The kitchen sink water pipe broke due to old age. This caused water to flood my lower level, but luckily I was home to isolate the problem. I called Panther Plumbing and Tray, the master plumber, came to the rescue. Tray diagnosed the problem and gave me 4 options to repair it. I chose an option, and Tray was done in 60 minutes with supreme professionalism. Now the water is back online, and I can get on with my daily life. Thanks, Tray, and Panther Plumbing! Used Panther to repair a slow leak near main water valve box. Plumber was friendly but found their pricing to be very high. They charged nearly $700 JUST to dig a foot deep to the site of the leak (which we both had a pretty good idea where the leak originated). Another reputable plumber I called quoted a range of $200-$500 for everything. I could have saved money if I waited a day or dug it out myself, but I was able to negotiate somewhat of a fairer price and got it fixed the same day I called. Would give 5 stars if the 5-10 minute “dig fee” wasn’t so absurd and I didn’t feel a bit ripped off.

I was awoken at 4 AM to the sound of really loud rushing water. I live in a mobile home and one of the old older polybutylene pipe burst. Justin Conner was my repair tech. What can I say! Excellent in every way! He inspected and let me know what would needed for the repair, what would be needed in the long run and quoted me on both. Very nice easy to talk to and supremely professional in his work. Repair took no time at all, and Justin made sure the pressure adjustment would work for me in terms of shower pressure. Excellent! When time comes to re-plumb the whole home, Im calling Panther and I want Justin to do it!!

He also tried to see if there was any further damage in the attic.Im so glad he was there because my builder was coming the following day, so great thing to point out now.Overall, will use them again for sure!!

Stephanie with Panther Brands is one of the sweetest girls I have ever spoke to! My husband is dying from Dementia and she helped me through a mental break down on the phone and told me she would make sure everything was going to be okay and that I would expect excellent customer service. I am on a fixed income and she made sure that I had affordable work done and it was very timely. I couldn’t be more thankful to have spoke with her and also worked with Panther Plumbing. James Stennett was also an excellent employee. He is the tech that came out and got all of my repairs fixed! All around was a great experience!! I would never use any other plumbing company! They deserve an award for best company in the Atlanta area!

This was the first time I called and contracted with Panther Plumbing to do needed work for me. I was not familiar with many local companies. Ironically, this past week and for the first time for me, I have had some dissatisfying conversations with what would be considered very large national companies. Each represented a different type of business, but each disappointed me such that I will never call them again for anything regardless of the severity of the problem. Incredibly, one of these companies on whom I formerly relied upon,. was a plumbing company. When water is running where it should not be running and a family needs water, it seems like it would be considered as important to the company as it is to the homeowner. This company told me calmly that they could schedule someone to come out the next afternoon, about 30 hours later.I simply went online and looked for a plumber. I found Panther Plumbing. Beginning with the woman answering my call to meeting Dustin White, our new plumber, I knew the problem would be solved. She was cheerful and engaging on the telephone and Dustin let me know he understood the problem and could fix it. I soon net him and he is a very well-spoken fellow who works so very well with customers, even one who have more on their minds than usual at that time.He repaired the problem, explained what happened and showed me what he did. Dustin is a great representative for Panther Plumbing. I do not like plumbing problems, but, when they occur as they will, I will be calling Panther Plumbing again. I might even request Dustin White to do the work if that is possible.Companies need to realize that spending money on advertising is a waste of resources, when all they need to do is take care of the customer; advertising isnt really needed after that.Thomas C. A+++++ service!! Your company came highly recommended from a sister property in Douglasville managed by Janelle. You literally were the only company out of over 20 that we contacted today that was able to assist the same day. We had a serious repair needed to our main water line for the entire property. Dustin communicated promptly, arrived within an hour as promised mind you, we are in Gainesville and the office is listed in Austell AND cut the repair time in half by getting creative with the drainage method which I know our residents were extremely thankful for.
