Cant recommend Houseal Plumbing enough! Dan was to our house within 15 minutes on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend when we were dealing with a gas leak and a fitting that needed fixed. He was so kind and explained everything he found and how he was fixing it. We appreciate his attention to detail, quick response and we havent had an issue since! Thanks again!!

Called Houseal’s plumbing yesterday to have dual check valve installed and they came today! Right from the beginning the person who took my call was so kind and understanding , I forget his name but thank you! He directed me to Ed who got me scheduled immediately, another very nice person to deal with! Matt and Carson came and they were great, also found a leak and repaired that! They did a fabulous job and were so nice to deal with. From my experience Houseal Plumbing has a great positive team and certainly recommend them for any job needed! Thank you for your service!

Over the summer we had a house fire. Dan came to the scene and offered to help us clean up the damage and help where he could! We were so overwhelmed with everything that happened and were so greatful for him helping us. He truly devoted his time to help us and didn’t have to. Came in and replaced my busted water heater. Came around 730am and were out by 1130am. Only had to wait two days after calling to have em call in. I think my plumbers were Steve and Noah and they were v friendly/helpful/skilled/etc. Highly recommended!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I used to use a smaller business with a single plumber and I was happy. That guy became no longer available so I called Houseal because they were close and they were local. Dan and his team are the best. They are punctual they are knowledgeable and they are professional. We have used Housel Plumbing twice in the last two years for emergencies - clogged sewer line and leaking hot water heater. On both occasions they were out within the same day, knew exactly how to fix the issues, and fixed them within a few hours. They are always professional and thank us for using them. Last week I randomly called this company to redo the entire system in my toilet tank. They scheduled it for the next day. Showed up promptly at the appointed time. The technician was courteous and efficient. However the next day I noticed a small leak on the floor near the work area. I called the office and they scheduled to return the next day and corrected the problem with no charge. Their pricing is not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive but well worth it when they stand behind their work like they did.

When hurricane Ida came through, our basement flooded over a foot in a short amount of time as a result of our sump pump failing. On what was one of the most frustrating days, Dan and his company were there for us to ease the burden. They removed the water from our basement and replaced our sump pump quickly and efficiently. We could not say enough wonderful things about this company, and we are so thankful that they were at our house within minutes of us calling and took over right away which gave us peace of mind. Houseal has lifetime customers in us, and we could not be more grateful.

Our toilet tank broke suddenly yesterday morning and I went into a panic because there are no longer parts for our toilet and it was looking like we couldn’t get a new toilet for at least a week. I called Houseal Plumbing because I had seen their truck around town and it was by far the best decision I made. They came and installed a brand new toilet that very day! They were very polite and friendly. Most of all, they were very affordable. I didn’t wake up that morning expecting a big expense so I was relieved that their price was so reasonable!

God Bless Dan Houseal! He truly is a genuine person who really works to serve the customer. I came home from work to find my sump pump broken and my basement flooded. I did not know what to do, my neighbor said try the local fire dept. and that is when I met Dan! He knew exactly what was wrong and knew how to fix it. A volunteer at the local fire department and owns his own plumbing company, he said he would fix it right away. Dan gave me peace of mind and explained everything he was doing and how the sump pump worked. I recommend Houseal Plumbing for honest and valuable work!

We had water pressure issues, along with a bad shower faucet and outdoor sprinkler system valve leak that all were fixed within 2 hours. The dispatcher Dale asked us questions to troubleshoot our issues prior to the plumber coming. He got us scheduled right away. The plumber Steve was very experienced and figured out our issues very quickly. He educated us on the different options to fix our plumbing issues for a cost effective fix. Glad we found Houseal plumbing, an honest plumbing company.
