Landon promptly came to our house and resolved our leaking issue.     We needed our sink disposal repaired as the motor went out. I hired this company and Landon came out. He communicated everything from his ETA to common reasons for the issue and the repair was prompt. The price was fair, would recommend and use them again.

    I have used plumb pros for two different jobs and both times the technician they sent did a great job. Today my tech was Landon and he came out and got my sprinkler system restored by fixing a broken line as well as rerouting my cutoff valve in the basement. Landon communicated very well everything he was doing and made sure my water pressure was good before he left. I will use Plumb Pros again if the need arises and will request Landon to do my services because he was outstanding.

    I had a failed water pressure regulator valve that was causing very high pressure in my home water lines. The PlumbPros technician showed up in the afternoon of the day I called. He quickly went to work replacing the defective regulator with one that appears to be much better quality than than the failed regulator. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.     Wow! Amazing experience from beginning to end. Matthew was sent to help with some sudden concerns and was absolutely amazing. He was professional, thorough, courteous, informative and polite. He effeciently fixed our issue and was wonderful throughout. MATTHEW needs a raise and several weeks of paid vacation. He is rare gem amongst a world of disgruntled employees.     Landon Jordan was my PlumbPros technician in Marietta GA. Landon was professional in his demeanor and appearance and was obviously knowledgeable in his area of work. He diagnosed my sink disposal system and noted that the motor was broken and the system needed to be replaced. He quickly installed the unit and tested the system to ensure it was working properly. We had a second issue in the bathroom where the shower knob was broken and needed to be repaired. He diagnosed that the bearing and wall unit needed to be replaced and sealed. Landon then went to get the parts that he needed to fix it and was able to turn the water main off and get everything installed in a timely manner. After Landon completed both jobs he tested and confirmed all of the work he finished. He sent receipt to account and sent us pictures of all of the before and after photos.Mr. Lane

    I called PlumbPros this morning to troubleshoot my downstairs toilet and the Garbage disposal that was leaking and not working. Landon Michael Jordan was dispatched. He was prompt, on schedule and very polite. Landon was knowledgeable and clearly described the issues. Turned out my downstairs toilet we could not replicate the backup and he checked everything out and the toilet appears fine. My Garbage disposal motor however was DOA and completely rusted out. Landon replaced it quickly and advised how to care for the new one. I recommend PlumbPros Plumbing if you have any plumbing issues. Thank you Landon.

    Landon Jordan from PlumbPros replaced our garbage disposal and backyard faucet on Sept 4. He was very professional and extremely helpful. He took the time to give us advice on how to maintain the garbage disposal blades and show us how to use the extra tool in order to free up potential food or items that may become trapped in the disposal. I was so impressed by him that I plan on referring my neighbors and Sunday School Class to use him for any future plumbing needs that may have.

    Randall is amazing, very thorough a true fair and honest plumber. I highly recommend , found source of my leak that I was told was a leak under slabHelped me find my main shutoff as well as inform me on how to winterize the outside faucets.     This was maybe the 3rd or 4th time Michael has come out to handle my plumbing issues. This time it was to winterize my home so that I did not once again have pipes bursting due to the cold as in the last 2 years. Michael took the time necessary walking around the property to make sure every faucet was turned on; every water source turned off; every pipe drained.     Truly a 5 Star experience. I had made several calls to ā€˜24 Hour Serviceā€™ companies and could not find anyone that would come on a Saturday. Not to mention on the same day service. From beginning to end, the communication was outstanding. Nick Pastore was our technician. He was able to come early, finished in less than an hour and explained everything to me as he went along.     I appreciate PlumbPros very very much! The same day I called--even on a typically-busy Friday, Im sure--PlumbPros came out within 1 HOUR! Unfortunately their diagnosis for my leak required that my 50-year old water main line had to be replaced. BUT-- Shawn graciously gave me $400 off for being a favorite customer, lol, which is probably true since this was my third plumbing repair in less than a year with them. Trust me, Ive had my share of water/plumbing issues this year for sure--which is totally abnormal...Anyway, another praise for Shawn and Plumbpros is that he proficiently was able to do that huge repair all in the SAME afternoon too! The customer service with Plubpros and Shawn has been spectacular, I have to say. =) After finishing the installation, he did a thorough check on my faucets flow and hot water heater etc and found that a bit of mud had clogged up the lines filter(s), which he cleaned out quickly.And even another appreciation I have for him- he discovered a 1/8 tiny gas line (went to my now non-existent house lamp) that hadnt been capped. He capped it for no charge! Again, I cant say enough about Shawn-- I hope PlumbPros appreciates the gem that he is-- hes totally professional and an expert at what he does. =).....Update. And on top of all that, he came by the next work day to also quickly close off the barely open backyard spiggots valve which still indicated the water meter was slightly moving. Very thorough and proficient! =)

    Use These Guys - they understand customer service and how to do business the right way!Plumbpros has been to our house twice in a year for the same issue - kind of. The first time was to put in a new outdoor faucet for garden hoses etc. At first, all worked well. Then a week ago, the new connection came detached and water was surging in the basement. They came out quickly, analyzed, did a minor repair to return a couple of days later - as planned - to finish. No worries.I was told that there would be a new charge to fix the issue, which I saw as mediocre work from the initial job a year prior. Wasnt happy but agreed to meet halfway, even after discusing the rationale for why I didnt think that we should have to pay for the fix.There was another delay by one day and then they showed up. The manager called, listened to the issue before the new tech arrived (Landon). Very polite, professional and fixed it perfectly. And they did the right thing and didnt charge us for the repair. This is the kind of business you WANT to do business with.

    This is my second time using PlumbPros and once again the company was awesome from the very start. The woman I spoke to on my initial call was very friendly and took my info and very obviously that was passed along quickly to the next step.     Andrew Westin was our guy today. We had an emergency plumbing clog that was debilitating both toilets upstairs. Long story short my mom is battling stage 4 colon cancer and a heart condition that prohibita her from walking too far. so this was a living nightmare for her. From the call I think it was an hour or so before he was here. Explained everything. Very professional and courteous to our situation here.     Had my first experience with PlumbPros yesterday. Itā€™s very rare for me to write a public review for a company or service but Iā€™d be amiss not to point anyone looking for a plumber towards PlumbPros. Me and my fiancĆ© recently closed on our first house and as first time homeowners have been ambitious in tackling projects ourselves. I installed a new water shutoff valve and pressure regulator a couple days ago, but after installation we found we had almost no water pressure anywhere in the house even after adjusting it multiple times. We called PlumbPros and they told us right away they could get someone out to look at the issue within the next 2 hours and wouldnā€™t charge us for service unless we were satisfied with the price. Andy came out and worked with my fiancĆ© for almost an hour to find the root of the problem, and eventually found that we had installed the valve backwards, as I believe I mentioned Iā€™m no professional šŸ˜‚. After figuring out the issue he informed us that the brand of pressure valve we used is not one used by PlumbPros, but he gave us detailed instructions on how to fix it ourselves and didnā€™t charge us a dime. Couldnā€™t say enough good things about the know-how and professionalism of Andy and the PlumbPros team, and they will certainly get a call from us for any work we need done in the future!

    Randall from PlumbPros came out to investigate why it was taking 5 minutes for my shower to get hot water. He identified a number of concerns in the previous owners build that the hot water recirculation line wasnt working properly. He identified a seized ball valve, corroded (mis-installed) check valve and installed a recirculation pump onto the existing recirculation line. Where we used to have to wait 5+ minutes for the shower to get hot water (literally flushing 37.5 gallons of water down the drain based on the number of folks showering in our household), we now have instant hot water at all of our taps. Randall was very professional, very clean and tidy, and did a great job the first try. Very happy with the service, and ultimately, the results. PlumbPros are now in my contact list for future needs!

    I had been told by a company that my sewer drain had roots in it. The cost to clear the roots was ranged from 5k to 20k depending on if the roots were under the slab.     I cant say enough good things about PlumbPros. I had an emergency situation and was in immediate need for help. From the first phone call to the completion of the job. A+ all the way. On my initial call, I spoke with Jolanda. She was very professional and kind. She said she would have someone contact me asap. She didnt let me down. Within 15 minutes after we talked, one of the PlumbPro professionals named Melvin called me and I explained my problem. He immediately came out. Melvin quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it and also talked me through the problem so I would have an understanding. What could have been a nightmare issue turned out to be A-ok thanks to PlumbPros, Jolanda and Melvin. Great service, reasonable prices and dependable. I highly recommend PlumbPros.

    The water line between the meter and my house was leaking. A PlumbPros technician had fixed the water line before and had recommended getting it replaced, because my existing water line was not buried deep enough (it got punctured when a lawn service had aerated my yard). My water line started leaking again a month ago, so I finally decided to get this replaced. I called on a Friday and Matt Stewart from PlumbPros showed up on Tuesday with a dig crew to lay a new PEX water line. Within a couple hours, the new water line was buried and up and running. In addition, they honored an older estimate for this work rather than providing me with a new estimate. Im happy with the way this service went and plan to use PlumbPros again for any future plumbing work.

    We had several various plumbing jobs around the house. Landon came out promptly and we went through the issues with a couple toilets and showers. He quickly gave me a quote for the work and the pricing was fair and in the range of what I expected. Landon did the work efficiently and neatly. I added on a couple extra requests which wasnā€™t a problem and Landon handled those in stride. This was my second time hiring PlumbPros (water heater replaced) and working with Landon.     PlumbPros came out to inspect a leak in the kitchen. The issue was with the garbage disposal. The plumber was prepared with a replacement and completed the job in short order. I was very pleased with how easy it was to schedule as well as the professionalism of the staff.
