First I was a little skeptical about using them because of the reviews, but after my first appointment with them it was not bad at all.Jacob was my tech guy who came out to fix something that was still part of my builder warranty.He was very professional and knowledgeable.Due to COVID-19, I request mask and shoe covers warn at all time. They didnt give me any hassle.Jacob was very clean and tidy ask he does his job.I even asked him to come back and install a tub for my laundry.The only thing you have to understand is that they only do work for homes under builders warranty.So if you looking for a service plumber, this is not the company.I think their service was great!!

Plumbed out new house. I think they are more set up for tract homes, but always came out on time to fix any issues with our custom home. Good price too.

My home is new & under warranty. I had problems with the toilets stopping up & called the company for help. Alex, a supervisor came out & checked everything. He upped my water pressure which was low & educated us about how to properly flush & maintain toilets. He was very professional & informative. I appreciate him sharing his knowledge & expertise with us! What a great guy!

Mr. Berry handled our hot water heater problem. Thanks to him, we now have hot water supplied to us by our new water heater. He is very diligent and listens and answers all questions.

Randal Lowe Plumbing is without a doubt the BEST company weve ever used for plumbing issues. Whether weve had an emergency, or just regular service, each technician has been prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. A special shout out to Alex Bolton who handled our emergency call with the utmost professionalism. He worked quickly and thoroughly, explaining the problems along the way in terms we could understand. His attitude couldnt have been better, which made an emergency issue not nearly as bad!But, this isnt an isolated situation, each technician has been fabulous, including the call center folks.Thank you for being our go-to plumber!!

Had a pleasant experience. The technician came on a weekend to repair the pilot unit on my water heater, charged me $425 which I wrote a check for. On Monday i received a call from their office and they told me the technician accidentally over charged me by $200 and they returned my over payment. Very honest company. I highly recommend them.

We had a water main leak under our garage slab. Excellent response time and service. The courteous and knowledgeable crew replaced the entire line, which included going under the driveway and sidewalk. They cleaned up the work area when finished. A very pleasant experience under the circumstances.
