    Bo fixed the plumbing in two of my bathrooms and put up direct to stud shower walls. Old three handle system was failing, leaking, and shower surrounds were not tiled correctly by previous owner. Everything looks and works great. Even answers calls or texts after his work is complete for quick questions.We also had our AC completely go last summer on one of the hottest days of the year. Reliable Heating and Air gave us a terrible experience (sales pressure, signing documents without my permission, and then showed up with an inferior unit and wanted the same price). We sent them away and did not let them replace our system. Mr. Garrett called me personally and opened up on Saturday and Sunday, sending Marco to do a complete HVAC install on a Sunday so we could beat the heat and keep our dogs safe.Technicians are always on time and do good work. Prices are extremely competitive compared to similar companies like Fix n Flow and other HVAC compares. No non-sense, no “salesmanship”.

    It was a great pleasure in having someone honest to replace our shower. Noah Hudson was very professional and did a fantastic job. Will be using this company again. Just had another job completed by Chip. He did a fantastic job. In and out in no time. Will always use this company. Chip fixed our sink in the master bathroom.

    Gary responded promptly to our request, arriving at the site with just a days notice to diagnose our window AC unit tripping the breaker. He identified that the receptacle to breaker connection needed replacement. During the estimate, we also decided to upgrade to LED light fixtures, which Gary accommodated immediately. Throughout the process, communication was clear, the work was completed swiftly, and billing and invoicing were effortlessly handled over the phone, including emailed pictures of the completed work, which we appreciated.

    I had the pleasure of having Aiden repair my non-functioning outdoor power outlet and Chip replacing my dish disposal. Garrett Mechanical was able to have both appointments set on the same day and to schedule the appointment later at the last minute after I forgot I had an appointment earlier. The service by these two gentlemen was outstanding. They were kind, respectful and even gave my flirty pet cat a few pets. I will book Garrett for any needs I have in the future and recommend them to every person I know. If you want fast, superior service give them a call!! Youll be glad you did.

    First, I want to start by saying I normally do not leave reviews, unless something is extremely bad or extremely good. So, we had some major problems with our entire sewage system, and did not know where to turn. We contacted them and they responded quickly with a fair price and quick scheduling. It was exactly what I hoped a local company would do at least from the office and scheduling side. However, once the technician showed up, everything changed. Bo Brewer was our technician, and he began to explain what the cost could be based on what he saw and what our issues were. Keep in mind that this is right before Christmas, and a plumbing nightmare was not part of our planning. Bo spent probably two hours in the cold and wind trying to help us out, and then afterwards decided to not charge us at all. Call it Christmas spirit, call it a miracle, call it anything you want but he did an amazing job. He narrowed our problem down to the septic, we had another company come out to do that, and it was confirmed that every single line in the house had been properly cleared, and we are now operational. Like most people, thousands of dollars 5 days before Christmas is impossible, and there were tears. He was an absolute godsend for doing all he did for zero charge. I will 100% recommend anyone to this company for their morals, their quality, and their professionalism. I firmly believe that no other company could come close to the level this company is currently at. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you Bo, you have no idea the difference you made for our family! Merry Christmas!!

    Gary and his partner did an exceptional job correcting an issue that could’ve been catastrophic. A ceiling fan that was improperly installed a few years ago was mounted to a brace that wasn’t sufficient. Install took no more than a half hour. Couldn’t be more pleased! Great work

    Bo did an excellent job. I had broken glass in my sink from a shot glass that got stuck in the disposal. Bo was ever so careful as to remove the glass. He also educated me in making sure I keep the disposal clean and clog free with ice and cold water once a month.He was on time and very efficient with his delivery.     Timely & effective with kind, knowledgeable techs. Had a funky smell in our kitchen and weren’t sure if it was electrical or gas. Garrett sent out two different techs to make sure the right specialist worked on it. My husband and I had no idea we had a gas leak but Aidan (electrician) immediately identified the smell then they sent Shawn (plumber) who was able to remedy the issue.

He not only quickly diagnosed the issue and repair I needed but made some suggestions for replacing a sub-standard part the prior plumber had installed that he could replace to prevent issues in the future.     Today, I used Garrett Mechanical again, and Gary Austin came because we had 4 kitchen sockets not working. He remedied the situation very quickly. He knew exactly what he was doing and told me about other services the company offers. He also had a young guy with him, and they were both very personable and worked well together. I really enjoyed seeing a young man being well trained in his field. While the price today could be seen as a little high for one socket replacement, we didn’t have the knowledge to know the solution, and they completed a full diagnostic of our electrical system. Our house is 19 years old, and I was glad to have the peace of mind that everything is ship-shape.Bo Brewer with Garrett Mechanical did an excellent job replacing a toilet in our home. He was professional and kept everything clean! He was training a younger technician, and he explained everything to him and asked him important questions about the job.     I had some plumbing work done at my primary residence and a rental property of mine on separate occacions. Giving a shout out to Bo Brewer who did the work at my primary residence. Bo was very professional, efficent, and most of all courteous and polite. I was so impressed with his work, i reached out the GM a second time to have some plumbing work done at my rental property. This time Michael Poss was the technician who completed the work. I can say the second experience was no different from the first. I received excellent service on both occasions.     My house caught fire and I had to have emergency wiring done , so, I could stay in a camper in my yard to take care of my 3 dogs. They came out quickly and fixed me up so I wouldnt be homeless!! He and his helper Nate gave me an honest assessment of the problem, a very fair estimate for the work, and took time to educate me about maintaining the hot water heater on my new home and how to flush sediment from the system. They are now my go-to plumbers.

    This was seamless from the beginning to the very end. I found Garrett mechanical on Google and sent an email. A very nice person called me back within five minutes and had me scheduled for the next business day. Travis came out and fixed all my problems.     I had this company come and to take a look at an older washing machine for my business. It had started to leak and I was trying to fix it myself (bad idea). I was afraid I was going to have to break down and purchase a new one since it was so old. I was praying it was nothing big since times have been hard since Covid and the business is still suffering from that and I am trying to play catch up and get back on my feet. I sent some pictures to Bo and he came out the very next day and fixed the washer. I was very surprised at how fast he got the problem taken care of and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. He was super friendly and had great communication through the whole process. I will definitely use them again if something were to ever happen. I am very pleased with everything and the machine is back up and running like new! Bo Brewer even went above and beyond then what I was expecting. I would highly recommend them!

    I have used Garrett Mechanical twice for A/C repairs. Both times it was something trivial that was the problem, but the servicemen are very diligent in their work. Shabius went all through my house checking every box, wire, etc. until he found the problem. He was punctual, polite, and even though it turned out to be a minor issue again, they treat it like it’s very serious and work hard to get you back up and running. This is my go-to company for my A/C

I had a last minute time conflict that they kindly accommodated for and when they arrived they were polite, efficient, and did a great job with our project. We initially had another company come in for an estimate, but two weeks later still had not heard back, even when they knew the project was urgent.     I contacted Garrett Mechanical Plumbing, Heating & Air, Electrical last Thursday to come take a look at our ceiling - there was a leak from our old Jacuzzi Tub, and they were the only company that would come and take a loo to determine the problem. The technician that came out - Cody Johnson - was great. He let me know he was on his way, I could see his progress on the app so I was ready when he arrived. Cody looked the situation over and determined that it wasnt the jets in the tub, but it was the downflow and the 2 seals on either side of the inflow. It only took him a few hours to fix a major headache. Cody was professional and kept me in the loop as to what was going on the entire time. I would recommend Cody Johns and Garrett Mechanical Plumbing, Heating and Air, Electrical to anyone with home repair needs.

    Had an issue with the electrical at my apartment that the maintenance and front office was declaring myself at fault for hanging a tv on the living room wall. Claimed I hit a wire cuasing and outage in my living room, dining room, and kitchen. Called the receptionist from Garrett that my wife found on thumbnail (with my wife on the other line) at Garrett whom was very pleasant, patient and asked all the right questions too have my needs addressed. Ryan and Aiden both came out in a very professional and in a timely manner. Both of them made it easy too understand the issues I was having and made it clear. determined the electric issue I was having not being something neither myself or my apartments maintenance team at fault for. Mainly just due too the severe storm that came through that knocked out my light fixtures and reciprocal (wall outlet) was too blame. Moral of the story Garrett and there team is whom you want moving forward too address your needs. Weather electric, or hvac, or plumbing they do it all! Definitely will use again in the future.

    Garrett Mechanical was fantastic! We have been trying to get an unsightly leak at a commercial location fixed for over a year. All the other companies wanted to dig holes throughout the parking lot to find the leak when we were confident we knew where the leak was located. Garrett Mechanical actually listened to us.They travelled over two hours and arrived on time to do an overnight repair, as to not disrupt our hair salons and other businesses during their work day. They found the leak, repaired it, filled in the hole and even cleaned up, all in about 4 hours.The two workers that came were extremely professional, polite, clean and dressed appropriately.I would highly recommend Garrett Mechanical to anyone needing small or large plumbing jobs. They are the best!

    I would definitely recommend Garrett Mechanical LLC. I had a problem with my air conditioning unit and after getting the run around from other companies Garrett saved the day. He responded to my email right away and had me an appointment for the next day even though they were backed up for two weeks. He and his team showed up early on a Saturday morning and fixed my air conditioner and changed my thermostat. Mr. Garrett runs a very professional business.     We just had our hot water on demand water heater changed out. The one we had was only 4 years old, but was a total lemon. We were very happy with our technician, Bo Brewer. He came out and looked at our old one the day before, and we discussed getting a new one, because of all of the problems we had with the brand we had. The new one we got is a Navien. It worked great for all the things we used it for tonight. I even think the water pressure was better than it was for the last 4 years! Bo was very professional, courteous, and hard working.     I cannot recommend this company enough. My shower pan was leaking and the pan was unfortunately, under a tiled shower enclosure. I contacted eight different contractors. The plumbers said they did not do this kind of work because mostly it required tile demolition, the tile setters said that this was plumbing work, the general contractors did not even respond to the request.Tommy from Garrett Mechanical was amazing. He has a tile person, Vidal, who Did the tile demolition and the tile setting and Garrett did the plumbing part. Tommy checked in with me while the project was ongoing and the price was a third of what I thought I would have to pay?The end product is beautiful and we could not be happier.Update:7/29/22I had a leak in my basement. A cast iron drainage line connected to the county sewage line corroded and I had a mess of water in the basement. Cody repaired it, Vlad came out and found the leak. Both repair guys were great!!

    Turn around ending! I had Garrett Mechanical replace my waterline from the street to my house, and the appearance of the inside garage was nowhere near the pre-repair look of my garage. So, I asked a manager what can be done at no cost to bring my garage back to its pre-repair appearance, and he assured me after viewing the pictures that they would rectify my garages appearance. I sent attached pictures comparing what it previously looked like to its current state to no avail... etc. As I previously elaborated on my dissatisfaction, the owner eventually found out about my dilemma, he immediately contacted me expressing disappointment in how my situation was handled and gave me multiple options on restoring the aesthetics of my garage, and I chose the best suited one for me, and Tommy did come through!     My hvac died. They came out on time and were very professional and respectful of my home wearing booties. The problem was diagnosed. I was provided with all the options to replace as well as financing options for the options. An appointment was made and again on time professionals and respectful. Everything was done as stated. At the end I was carefully explained the new system including the app functionality. During the work my home was not up to code. I needed a few upgrades to get everything done which was done at no charge to me. This was a stressful time and the team was so helpful and reassuring but most of all they got the job done with no additional stressors on me. I’m very pleased. I will definitely use them again.Update: my new hvac had a mind of its own almost as if it was possessed. I had them come out several times and to no avail my hvac was definitely possessed. Warranties were used for parts that blew out etc. It took several times and the help of the owner to get a specialist to do some sort of blessing on my hvac to make it work and it does now. I think it was not actually divine intervention but the determination of the company owner to be vigilant and standby his product and service. As we all know things happen and sometimes it was a bad product or installation or it just broke. Whatever the situation it’s painful getting it fixed. Having said that, I want everyone to know this company has integrity. I can feel absolutely confident in the owner and the current team to do everything possible to ensure things are done with quality. By the way, that specialist is now a permanent part of the team and Dan you are not only great at what you do…you are a wonderful person. I really appreciate the effort that was made to restore my service.

    Garrett mechanical is great !!! We just moved into our new home. One of our toilets wasnt working properly. Had to contact a plumber my neighbor recommended them. We contacted the office, and the staff was great. They answered all our questions and set us up for someone to come out and check it out. Upon the inspection, they found the problem was beyond the toilet. The real problem was that someone during the building process dropped a large knockout piece of plywood in the drain line and was backing everything up. Once removed, the problem was solved.     Im glad I called Garret mechanical for a second opinion on my AC repair. They were professional, timely, and most importantly honest. A previous company had diagnosed a bad fan motor and capacitor, after Justin Heery at Garret took a look he realized the fan was in good condition I just needed a new capacitor. He changed it right away and took his time to run the full assessment, answering all the questions I had. He was awesome and Im happy with the one-day service repair. I do have to say they charge hefty on labor, but excellent service.

    I had some pretty bad experiences with the bigger, more commercial companies. I selected Garrett to service my AC today. I made the appointment just a couple of days ago.     Too Long Didnt Read (TLDR): Good service, quality work, and exceptional attention to detail.My wife and I bought an older house earlier this year that ended up requiring significantly more work than we had initially anticipated. As we began working on it, the problems became more readily apparent, especially the plumbing.My realtor recommended Bo from Garrett Mechanical and I am glad he did. After the initial call he was able to show up literally the next day and begin evaluating everything. As he got started, we quickly realized that there was significantly more work than we had planned on. Bo was able to thoroughly explain which problems required immediate fixes (like my water pressure being at 130 PSI due to a broken PRV) and which ones could wait a few months until we had more of a budget.Over the course of a few months we had Bo come out several times to do whatever repairs we could afford at the time, and he was always on time, professional and easy to work with.One of the things I liked the most was how many before and after photos he took. It made it very easy to see just how bad things were before, and where we are now. It also provided clear documentation that I could send to my home owners insurance to hopefully lower my rate.I would definitely use Garrett Mechanical again in the future.-Zac

    Garrett Mechanical is a very professional company. They’ve done two jobs for us now and both were perfect and on time. The last time we needed a new wax seal on our toilet and one of their technicians Cody Johnson came out and fixed it perfectly for us, cleaned up when above and beyond.     This is by far one of the best and honest companies around! We had a huge leak in our front yard suddenly that was caused by a main line water break on our side. It was very unexpected. I called around and spoke with different companies and Garrett Mechanical was the only one that took the time out to help me receive the best option to resolve the issue effectively and long term. They were able to put us on the schedule within a couple days. James was our service tech from start to finish. If I could give him 10 stars then I would! He explained everything to us and the job was done within a few hours. Once it was complete we were very satisfied with the final product. Everything was professionally done and no mess left behind.     We lost power to a section of the house, so we called Garrett Mechanical and Matt was dispatched to us for the next business day. We were given an 8AM -12PM window and they arrived around 9AM.     Great experience with this company, I cant say enough good things, my AC unit froze up and they really jumped through hoops to get it back up and running, the technician, (Harold) has got to be the most informative person Ive ever had work on my stuff. He told me what maintenance needs to be done routinely and took the time to teach me why that maintenance is so important, he is very respectful and professional. I am really grateful for Garrett Mechanical responsiveness and professionalism. Anything that has to be done at my house mechanical wise from here on will only be done by Garrett.     This is an excellent company for plumbing services. I first contacted them for a home plumbing issue late summer last year which required substantial work. The service was prompt and completed in a timely manner and the residual issues that have crept up theyve taken care of without hesitation.We have dealt with Jay primarily and I must say that he is a very knowledgeable young man in his craft, courteous ad a pleasure to work with. If you have plumbing issues I would recommend him. However the entire staff provides great customer service.     WOW! 5 star service from beginning to end. I was one of thousands of people whose pipes froze and burst this weekend. After dozens of calls, Garrett Mechanical was able to send someone out the same day. There was a small error in which my address was entered incorrectly to their system, which was immediately fixed by the front office staff. I also received a call from the owner, Thomas Garrett to apologize for the mistake and ensure that someone would be out to help me the same day. Sure enough, Jaylon arrived at my house around 5pm to inspect the damage. He took thorough, clear photos and videos showing the problem. I approved the work to be done, he left to get parts, returned and completed the job in the dark! I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and sense of urgency this company provided.
