I called this company at midnight the day after New Years, because my husband and I discovered a significant leak in our first home. We are new home owners and dont know a lot about plumbing let alone what to do in order to keep our new home from being damaged from the leak. CityWide was the only company I called that was able to send a technician out immediately. I called around 12:30 AM and our technician, Vejae, was there around 1:05 AM. He had a smile on his face and was more than happy to help us even at the odd hour. He turned off our water for the night at our request, and told us that he would have to come back with the replacement part the next day. He came by the next day around 11 AM with the part and did the installation and repair in less than 40 minutes. He was kind, understanding, and empathetic to us. He was also quick and professional, and left a remarkable impression. We live in Decatur and I believe this CityWide is located in Kennesaw, but because of the excellent work and professionalism I will 100% call them again if I need to in the future, and I will even go so far as to request Vejae as our technician. His card hangs on my fridge. A big thank you to CityWide and Vejae for the peace of mind they brought to us.
