Saturday June 8, 2024I have had a lot of servicemen come to my house over the 33 years I have lived here but Eric A. Williams is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, caring one I have ever dealt with. He was honest and took the time to explain why my A/C compressor fan quit after only 2 years. As he inspected the unit, he took the time to carefully clean the electrical parts with a small brush and went above and beyond to demonstrate with my hose how to properly clean the outside of the unit. I had to stop him or he would have cleaned the entire thing and I knew he had other calls and didn’t really have time to do that.He represents ARS with the highest level of integrity and customer service. Any customer he works with will feel the same way. I was lucky to get him.

Was told I’d have same day install but did not. If Dispatch & Scheduling were accurate and accountable you’d have 5 stars overall. Also, I asked for a supervisor or manager to call me regarding this but no one has.

From making the appointment to the completed service, we are totally satisfied. The helpful lady who set us up was very friendly. The appt was scheduled for the next morning, with a heads-up phone call 30 minutes out. Wes, the serviceman who came out, was awesome. He quickly assessed our issues, gave a reasonable quote, then got to work. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. In addition, he was very friendly, especially to our dogs! Will definitely use Rescue Rooter again, and specifically ask for Wes.

Wanted to take a minute to say how pleased we are with Warren and his professionalism. We had our hot water tank go bad and was leaking. He came to the property at the exact time he said, examined the issues and told us how much. As soon as we agreed he was off to get the new tank and returned promptly and had us up and running within an hour. Can not thank him enough for the great job he did and we are extremely happy. Very fair pricing as well.

Matthew was the technician for the installation of my new water heater. His work was phenomenal! I had a frozen pipe burst on Christmas Eve, and then my water heater began leaking on New Year’s Eve. I have been without hot water since Monday of this week. Through all of this, I’ve been dealing with a lot of plumbers, restoration people, adjusters, etc. coming in and out of my home. It has been a very trying time for me, and I cannot express how much it meant to have a professional technician with high integrity and work acumen as Matthew. This company is wonderful. The service technicians I had (Cameron replaced our broken A/C unit, and John installed a new kitchen faucet and did some repair on our plumbing a few days apart). They were on-time, very knowledgeable, worked very hard and went above and beyond the call of duty! I had the pleasure of meeting the manager over the air conditioning division and he has been a God-send. The people at this company truly seem to care about the people they serve. We had a pvc pipe spring a leak under the kitchen sink. John the Master Plumber was very professional, explained what he was doing in each step and gave us the price up front. John was quick to figure out a strategy and was determined to not leave until we had running water again. He replaced the hot and cold lines under the sink. He also replaced the icemaker line which we greatly appreciated since we are having family over for Thanksgiving. He made a special trip to Home Depot just to get a part necessary to install the shutoff valve for the icemaker line. We will definitely call on John if there is a future need.

He kept me abreast of everything that was going on, and pointed out issues every step of the way. Appears to have done a quality job. Paid a little more than I planned, but am happy with the work done.

Within 10 minutes of purchasing two toilets at Home Depot and arranging for an installation company to contact me, ARS Plumbing called me. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick turnaround. An installation date was scheduled. On the day of installation, I received a call to let me know the technicians could arrive earlier than scheduled. Adam and Tomas arrived promptly at the new time. Both of them had a very tidy appearance and were polite and friendly. The work was done in two hours and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Adam showed me both installations and made sure I could see that there were no leaks. They did a very professional job. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience with Tomas and Adam! (And, by the way, Tiffany, and another person whos name I dont remember, were very professional and polite over the phone.) Great customer service ARS!

Found out this morning our hot water heater was leaking. Dear wife called two big box stores to get prices and service referrals. Finally got one and was told ARS would call us. ARS called soon after and when they heard our story they looked at their schedule. One of their technicians had just finished a job and was only a few minutes away. They sent Wes over to look at what was needed. He was here in just a few minutes. Looked at the tank and gave us a price. While the tank drained he went for the new hot water heater and expansion tank. The job was finished quickly - less time than calling around - and Wes explained more about tanks. We had had another company fix some pinhole leaks last year and wanted to make sure there weren’t more lurking, so Wes took the time to look at our pipes and found one possible leak. Fixed it quickly. Wes was very pleasant, informative, and an asset to ARS. Will use them again and will recommend them. Thank you again for your promptness.

I called ARS this morning, explained my situation with a toilet not flushing, and asked if they could send a technician out. The receptionist told me she could get someone out between 12-4, today.The technician, Warren, arrived at 11:12 AM. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the issue I had.After checking the toilet, he gave a detailed explanation, of three things that would, possibly, need to be done to repair/replacement the toilet; and the estimate for each. After asking if I wanted him to proceed with the work, he started with what was his first option, and within less than 10 minutes the repair was complete.I was very pleased with his promptness, professionalism, knowledge, and skills shown for this visit; and for his thorough explanation of the cause of the issue, and how this can be prevented in the future. I consider his service today as being excellent.Hopefully I will not need anymore plumbing repairs, however, if I do, I will ask that he be the technician assigned to handle it. And, I will refer ARS to others with this or similar problems. based on his preformance with my issue today.

Our water heater died suddenly on a Saturday morning. I went to home depot but they were hilariously incompetent. At Lowes, I talked to a knowledgeable person and got in the queue for installation. Before I had driven home, Rescue Rooter, who partners with Lowes, called me and sent Ian out in about a half hour. He did great work, explained everything, and we were back in action before dinner. Highly recommend Ian and Rescue Rooter!

I hadmy water heater go out and I needed it replaced ASAP. I went to Lowes on marketplace boulevard to get a contractor to come out and replace my broken water heater with a new unit. ARS/Rescue Rooter Atlanta called me and we set up a next day appointment. They called me before they came out and were on time to replace my old water heater with a new one. Matthew did all this within a 4 hr time frame. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter Atlanta to replace your water heater. I rate them 5 Star.

I noticed we had low water pressure and found standing water in front of our house. I assumed we had a water leak in our supply line. I contacted ARS Rescue Rooter at 2:30 pm on a Friday. They were able to have 2 technicians come out later that afternoon. They arrived to an absolute monsoon. After waiting out the worst of the rain, they were able to dig up our supply line and replace the defective connection, quickly. Both John and his assistant were great. These guys worked through a rainstorm on a late emergency call on Friday afternoon, to get our water back on. We can thank you guys enough.

Had a plumber come out to replace my water heater because it was original to the house and was just not heating well anymore. Plumber came out and explained to me the heater was not original and was actually only a few years old. I bought the house last year and no one mentioned it had been replaced. He explained that we could just replace the thermostats and elements and it would be good as new while saving me money. Im a very happy customer and saved enough money thank to him I got a new sink faucet installed while he was here.

The Plumbing Associate Nathan was an absolute blessing. He saved the day. Very professional and kind individual. This company responded when all the other companies I called in my area couldn’t make it until several days out. It was an emergency and he arrived earlier than my expected time frame of 1Pm to 5pm, which was a surprising blessing. He did an excellent job of fixing my problem to which he had to replace an old brittle cpvc pipe with copper pipe. The staff at the office was kind and polite too. Thankyou so much, Nathan, and ARS office staff for fitting me in, and fixing my emergency plumbing problem so quickly even though it took several hours out of Nathan’s day, but I am so thankful that ARS sent him out to my home. As sometimes happens, unforeseen Issues come up that can alarm and irritate the consumer. I can honestly say I didn’t handle it gracefully… but Mica and Zane showed incredible professionalism, respect, understanding and empathy. They made a trip for additional supplies and completed the job quickly and efficiently. There’s a new sink that looks fabulous and the new plumbing configuration is first class. They even went over and above and replaced the dishwasher connection. I appreciate their expertise and the time they took to educate me on the brand and it’s care. Tomas was absolutely amazing. Showed up at 10am and didn’t leave until everything was perfect. He installed plumbing for three bathroom vanities and a kitchen sink and did a great job. When there was a snag with our kitchen drain, he explained exactly how it needed to be fixed and did an awesome job putting everything together. Would highly highly recommend!!

ARS performed an emergency install for us when our water heater failed one morning. It was leaking all over our garage and my wife was the only one home at the time. ARS is the contractor Home Depot uses for their product installs. I scheduled it via HoPo’s website and two ARS techs showed up in a few hours and had us up and running with a new unit by end of day. They also were good enough to come out at a later date and help me move the the heater to allow me to do some cosmetic repair work on the wall damage that happened when our old unit failed. Great guys and all very professional - Mathew first and Tomas next - both excellent at their job and true gentlemen. I must to say I was also very impressed with the folks in their office and also their dispatch coordinator - pleasant to talk with and obviously quite competent and helpful anytime I called. So yes, I’d recommend them highly!

Tomas was amazing! There’s nothing worse than needing a plumber and knowing everything can go sideways in an instant. With a leak in the kitchen ceiling, that’s exactly what happened. Sprinkle in that the main shut off valve didn’t work and no one knew where the neighborhood shut off valves were located....well, you get the picture. Even so, Tomas NEVER lost his cool. Went from yard to yard looking for shut off valves, finally finding it.....under 6-8 inches of dirt. He ticked off one problem at a time with a smile and calm demeanor.I’ve used ARS in the past. Every time has been a good experience. This time, however, was the best. So much so that if I need a plumber again, not only will I go to ARS but I’ll be requesting Tomas. I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, and above all, problem solving this young man presented. Highly recommend.

What I like about this company:1. they call you 30-45 minutes before arrival so I was not stuck at home, I could run errands close to home during the window of arrival time2. I talked to a live person every time....all after hours calls....and all 3 reps I spoke with were very pleasant, professional and responsive3. the HVAC expert who came out Dalva called ahead, arrived as promised, checked out my lack of heating issue, inspected the furnace and showed me what he was doing4. Dalva was very knowledgeable, respectful, and thoroughly trouble-shooted the problem, even called another associate to double-check that his fix was correct. It was, I have enjoyed warm house heat ever since.5. And....Dalva simply fixed the issue and charged a fair and reasonable price, versus .... some companies pressure their people to push extra services and materials that are NOT necessary NOR needed, to get that $$$ in the door. Dalva was not like that at all. I paid for his time/service and that is the way business should be.Thank you very much! Hopefully I wont have to, but if any HVAC issues occur again, I will most definitely call them!
