    When we had a water main flood our yard, Val and Rumen were on-site in less than an hour. They quickly diagnosed the source of the leak and showed us everything that needed to be fixed.     Valeri Mirchev does very professional work, was very nice & friendly & resolved my issue! My toilet would not flush properly. The previous company “fixed” it but the issue returned a month later. Valeri determined a new toilet was needed to avoid this issue in the future. The new toilet has worked great I have no complaints!     Mitch is the best, He came on time and looked at the problem first to See what was going on. Then he took the time to explain in detail Everything that needed to be done. The leak was so bad that its saturated the floor under the cabinet. A lot of the previous piping was done wrong. He came in and rerouted everything the way it was supposed to be done in the first place, Stopping the leaks immediately. Mitch also took the time to Sweep and clean up before leaving.     Friendly service all around. Very impressed with A&G repair tech. Called for evaluation of a leak. Tech came out that same day. Arrived on schedule, even called and texted to let me know he was on the way. Courteous and knowledgeable. Thoroughly checked out all possible sources of the leak. Gave multiple options and explained each in detail. Determined the issue is likely the roof rather than plumbing, but went upstairs into the attic to investigate anyway. Even though it turned out we didnt require plumbing repairs today, will definitely use A&G again.

    Our water heater began leaking water around 1am from the bottom. We had to shut off hot water to keep it from overflowing into living room. A&G came out later that morning to access the situation. Turns out it was not repairable and needed to be replaced. They gave a quick and fair price and waited for us to make a decision...without pressuring us.Once we made our decision, Mitch came out the very next afternoon. He removed and completely installed a new water heater within a couple of hours. We were so grateful!Mitch was professional, proficient, and kind! I would definitely use their service again in the future.Additionally, I had a large package (Swing set) that Fedex delivered and put in my driveway instead of in the backyard. It was way too heavy for me to lift by myself. Mitch asked if I wanted him to move it and he Effortlessly moved it to the backyard. To me, that was over and beyond His job description.... and we hadn’t even made up our minds on who we would go with. When quotes came back roughly the same for Various companies, it was an easy choice on who to go with.

    Mitch, was very punctual and explained the problem that I had with finding shower handles for both of my bathrooms at Home Depot and Lowes. He explained that they did not have the model type I needed for my shower handles. He found the plumbing supply company that had the shower handles that I needed. He took the initiative to drive 35 minutes away, to pick the parts up and drive another 35 minutes back to my home to replace the shower handles. He saved me a lot of time and frustration.     I cannot say enough good things about Valeri Mirchev and Mitch Genov. They were prompt and took their time making sure they understood our situation. They researched an appropriate solution so we wouldnt be back in the same spot we were down the line. They were honest about pricing and were great working around the contractors doing other work for us. In general I just felt safe using them. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why as well as what to watch out for down the road. They were considerate of working around my familys schedule especially with us having a new child in the middle of the work schedule. Later on, Mitch was very personable and efficient when he installed our new water heater.
