I work at a cheer gym with HIGH traffic in the restrooms. We have worked with Direct Connect Plumbing for years. They are quick to respond when we have an emergency and always fair on pricing. They have replaced many of our toilets with updated, high efficiency ones and they work great. Also, very willing to come out for any repair that might come up.Highly recommend this company!

Recently purchased my first home and was in need of a new water heater before moving in. Direct Connect worked with my busy schedule and were very helpful! Mike was able to answer all of my questions and the plumber who replaced my water heater came out at the exact time we discussed. Would definitely use them again in the future!!

The owner Mike and two of his technicians came out to our unit in our shopping center and tackled a rough sewage backup. As there were no plans to assist them on how the drainage system was originally plumbed and I assure you there was nothing logical to how it was originally plumbed, they systematically worked through the job as if they were plumbing detectives, solved the mystery and corrected the problem with state of the art equipment.These fellows were knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with.Best of all, the price of the job was extremely reasonable. I was so pleased with the entire experience that I would not have batted an eye if it was double the price.Mike and Direct Connect are my plumbers on speed dial from now on.

Ive had GREAT experiences with Mike and his crew as a member of management for Costco Wholesale. Remodels, installs, repairs, emergency calls; If any Costco in the Metro Atlanta has a plumbing need, Direct Connect gets the call. I had a slab leak at my home and called Mike right away last night for a reference. I was really excited to hear that Direct Connect Plumbing are servicing residential properties now. He came out and had the problem fixed within an hour. I couldnt be happier! Thank you!!!

Mike was on time, installation/connections look perfect on our new water heater, and he cleaned up when he was done. Water is hot and my family is happy. I would use Direct Connect Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends.

All-around impressive. I called this company yesterday to get a second opinion for what seemed like a high quote from another company. They put me on the schedule for today and were able to arrive earlier than expected. The men who arrived to diagnose and fix the issue were polite, friendly, masked and were conscious to follow social distancing guidelines (for those who have this concern). Mike was amazing, he pinpointed the problem right away and even fixed another issue I was unaware of RIGHT THEN. He didnt have to come back out because he took the 5 minutes to drive to the hardware store for the part needed in order to get the job done right away. Not only that, but I was charged $1,000 less than what the first company quoted, as the first company essentially attempted to hustle me into unnecessary repairs. I am not only happy, but impressed by how efficient and thorough Mike was and will definitely be using him in the future for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend to anyone with plumbing needs
