I recently had RS Andrews out when my HVAC stopped working. They were very fast in setting me up on their schedule and once we learned the system was at the end of life they set me up with Rob to consult with me around what my specific heating and cooling needs were. The NEXT DAY Andrew, Carlos, and Marcus were at my house and replaced the whole system, including ducts, in just one day. From the time I called to the time my system was up and running was barely 48 hours and they had great communication the entire time.

Today, we were able to experience the world class customer service provided by RS Andrews HVAC at a new level. After having a furnace exhaust pipe become disconnected from the vent pipe in the roof, we called the Team at RS Andrews. Due to a small hallway with a 90 degree turn leading to the pull-down ladder to the roof, coupled with a 20 ceiling in the attic, accessing the vent pipe, we were at a standstill in using a traditional ladder to fix the issue. After a discussion with the Service Manager, Andrew, he jumped into action, finding a very specialized ladder at the home of one of his Teammembers.Within minutes, under Andrews coordination, the Terrific Trio of Eli, Curtis and Kevin on the way to our home, with the specialized ladder in hand. Within an hour, and high wire activity by Leo, our delimna was solved.Much appreciation for the very long term partnership we share with the great folks at RS Andrews! The Richs
