledgeable and told use additional safety features to avoid further issues. Would definitely use again, but hopefully will not need to.

David with Majestic was great. Assessed the issues and was very efficient in performing the services. We had a new shower valve installed as part of a remodel. We also needed a new drain for the toilet as removing the old toilet showed an old lead drain which was not in good condition. He had all the parts to make this change in a timely manner so we could continue on with the rest of the remodel. I have had multiple jobs done with Majestic and will continue to use them if any other projects arise.

I had a leak and asked Majestic to come out and look at it. The sprayer hose had holes so I had Eric Hardy replace the entire faucet. The old faucet was rusted and Eric was able to saw it off. He did a great job - he was early and very professional and helpful.On a second note - Majestic re-piped my house several years ago and I have used them several times since then. I wont change service providers.

They were honest and courteous. I am a bit late posting this as the repairs were done a year ago but I really wanted to review here. First off, we had the main water line to the house break on a cold Saturday and we were referred by our neighbor who had a great experience with them. Still, it was Saturday and we didnt know what to expect. Thorsten was the guy who showed up within a couple of hours. He found the leak, made a temporary repair to keep water coming for us over the weekend. He priced out the permanent fix and we scheduled to do the repair the following Tuesday. Tuesday morning the guys showed up, started doing the repairs and the snow started falling. They kept going. Got us with water again until they could come back to finish. Quality of work was great and Thorsten made sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction. He represents the company well. I highly recommend Majestic and would use them again for plumbing work beyond what I can do.

We received two estimates for a punch list of plumbing issues we were having. One was from Allgood and the other from Majestic. Our estimate from Allgood was $1300+. The technician was very dogmatic about the solution to one of main issues, even though he never set foot in our crawlspace. Majestic’s estimate was less than $1000 and the technician was extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem prior to giving me an estimate. He even gave me different options for how he could fix each problem to be more cost effective and get the best results. He was also very clear that his diagnosis for our vibrating pipes was not a sure definite solution, but it was a reasonable place to start. He then quoted prices for what he would do next if his initial diagnosis didn’t work. Thankfully his initial diagnosis was spot on. The Majestic experience was all around better - price, thoroughness of estimate, and our technician’s demeanor (shout out to Michael)!

The City of Atlanta shut off water to our street with no notice and it was not an emergency. When it was turned back on, there was a significant amount or air trapped throught the plumbing in the house. But more concerning was the fact that the hot water circulation booster pump we have was running with no flow for 6 hours. I sounded like it had failed internally and was too hot to even touch. Majestic came out the same day and determined that the problem was that although I had flushed air, it was not nearly enough. Once the rest of the was removed the pump picked up flow and cooled off. We avoided a costly repair and replacement due to the prompt response and quick diagnosis.

Majestic installed a new Navien tankless water heater and NaviCirc circulation device, repaired a water supply copper pipe; repaired a sewer drain pipe outside, and detached and re-attached a wash basin.. All of the work was performed by Josh and Eric and inspected by Todd, the plumbing manager. All of the plumbers and their assistants performed efficiently and provided excellent service. Additionally, Todd always followed up to ensure that the work was performed to our complete satisfaction. Also, Jessica, the dispatcher, did a great job of communicating with me, and she timely scheduled every required service request. Therefore, I would highly recommend Majestic Plumbing and Electric whenever you require any plumbing or electrical service.

Call these folks for your needs. Josh (plumber) can to look at our disposal. He was very friendly, brought shoe covers and wore a mask without anyone asking him to. He found that it was electrical and called to have one scheduled. Daryl(electrician) came to test and change the outlets. Like Josh, he was very friendly and professional and was out in 30 minutes. Id call them back or refer them any day!
