    My water service line in the front yard broke. Plumb Doctor had provided excellent service at my house before so I called them. They went out of their way to help me today! 8am phone call and Brandon answered immediately. Cody was here by 11am. We agreed the old PVC line was old and brittle since this is the 3rd break in 4 years(plus we discovered another repair later when digging). They gave me a fair price and were back by 2PM with utilities getting marked before they started trenching. I am grateful to them to have plentiful clean water flowing again! I also told Cody about my pressure regulator had failed twice in the last 4 years and he immediately knew to check the expansion tank. It had failed. Cody replaced that for me while he was here. Thanks also to Tim for his expertise and hard work. Both times I have used Plumb Doctor they have provided a quick response and quality work the same day I called in. Thank you gentlemen.

    Replaced tankless system in home. Brain and Jake were phenomenal!! Friendly, answered/addressed all my concerns and questions I was having extensive trouble with previous unit. Did my research with other larger companies for a replacement services and other reviews did not measure up. Brian provided an estimate and stayed true. Reviewed product choices for my home. They were very timely, cleaned up and removed all debris. Questions addressed during install. Checked all faucets in home and overall was left reassured and feeling confident. Brian and Jake incredible and very professional team!! Stephanie in the office has also been extremely helpful! Highly recommended! 5 stars!!

    My go to plumber. Im so glad that my search for a good and affordable plumber is over. I found a leak in my garage yesterday evening and before lunch today it was repaired. Corey came out and took excellent care of me. He was polite , helpful, explained my problem, quoted me, did the repair and was on to the next job.I cannot over emphasize how nice Corey and Brandon are - such good hearted people - a real pleasure to work with plus these guys know what theyre doing. I thank God that I have found a company that I can rest in and know that any future plumbing problems will be resolved in a professional and affordable way.

    Very professional and caring technicians. Brandon and Brian were both very professional. Brandon came out on a Sat eve and diagnosed the issue and turned off the water. Brandon was here on Monday to repair the issues. Brandon the owner stopped by to check in and was very nice and professional. Would recommend for sure. Great service and reasonable prices.

    We had a really bad clog and water leaking through the ceiling. Corey came out today (arrived three hours after calling on a Sunday), and was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and patient answering all of our questions. The job was done quickly and could not say enough night things about the service and friendliness of Corey (who came out to help us) and Brandon.

    Water bill skyrocketed 5x in one month indicating a leak. Called Plumb Doctor, Cody came out and walked me through all the options I had. Due to age of the line, decided to replace the entire line from the meter at the street into my basement. The utility locate crew was there first thing the next morning and within one hour of them leaving, Cory was onsite. Brandon the owner drove up shortly and trenched the new line himself. Then the guys worked diligently till the job was complete early afternoon, so I was only without water for half a day during the replacement. Great job, good people.

    Matthew called in advance to make sure we were ready for him to come by and replace our defective kitchen faucet (installing a new touchless model). He was very professional and proficient, assessed the situation quickly, and then advised us of the estimated cost prior to beginning. He then proceeded to do the work very quickly, cleaned up after himself and made sure we understood how everything worked. He finished up by verifying our homes water pressure was in the recommended range.Another very good Plumb Doctor experience.

    Excellent experience with the fast and thorough repairs by Corey on a Sunday evening emergency call. Very fair price for the work/hours to clear probably construction debris thrown into the pipe. Corey had to use 2 different machines and then used a camera to make sure the pipe was clear. I don’t think I have ever had such a courteous and reassuring Tech as Corey. Corey is a true asset to Plumb Doctor! I will certainly recommend this Company to friends and family.

    We called to replace our 15 year old leaky water heater. In less than 48 hours, Cody had come to install a new one for us, and it took only a couple hours to complete. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable with over a decade of experience. He made sure the old one equipment was hauled away, and my basement was clean when he left.     Stop searching for a plumber - you’ve found it. Plumb Doctor. They are my go-to for all plumbing needs and this past Friday was no different. I noticed the water was out at 8pm on a Friday. I called the number (they are 24hrs) and the owner himself answered! No one was available until Saturday morning, but then the most amazing thing happened. He started to talk me through troubleshooting. And let me tell you - I am not a handy person. He walked me through a few steps, asking me to send him pictures along the way. Within 10 mins, he was able to tell that the water had been turned off at the street! He walked me through how to turn it back on. He had me all fixed up after only 10 mins on the phone. I cannot say enough about how he went above and beyond. He could have blown me off on a Friday night, but he didn’t. Thank you so much!!

    Plumb Doctor saved us!!! We came home from a vacation to a broken service line and a flooding yard. Brandon and his team came out within hours of us calling and they put “all hands on deck” to get us squared away! We needed up having to run an entirely new line but that was a much better option than tearing up our driveway to repair the old one. He even helped me find an affordable landscaper to help repair the grass that got overturned from running the new line as well as the damage from the leak itself. The whole team was so professional, respectful, and they did an amazing job! Really grateful to have found them!

    We had a main water line break at our house last week. Brandon (Tall) and Corey came out to establish a plan and give us a quote. We felt the quote was very reasonable.     I cant speak highly enough about Plumb Doctor. Matt, Tim, Bryan, were among the best plumbers Ive dealt with, and Ive dealt with A LOT over the years. Responsive to my concerns and, unlike some others, willing to work with me to find the best solution. Professional, efficient, and very respectful of my property and yard. They replaced leaking outdoor water mains and also a leaking indoor pipe. Their prices were reasonable [included mains water non return valve etc at no addtnl cost].     Sunday morning, we had a pipe break under the kitchen sink. Water gushed everywhere throughout the kitchen floor and cabinets. Luckily, I knew how to shut off the water valve. I called Plumb Doctors and they came out and fixed the issue quickly. They also provided advice on what actions should be taken to fix the water damage.     I’m a repeat Plumb Doctor customer and just finished another big job with Plumb Doctor. Plumbing problems are never fun to deal with, but I feel lucky to have been able to find trustworthy people to work with. Brandon (owner), Brandon, and Corey have taken excellent care of me each time I’ve called. The work is fairly priced and done well, which is often a very difficult combination to find. Brandon and Corey have always taken the time to thoroughly explain the issues and the potential fixes so I can make an informed decision on how to proceed.     Water heater started to leak. Called Plumb Doctor to remove my old water heater and install a new one. They were able to come on a Sunday, a day I have off, and offered prompt, professional service, and were $1000 cheaper to install compared to other quotes I got. Im definitely not handy when it comes to plumbing, so having knowledgeable professionals to make the repair was definitely reassuring. My house went from a slowly flooding garage with no hot water, to a dry garage with endless hot water. As a bonus, when they installed the water heater it also fixed a hot water pressure problem I was experiencing. All in all, great service with a great price which is a win win. Price also included removal + disposal of the old unit and everything was done to code. Definitely will use them in the future and highly recommend.

    It’s always A pleasure knowing the Plumb Doctor always goes the extra mile on my home. So far they have installed my garbage disposal, Hot water heater, I had copper pipes that had pinhole leaks in them and fixed 2 leaky faucets. Very trustworthy as Ken found a Diamond ring in drainage pipe underneath the sink and gave it to me. Come to find out it was the previous homeowners wife’s wedding ring she lost almost 10 years ago. If you want it done cheap call your brother-in-law…. if you want it done, and done right the first time, call THE PLUMB DOCTOR.

    Owning an older home sometimes can be an adventure and I’m glad to know that I have dependable and incredible plumbers to rely on.     Amazing company.     Cobb Water came to review a meter reading and told me we had a large usage between readings. We both felt it had to be from the buried a main service line - a break or crack. I immediately called Plumb Doctor and they sent out Cody the next morning - a pleasant and knowledgeable guy.After a quick diagnosis he agreed it was indeed somewhere in the service line from the meter to the house - and referred me to a leak locating firm. After they came out and located the leak Cody came back and turned water off at meter (stop the bleeding).He then returned the next morning and did a great and difficult job of digging down to find the exact failed pipe problem. He then installed an repair - gave it some time to dry, and then pressurized the line - all looked good. We then eased open the main valve in the basement and the house plumbing was back in order.Thank you Cody and Plumb Doctor!PS: Both of the the ladies in the office that I spoke to when I called Plumb Doctor were spectacular too, they understood my problem and wasted no time in getting me on the calendar - thank you to them as well!

    Plumb Doctor, the best in town, saved the day twice! Few weeks ago when a water pipe broke during a washer installation, Brandon, the owner, guided me remotely to stop the water. His crew fixed it the next day. We had another mishap last night, Brandon came at 7 pm to assess a water leak in the basement ceiling. He identified the leak and took care of it, also called a restoration company right away to take care of the floors. They arrived within an hour to dry the floors and ceiling. Brandon again followed up this morning. Their professionalism is exceptional—I highly recommend them!

    I called Plumb Doctor yesterday at 3:30 and I had a technician at my house within 30 mins to diagnose the sewerage blockage issue. Brian showed up 1st and went out of his way to walk my property and 4 of my neighbors properties to find the overgrown manhole. Brian then started to snake the drain and ran out of cable and called for backup. Thank goodness, Matthew showed up with extra cable. They ran about 200 feet of cable and finally hit the clog. Brain and Matthew had to remove the manhole cover and unclog the debris that was causing the clog.I could have not asked for 2 better Master Plumbers to solve my problem. Brian and Matthew were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Their teamwork was superb!I consider myself lucky that I have now found an honest plumber!We will use them again and will recommend to all my friends and family.Thank you, Brian and Matthew.     I had a problem with water leaking from under the toilet. I called the Plumb Doctor and they came out the next day. They replaced the seal and were very careful to not spill the toilet water everywhere and place the toilet lid so it wouldnt break on the floor tile. Brandon also did some minor repairs in another bathroom - sink stopper and a toilet handle broken from the inside of the tank. They called to see if they could come early & were very courteous. I highly recommend Plumb Doctor and will definitely use them in the future.

    These guys were great! They came out on Christmas Eve, tried calling other companies as well and no one would answer their phone. They answered right away and came out within a couple hours. They found the leak had the parts with them and repaired everything that day. Great service I will be using them for any future repairs.

    On a Sunday night round 11 pm and I had water coming out of the bottom of my toilet so I scrambled to find a plumber. I randomly chose Plumb Doctor based on the high reviews and I am so lucky I did. Brandon, the owner, told me what to do to stop more water from coming out and the next day, Cody came out to snake and camera my system. He found the clog which ended up being a tree root ball so he set up the team to dig up my yard to come the next day. I also had him check my water pressure because I always thought it was high. Not only did he check it but also checked my water heater and found that the expansion tank was installed incorrectly which was the main culprit along with the PRV. Very thorough and was able to explain and show to me what the issue was.The next day, Tim and Cameron came out to replace the piping that had the root ball. They got that taken care of, but Cody told them to camera the rest of the system as well just to be sure. Low and behold, there was another root ball at the connection to the city pipe cause by lazy installation by the home builders. Tim and Cameron were at my house all day and were able to take care of both blockages so I could use water that night. Tim is also a master of the Bobcat and contoured my front lawn, which is far from flat, and made it look good (minus not having grass).Cody came the next day, which was his earliest availability, and replaced the expansion tank and the PRV. The work he did made the original job look like a joke. He also provided me options for quality/price for the PRV and suggested the best quality option for my needs.     We had a pipe burst in our laundry room wall, spilling water everywhere through the floor and into the basement at 4pm on a Saturday. We had to shut off the water main to the entire house. We used yelp to find a plumber. The first 5 listed with emergency service all said they could come Monday! 2 days without water was not ideal. One company actually called me back on Tuesday!Not only did Plumb doctor come that day after their current client, but Cory fixed it at a reasonable rate. He also patiently answered the dozens of questions asked by my son, the new homeowner. He gave a quote to repipe the the rest of the old cpvc to pex that was 10k under what I paid last year to pipe my own house with the same number of fixtures and less square footage.     I called to have someone come out to look at my leaking water heater and since no one was going to be home on Thursday or Friday, they offered to come out on Saturday just to have a look. I agreed, although I really didnt want to mess up anyones weekend.     Kenny, CC, and Tim came out to fix a broken fitting under the slab in my kitchen. Before starting the demo, they hung plastic sheeting so that the rest of the house would not be covered in dust. They used a jackhammer to go through the slab, removed the gravel, and uncovered the bad fitting. They replaced the fitting, filled in the gravel, and then poured new concrete to cover the opening. They cleaned up the work area completely. Tim even swept out my garage, leaving it cleaner than when they had arrived. Kenny explained the process along the way. He also took pictures so I could submit them to my insurance company. All three workers were polite and professional, and they were very respectful of my home. I was impressed by this crew and am pleased with their work. The owner, Brandon, even stopped by to make sure that I was satisfied with how the repair was going. I will definitely call Plumb Doctor if I have any other plumbing issues.

They answered their phone on a Saturday evening (live person, no automated phone menu) and were able to schedule service for the next day. Corey was out by around noon the next day. He gave me a recap of how that happens and some next steps I may want to take. Took 15 mins and Kenny was very professional and timely.Maybe an hour later I get a call from Brandon, the business owner. He followed up to see how the service was and even went the extra step to help me figure out what to do about my problem. To give you can idea: I had water leaking from my ceiling with no clue what to do, who to call, or what the next step was. Brandon recommended a mitigation company and contractor that he trusts.I called Plumb Doctor on a Tuesday and by Thursday the mitigation company had completed a walk through, filed the insurance claim on my behalf, set up dehumidifiers in my home to dry out the water from the leak, and the contractor had completed a walk through to generate an estimate.

They came early the next day and with the help of cameras were able to determine our sewage blockage was tree roots in the pipes.     Highly Impressed. I will use Plumb Doctor for life! Brandon and his team installed a new main sewer line for us. It was an emergency call on a holiday weekend. They were here right when they said and worked until the job was finished. They had to dig up the front yard all the way to the street and were careful to not damage a sidewalk on our property that they had to go under. They also were careful to save as much of our landscaping as possible, setting it aside carefully and burying the mature bushes until they could be put back into place.     Two years ago we had a drainage issue with the sink in our master bathroom. We used two different plumbers, recommended by neighbors, and both failed to fix the issue. I found out about Plum Doctors from a message board. The feedback was they might be a little more expensive but they are worth it. I gave them a call and they Finally fixed the issue. Turns out it wasn’t the sink but the water heater - the sink was just a symptom that the other plumbers were not skilled enough to diagnose. I was very impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and service.Last week we found out (after months of Home Depot service calls) that our dishwasher was never hooked up correctly nor up to code.     Wow! Talk about 1st responders. These guys are the real deal. The office manager was to dispatch a plumber out to my house in under an hour!We had leak that my husband could not find the source of. Ive never been told that by a plumber before. Thank God, in 3 days the report was no more leaking!     First, a year ago our tankless water heater died. Mathew from Plumb Doctor came out right away to assess situation and installed the next day. A lot of work was needed to get our system up to code. They did a beautiful job. A year later the tankless water heater works great for a family of 4 with 4 1/2 baths.     I cant say enough good things about Plumb Doctor. After a failed DIY install of a tankless water heater Plumb Doctor saved the day. I called some of the big name companies first; the first one did not pick up the phone after 20 minutes on hold, the other could not send anyone out for 4 days. Parts were needed and he made sure we got them quickly and again came within hours of being notified that they had been delivered.to complete the repair.     I called Plumb Doctor when I had a sewage back up in my home and had to replace the sewer line. I shopped around to several other companies and decided on PD due to their price, warranty, and Brandon being attentive and professional. Once the job began, they discovered that additional work would need to be completed in order to have the water line run properly as well. I felt Brandon was very fair in his price to do the additional work. It took several days longer than expected to complete the job based on weather and permits, but it was completed to my satisfaction, and the ground that was pulled up, Brandon covered with grass seed by to help recover the yard. He had to go to Home Depot and determined that the warranty through home depot had expired 20 days earlier.     Can’t say enough good things about our service with Plumb Doctor. We had an emergency in house fridge line leak between our floor and basement on a Sunday.     Kenny & Cameron arrived in the early morning at my house. Late the previous evening, my commodes had backed up. Snaking a camera down the cast iron pipe that ran from the house to the septic tank, they quickly diagnosed the problem. The pipe, original to my house built in 1972, was clogged with tree roots, etc. Only 3 months prior, another plumbing company had replaced all the cast iron pipes in my basement & had told me that the pipe to the septic tank was clear and free of clogs. Not so!! Plumb Doctor immediately set about solving the problem. They first had to remove some of the decking which had been built over the pipe, then dig a deep trench, break up and remove the pipe, and replace it with PVC. They worked so hard for hours and even installed a clean out which I have never had. I am so impressed with their courtesy and the care with which they tackled a huge job.     We have worked with the technicians at Plumb Doctor for several years now. Stan was especially helpful in this process. They have repaired pinhole leaks and replaced degraded sections of pipe around the home. Everyone was always courteous and friendly. They showed up at the scheduled time and remained until the job was done (in one case until very late in the evening with flashlights assisting them in completing the job). I would recommend them for any plumbing issue without hesitation.

    Bathroom leaked due to rootball in sewer pipe. Happened on Christmas Day morning. Tall Brendan! Was at ours at 11am and did a great job detecting what caused the blockage. 26th the owner Brendan had his crew out and was ready to dig up the area effected and did an amazing job and his whole crew did a fantastic job getting it repaired. We’ve used Plumb doctor before and will continue using them again especially after this. Not many companies would come out Christmas Day.

    Brandon is the best! I called Plumb Doctor on a Sunday due to an unexpected issue with my garbage disposal. Brandon actually stepped away from a meal with his family, and walked me through step by step how to fix my garbage disposal free of charge. Its refreshing to see such great customer service. I will only be using Plumb Doctor from here on out.

    Brandon and his team did a great job for us. We had a backup from our main sewer line that was caused by roots intruding into two sections of the line. Brandon’s team quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through what we needed to do to fix it, and made a very fair and competitive bid for the work. The job was done the next day with minimal disruption to our household routine (all of this happened while we’ve been sheltering in place). Couldn’t have had a better experience from start to finish with this company.

    Matthew was really professional and knowledgeable! I thought my kitchen sink was clogged and he quoted me a price and then found out it was actually my garbage disposal that was jammed and he showed integrity and quoted me a way lower price when he could’ve easily taken advantage and charged me the original price. Everything is working good and I’ll definitely be using Plumb Doctor in the future if I have any more issues..

    This is the second time Ive called on the guys at Plumb Doctor. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and skilled.The first time I used them, we had a rusted pipe replaced in our 1960s ranch. Most recently, they came to look at multiple issues in my new home. They were able to link 2-3 faucet/shower issues to a bigger issue of pressure that was impacting the entire house. All projects were completed within a couple of hours.Theres no upselling or pressure to have services done that you dont need. However, these guys do a great job of letting you know the potential down the road things that you should consider. I will definitely use Plumb doctor exclusively for my future plumbing needs! Highly recommended

    Replaced the water line to the house. Was a difficult job that required digging extra holes (trying to find leak that was missed by our leak detector), being in 90 degree heat, and working on Father’s Day weekend. Brandon (owner) was very responsive and Tim (tech) was extremely hard working, digging by hand to try avoiding irrigation and carefully out everything back. We were in a very tough spot with a gushing leak in our yard and Brandon and crew were the only ones in the half dozen or so plumbers we called that responded with urgency to help us.

    I highly recommend Plumb Doctor! They responded quickly, and determined where our leak was coming from in about 15 minutes. After they repaired the leak, the plumbers put us in touch with Quality Restoration to repair the water damage.We used Plumb Doctor earlier this year for another problem. The plumbers did an excellent job then, too. We will never use any other plumbing service!

    Cody, Tim, Jake and CC did a fabulous job at our house today.Here is our timeline:Thursday August 25th - hanger left by meter reader to say that we were losing 1 gallon a minute and meter was spinning fast! We shut off the water inside and determined that it was not a leak in our house. Immediately called The Plumb Doctor who came out that afternoon and said that we needed to get National Leak Detection to determine where the leak was.Friday August 26th - National Leak Detection came out and identified the leak very close to the front of our house 5 deep!! The Plumb Doctor gave us some options on how to do it and we went with the cheaper version of having trenches dug with a ditch witch. Told us that we then needed to call Call before you Dig.Weekend of Sat 27th/Sun 28th - we kept the water shut off as Cobb County Water had already advised that our bill was $2700!!!!!Monday August 29th - Call before you dig came out early and posted the flags. The Plumb Doctor arrived before lunch and replaced all the pipes from the meter to the house (as they said that all the piping was old, no longer used and decaying). They were finished by 4.00pm.They did an incredibly neat job with the trenches in our front yard. They took care to dig around the bushes where the pipes go into the house. They were friendly, communicative and extremely responsive. I can DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this company.

    The water line coming from the street cracked right by the house, leaving us without water for a few days. The original plumber that came out indicated I needed a leak detection company to find the leak, but the company they recommended was closed for the weekend. I called Brandon at Plumb Doctor who gave me the recommendation for a leak detection company who came out on Saturday, and his crew came out on Sunday to fix the break.
