I booked an appointment online with Everest Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with the service! Jesse O’Daniel, the plumber, exemplifies the qualities of a dedicated professional. He arrived on time and greeted my wife and me with a warm, courteous demeanor that instantly set a positive tone for the entire experience. Jesse’s meticulous approach to diagnosing and repairing our gas lamp leakage was impressive, showcasing his deep expertise and dedication to his craft. Jesse went above and beyond by thoroughly inspecting the entire plumbing system in our house, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and proactive maintenance. This included checking all visible pipes, faucets, water valves, and caulking for any signs of damage, leaks, or corrosion. He inspected the gas water heater and the gas and water supply lines. He even took the time to give my wife and me practical advice on preserving our toilet seals, showing his genuine care for our long-term satisfaction. Jesse from Everest Plumbing arrived early to investigate a possible natural gas leak inside our residence. He was meticulous in his trouble shooting, located a faulty shut-off, sourced replacement part and installed same. During the repair, he also checked all gas lines and piping in the house and to all appliances. We were also impressed with his safety approach as he went about this job. Full area cleanup after repairs were completed. Our first experience with Everest Plumbing. We now have them on speed-dial!

Exceptional service. Started the job on a Friday at 2:30 PM, identified the problem, drove an hour away to get new toilet and parts, installed and finished job after 7 PM, then probably another hour to get home. Friday afternoon at 4:55 PM, I realized that I had a major water issue and my backyard was filling with water. I got the water turned off at the main and called Everest plumbing after that. I knew they didnt advertise emergency repairs but I have heard great things about them and so gave them a call and left a message. The owner got back with me right away, confirmed that I was able to get the main water supply turned off, and scheduled with me first thing on Saturday morning. I received text and email confirmations for the appointment, notification when they were on their way, and an arrival time. Slav, the owner, showed up on time, in a uniform shirt, and is very professional. He got right to work, discovered the issue, and is very helpful and informative. He explained everything to me regarding the problem, why it happened (incorrect installation by the former homeowner), how he was going to correct it, work guarantees, etc. Their pricing is extremely reasonable especially for a weekend repair. I have been concerned about my water pressure being too high and causing damage to my plumbing system for a while. Slav got everything working and while checking to insure everything was ready to go, mentioned that my pressure is too high and offered me a couple of solutions. He sent me a detailed estimate for the pressure reducing valve & installation right then and there. It was easy to pay for his services onsite, too. I highly recommend Everest Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I will be using them again to install the pressure reducing valve soon.

From start to finish they were amazing. Our water heater went out Monday night. They came earlier than expected the next day which was so welcomed. Slav and his guy were informative and patient with my husband and I. When they came to install it we realized that the area holding it up was bad. They let us call my cousin to fix the area so the new water heater wouldnt collapse! They were absolutely efficient and clean and then they explained what everything was afterwards! Sonia in the office is the absolute best. She as well was patient and kind. She kept me up to date with what was going on with my home warranty company and all. She never sounded exasperated any time I called. She was so sweet! When we do our bathroom renovations we will definitely be using Everest again!!

When excellent work AND pleasant employees are both present in a company, why would you go anywhere else? Everest Plumbing has done a wonderful job of repairing my leak under the house. Then I had them put in tall toilets. After that they replaced my tall faucet in the kitchen, which was a plumbers nightmare as it was frozen in place and required sawing to get it out! But everything was done well, with kindness and politeness. Dalius wore a mask and was mindful of not tracking dirt in. It was a really a pleasant experience. The office staff are wonderful as well.Thanks to all of you!

Our family had a series of plumbing issues that needed to be addressed in a timely manner. Our home warranty company, fortunately for us, directed us toward Everest Plumbing. Even though our policy didn’t cover all the work that we needed done, Dalius at Everest Plumbing advised us of options, his recommendations, and the prices Required of all work at each step. He was very professional, very informative as to why certain things needed to be done, how to adjust water pressure and/or operate the new equipment installed, and he left all work spaces incredibly clean after the work was completed. We were very fortunate to cross paths with Everest Plumbing. We will start with them for any plumbing needs we might have in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The technicians that did my repairs were both professional and friendly and really bent over backwards to ensure that this job got done correctly. I found them through AHS but I will use them for any future repairs. They fixed gas leaks that another company either made or missed when they installed the new water heater. They also replaced a valve for me that a different company couldnt manage to get done after two months. The technicians explained what they did and asked me about the temperature before they left. I am very very pleased with Everest Plumbing. I would recommend to anyone needing plumbing service.

Using Everest Plumbing was not my choice, I have a Home Warranty that came with the purchase of my home. Had I have needed to find a plumber myself, no telling who I would have went with. I know going through a home warranty company, you do not get the full experience of the company thats chosen for you but I was pleased with Everest Plumbing. The tech that came out was exactly on time! I was told between 10am-1pm. That kind of irritated me because I work 45 minutes from home and surely wasnt going to sit at home at wait. I expressed my concern of the time frame and the lady that set the ETA told me he was scheduled to be at my house at 10:00, the additional time is factored for his work time. Sure enough, 9:55am, he called and was on his way! He was very polite, very professional and did not leave a mess! We even swopped pet stories. We honestly thought we were going to have to tear town the tile in our shower to resolve out shower issue but Kyl was able to go get the need part the same day and fix it! I was supper happy! Needless to say, should I ever need a plumber again, I ll be calling Everest Plumbing!

This is my second time using Everest plumbing. They will be the only company I will ever use for plumbing and gas line services. Right from when I made the appointment, warm friendly people, understood what I was looking for. I had a appointment quickly. Slav showed up exactly when promised. And was ready and prepared to work. He provided me with a detailed estimate and description of what the work would involve. Excellent price, and he started right then!. So many companies would have rescheduled to do the work, but not Everest he started within minutes. They always come prepared!. He was covid 19 safe, he worked quickly and quietly. He was extremely neat and cleaned as he went along. He was done in no time at all. He answered any and all questions we had, it is so refreshing to have truly professional people work on your home. it gives you that sense of security that the job is done. Highly recommended, great people ,great company and excellent results.

Slav quickly evaluated the problem with my leaking hot water heater and water pressure, gave me several options and detailed explanations with approximate costs. After I decided to replace the water heater , he photographed the information on the tank and the office verified it was still under warranty. Slav is a skillful and competent technician who went the extra mile and also straightened the tilted outside water heater hut after he installed the unit. His attention to the small things such as wearing shoe covers when inside my home as well as the big things like maintaining Covid19 protocol were much appreciated. I will call Everest again whenever I have a plumbing issue.

We purchased a new kitchen faucet and sink to be installed. The old fixtures needed to be removed along with the garbage disposal and dishwasher being disconnected and then reconnected after the new sink was installed. Slav, the owner, arrived as scheduled and went right to work. Slav is very efficient and meticulous in his work. Slav discovered a stress crack in a corner of our new quartz sink, and very honestly advised against installing the sink. We took his advice, ordered a new sink and Slav returned the day after the new sink was received. We are very happy with his plumbing expertise and will definitely call him for future plumbing projects. Slav takes pride in his work and is a wonderful professional.

Slav & co are so incredibly great at what they do. They have saved us so much stress over the years. When we first moved in to our first home, literally 48 hours later our sewage system backed up into our guest bathroom. Needless to say, that was incredibly stressful and our home warranty company more or less kept sending us horrible contractors.Eventually we just decided to work with Everest Plumbing and they replaced a good portion of the piping in our home, and they also cleaned the drains, replaced the water meter, fixed our water pressure, etc.Since then, weve also had them replace a lot of our old pipes and install a tricky faucet. We swear by Everest Plumbing and will always recommend them.

Slav responded to our request for service when we noticed we had a small water drip. We thought it was the half bath toilet and were going to try and repair it ourselves except it was just too heavy. It turns out it was a small leak in the hot water pipe in the sink next to the toilet. Slav investigated, found the leak, repaired it and gave us estimates on a wish list of other projects we had. He did a great job, wore his Covid mask and covered his shoes the entire time he was here. We are so glad to know there is someone so reputable in our area. Thanks Everest Plumbing!
