Woke up this morning to find a puddle of water in the master bathroom, and was sure I had a leak where the toilet tank connected to the base. Called American Rooter Services, and they were able to get someone out in a couple hours. They said the technician would call me when he was on his way.Sure enough, Mike called to let me know he was about forty minutes out. I appreciate the communication. After taking a quick look, Mike saw that our tank had a crack in it and it was the source of the leak. The bad news was we needed to replace the toilet, the good news was Mike did a better job with the replacement installation than the plumbers did when they installed the original one during our renovation!Mike took the time to explain to me what needed to be done, and why the original toilet was installed incorrectly. He also warned me that if the original plastic flange was damaged, it might be a bigger job. Fortunately, as he showed me, it was not. Mike the proceeded to replace the old toilet with a new one and add an additional silicon seal between the floor and the toilet, also something that was not in place before.I give Mike a full five out of five star rating for his honesty, industriousness and patience with my questions. I’d happily recommend him to anyone for their plumbing projects!

I don’t remember his name unfortunately.I had a leak on my copper pipe in the basement and he told me is a pin-hole leak, and that East Cobb is very famous for that kind of issue. The problem was fixed promptly and he even covered my floor with a plastic cover! Very good job.Will highly recommend them in my neighborhood!

Nicole from American Rooter called me regularly to follow up on the open ticket because their piece of the job could not be done until another vendor did their part. I really appreciated her persistent follow up. Once it was time for the plumbing piece she scheduled someone right away. Ivan came over with another gentleman and was so kind and friendly. He truly cared about doing the job well and both gentlemen were very gracious. Its a pleasure to do business with companies that have employees you are happy to welcome into your home and who care so much about the job. They left at 4 pm and still had 3 more jobs to do! Georgi and his boss are absolutely great. We have nothing but positives to say about them. They were installing new fixtures in our shower that included drilling through tile and took such care to protect our tile and ensure the work was done properly. And Georgi also guided us in advance to not just do what we asked, but to advise us on what makes sense and what did not, helping us find a much better solution. And then before leaving they checked other plumbing in our house and told us what was well done and what should be modified and why. We are already planning to use them for additional work!

We highly recommend Mihail (Michael). We live in Lake Colony in East Cobb/Marietta area. We had a faucet knob break off after baby’s bath and tried everything ourselves to stop the water spewing out pretty forcibly. He arrived shortly after. He informed us where the house valve shut off knob is in case that ever happens again. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. On Monday, August 2, I requested service from my home warranty company for a leaking service line from the meter to my house. They contacted a local company (American Rooter Services) who then called me within an hour to schedule a visit from one of their technicians between 12 and 2. Just about 2pm a young man named Valentin was at my door to begin diagnosing and fixing my problem. Long story short, he replaced the entire line from meter to house. Sound simple enough? He dug a 90ft trench BY HAND with a shovel and a pick through very rocky soil. He replaced all 90ft of water line including new fittings and a proper shutoff valve. After replacing the line he filled in the trench, seeded the area and covered it with straw so that it looks like a professional landscaper did it. He did this all by hand, by himself, in the Georgia heat, and after spending two hours on the phone with my home warranty company convincing them that the entire line needed to be replaced and getting authorization to do it. He finished up and left about midnight last night. It’s been a LONG time since I met a man with his work ethic and can-do attitude. I cannot begin to express our gratitude for the great job that he did. This young man is a credit to his profession and sets an example that we all would do well to emulate. My fathers rental had a pipe from the main line going up the hill burst and was without water for a good period of time, there were multiple plumbers called out but they were the only ones were able to fix the problem (IN A VERY TIMELY MATTER). We are so thankful for the technicians Valentin, & Kristian who literally fixed this in a day. They are very polite and detail oriented. 10/10 service and the water pressure is even than before. If you have any plumbing issues I would highly recommend American Rooter Services!

Steve was extremely punctual and was here within an hour from our call. We had a cast iron pipe from our kitchen sink leaking into the ceiling and drywall in the basement. He did a great job assessing and repairing the problem while providing extra detail around the situation and an abundance of tips for what to watch out for in the future. Stiliyan Came to my house on time , diagnose the issue at hand , worked out a fair affordable price and worked wonderfully with my home warranty company , he had shoe covers and wore his mask correctly . We moved into our completely updated lease home 3 weeks ago only to discover a leak coming from upstairs bath into our kitchen ceiling. A tech from another scheduled company no showed for the repair this week and so we reached out to American Rooter’s and they sent Mike the same day! Which also happened to be his 25th wedding anniversary and day off but he came anyway to help us. He was very patient and understanding with our frustration and said he would get the problem resolved. It took an extra day for him to locate a part but he reached out to me the next afternoon (again his day off as he was leaving for planned anniversary trip) said he found the part and needed just 15 min to finish the repair! No more leak! Just in time for guests arriving for Thanksgiving! I am very grateful for Mike’s commitment to his customer and would recommend their company and especially Mike for any repairs.

I write very few online reviews, but American Rooter Services deserves an unusually strong public commendation! Last week, I called them to address a couple of smaller leaks we found under sinks in our house, and Valentin came out immediately, texting and calling to coordinate with courtesy and professionalism. He confirmed and promptly fixed the leaks we asked about, and when we asked him about our hot water heater, he didnt try to sell us a new one. He said ours was fine, and he pointed out a tiny leak in the previous plumbing companys soldering on top of the water heater, and he fixed it at no additional charge. All of Valentins repairs have been flawless, so when our below-grade basement sewage pump failed, I texted Valentin again. He arrived with a team member, Alex, and they diagnosed the issue and ordered the high quality replacement pump, quickly and professionally installing it for much less cost than I expected. I cant think of any reason to call any other plumber ever. Great job, Valentin, Alex, and American Rooter Services! Thank you!

My plumbing services were done by Valentin in April 2020. He continued to work on the leak in my upstairs bathroom until the problem was fixed. Valentin took his time, and came back twice until the leak was absolutely fixed. I recommend American Rooter Services, and I highly recommend Valentin. He was polite and professional. Valentin made sure to wear his foot coverings (booties) at all times, and he cleaned up after all work was completed.

I had a leak in my concrete slab and had contacted several plumbers. The guy they sent out was honesty he took his time and explain every option I had. He said he could fix the problem for 300 however with the type of pipes my house had there would be more problems to come. He gave me a great quote and said the job would take about two to three days I explain that me and my daughter have been staying with family (due to no water) we were ready to come home asap. He schedule a team to come out and my two to three day job became a one day job they worked there butts off....... I cant thank them enough ( I have a warranty on the work as well as my pipes)
