Darrell, of Classic Plumbing, was impressive from the very beginning with his quick response by returning my phone call shortly after I reached out to him. We have some whitish material on our basement floor which is coming from our copper pipes. Darrell initially thought it seemed to be from a small leak at first glance. He inspected it and informed me that it was soap! It apparently spilled from a container under our kitchen sink. There were several other concerns we had, and Darrell took care of them all. And equally important, he is a real gentleman with a good sense of humor that complements his expertise. His pricing was very reasonable as well.

Was very pleased with his work in replacing our water heater two years ago during lockdown from pandemic. We had a faulty part that broke recently and he came out and replaced it free of charge even though warranty only covered the part. If you need a plumber; 100% recommend Darrell. He does great work.

Darrell is one of the nicest, most down to earth, honest plumbers I have come across. I have been recommended flashy plumbers before and have been sorely disappointed. I have used plumbers a lot due to extensive remodeling and house flipping so I have a pretty good pulse on the industry and I would encourage anyone who wants good work at fair prices to call him!Plus, I love to support small, family owned, local businesses. You will not be disappointed.
