Had a main water line break to our town home. Called Fletch-Barney and they were out within 4 hours on a Friday. They provided a fair quote on replacement of the line that ran under our driveway and under our concrete slab garage to the house. They provided a temporary work around for water for the weekend (and stopped the leak to the street) until they could mark utilities and schedule service. They were amazing, professional. They replaced the water line, tunneling under the concrete. Their work exceeded expectations. Thanks to the team, especially Allen and Ken. I would highly recommend for any major work.

Fletch Barney did a great job on a water heater replacement. Sales approach was consultative and helped educate me on what was truly needed. Another firm tried to upsell me on add-on work that was not necessary. Their pricing was competitive and the installation technician showed up on time, was very professional and respectful, made sure I did not need the add-on work another vendor tried to sell me, and was very efficient doing the installation. I plan on using them for any future plumbing work needed.

I originally had my doubts due to the first technician that was send out and incorrectly installed the switch. However the office was very professional and send another technician out and the problem was resolved. The second crews were very professional, cleaned up after theirselves , and came here after business hours. An error had been made but they were very quick to fix it.

We had a sewage clog in our building that turned out to be related to our cast iron 6 pipe having about 1 scaling around the inner diameter. contacted four plumbers to do the job. two of them recommended Fletch Barney. one said that in case the job goes south, they would subcontract Fletch Barney. I figured I should call them directly!after the initial inspection, I was still uneasy about the scope. when I called, Mr Fletcher took the time to chat with me and educate me on the process, assuring me I was making the right call.best decision I could have made. the price was well under the other plumbers quotes and they did a great job -- my cast iron line is now smoother than the day it was installed some 120 years ago.absolutely recommend dealing with them and I will call them again for future plumbing work!

The crew that replaced the two water heaters in my 90 year old moms house were very professional an hard working. They explained what they were going to do an why. They cleaned the area up an hauled off the two old hot water heaters. They worked for 6 without a break an stayed till the job was complete. I’ll definitely use them again.

Unexpected home repairs are never fun to have to deal with especially involving plumbing problems. Victor arrived as scheduled and was ready to inspect the water pressure issue. He was friendly and took the time to explain the problem and the needed repairs to me in detail. After completing the job, he checked to make sure everything was working properly and to my satisfaction. He also gave an overview of the repairs he completed. Great customer service and job well done, Victor! I would definitely recommend and not hesitate to call for any future plumbing needs.

I originally scheduled Fletch-Barney to fix a leaking faucet and replace some parts in our toilets. The morning of our appointment I found our water heater (18-years old) was leaking from the bottom. I called F-B and talked to Ashley. I asked her to re-purpose my appointment to a water heater replacement. She took care of everything, making sure the right heater was put on the truck and the men coming to install it knew about the changes to the original plan.I was particularly happy with the two plumbers who delivered and installed the new water heater after removing the old one. They were professional and friendly, answering all the questions I asked them. After installing the water heater they fixed the leaking faucet in a bathroom and replaced worn parts in three toilets.I have found my new plumbing company.

She arranged to have someone come out that very morning. The technicians arrived within two hours; they were friendly, professional and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the work from Fletch-Barney to fix the plumbing problems at my house! I have had this issue for years where backup/clogs were happening almost every two years. Victor and Nate came out and took care of the clog that day but also assessed my bigger plumbing problem and talked through my options with me, which I had heard from another plumbing company nearly 2 years prior for nearly double the cost that Fletch-Barney charged.Victor was very knowledgeable and provided the most comprehensive explanation so I could really understand what they needed to do. He answered all my questions and what ifs that made me feel comfortable to have him come back and do the job. In my case, the if that doesnt work, well have to do... ended up happening after digging up my front lawn to uncover that Plan A was not going to work. Victor reassessed and brought out the big guns - the owner, and they assured me that drilling into my foundation would resolve my problem from happening again. It turned out to be a much bigger job than what I originally expected, but Victor and Nate made sure that I was fully functioning and my yard was back to order before they left that night - they even brought in additional guys to make sure they could get done before it got super late. All the work and communication they did really eased my mind and reassured me that I made the right decision to use Fletch-Barney.I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Their excellent customer service and very fair pricing set them far apart from the others, no doubt.

Fair pricing and accurate timing. Victor came by an looked at the leak outside the house and quoted me $800 and explained that it could be more or could be less depending on how far they need to dig to get to the leak. They showed up as scheduled (which rare for a plumber) and performed the repair, 2 hours later job completed. The final bill was $620. Three other companies quoted me in the range of $1,500~1,700. I will recommend this company.

John and Galin came out to fix my clogged kitchen sink. This is the first time Ive used a plumber so I had a lot of questions about the process and I was also concerned about the cost. The person I made the appointment with wasnt very patient answering my questions, but Fletch-Barney is an approved vendor for my complex so I took a chance with them. John and Galin were professional and patient with me. I asked John to tell me if theres anything theyre going to do that will cost me extra money, and he did exactly that. There were no surprise charges at the end! (apparently, if they have to use any expensive specialized machine to fix a problem, they will charge you for the use of the machine). Because their minimum charge is for an hour, and my sink was fixed within 40 minutes, I had them check out a leak and my bathroom sink and they were happy to do so and gave me some advise. I appreciate John and Galin for making my first plumbing experience painless.
