When we moved into our new house we found a large plumbing and drain issue, which normally would make any homeowner panic but Kendrick Plumbing came out swiftly and put our fears at ease. They easily explained all the issues and each fix with the associated cost- allowing us to choose the path that was right for us not just one big lump number! They were able to come out same week and complete the entire job in one day. It was the quickest work I have ever seen completed in my life. Kendricks came out and checked out a problem I thought I was having. The lines had been gurgling a couple days ago, and I have had trouble with that in the past at a different location. Which caused a hugh mess with water overflowing everywhere. They checked the pipes and drainage into my septic and said everything looks and sounds fine now. There was probably to much paper put down the drain at once is what probably caused the problem.It fixed itself before he got here.Didnt charge me anything, I even offered to pay for service call at least.He said just remember us whenever you need us again!!Couldnt ask for better service!

He made sure to evaluate the situation in a timely manner so he could get the water heater prior to the supplier closing. Tom with Kendrick Plumbing did a great job installing a new water heater. He also noted the incoming water pressure was high (120!) and recommended replacement of the pressure reducing valve. The old valve was original to the house and over 30 years old so it definitely was time for a replacement. He also added a shutoff valve under my kitchen sink for a new dishwasher and corrected the pipe sizing for the valve that was not up to code. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how to service my new water heater. I would definitely call Kendrick again for any future plumbing needs.

Jordan and Chris did a great job. They used flex instead of copper which is easier to use in very tight spaces. The copper in homes built in the mid seventies gets pin holes and leaks and can cause undetected damage.

Kendrick installed a gas water heater about 8 years ago, which has worked well. When it recently wouldnt work, John Kendrick came by and was able to get it working quickly and to explain what likely happened for future reference.
