This company came recommended by my septic tank guy, and I can see why! It was after hours, but they had Collin out to our house within an hour, with the added bonus of a text update when he was about 18 minutes out. We had a horrible clog… Did not know what to do. Tried all day to get it unclogged ourselves-to no avail- It was so bad that we couldn’t run any water in the house without it backing up. Colin was professional and friendly. He zoomed around here trying everything he could think of, and it wasn’t easy. He did find the problem and cleared the clogs and we were back to normal in just a couple hours. He took the time to answer any questions we had, and kept us updated every step of the way. I give Matt Rogers Plumbing, five stars, and I will recommend them to everybody I know!

Matt Rogers plumbing does freaking fantastic work!! Roto rooter charged me $400 and didnt even fix the issue, telling me that I was looking at a major repair job involving tearing up my concrete patio and part of the yard chasing the water line to find a break and would be without water for 2 weeks before they could get back to it! Matt Rogers Plumbing sent Cole, Ricky and Collin out the very next morning. They showed up early, found out the repair was extremely simple (literally just swapping out a 90 3 inches farther from where roto rooter stopped looking) and were super friendly and professional and came out hundreds of dollars under my estimate and were done in only a couple hours. This is my 2nd time using this company (they installed my water heater a few months ago too) and I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them EXCLUSIVELY for any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you guys so much from an extremely relieved customer!!

Originally was going to go with full circle plumbing but he was fully booked, so he suggested Matt Roger’s plumbing, Highly recommend! They had 2 guys to my house within 25-30 mins of me calling! Super professional, answered any questions I had. The back up I was having turned out to be the cities responsibility but they did not stop with my main line until they were absolutely sure. Most definitely will be calling the for any future issues!

We had these guys out to run a water line for a fridge, and reorganize some pipes that were a complete jumble from the city doing work and probably a diy job from the previous owners. They gave us a reasonable quote, and even ended up coming a little under it at the end of the job. The work they did looks great- clean, neatly done, everything is squared off and works just as it should- we have no complaints! We will be using them again for some future planned work and would absolutely recommend them.

They installed a new sewer line to the city sewer for me. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They did a good cleanup job as well.Update April 2024: Over the winter we had some significant settlement of the backfill that was placed over our new sewer line. MRP returned to regrade and reseed the settled areas with new topsoil and grass seed. Im very happy with their customer service and response. I highly recommend their services.

Had a leak coming from pipes from underneath my kitchen sink that was leaking into our basement. I called Matt Rogers Plumbing right after they opened, they responded and said they could be there within a hour. That was a total surprise because I thought it would be a few days, at least, but was very appreciative that they could get someone there so quickly.I received a text that someone was on their way. Within the hour, Luke was on our doorstep and fixed our leaking pipes within a 1/2 hour. Again, a total surprise because I thought this would be at least a 3-4 hour job. He was able to fix our leak and explain to me what all he needed to do to fix the leak.Would definitely use them again in the future if I have plumbing issues in the future.

True life savers. The men at Matt Rodgers Plumbing and Clean Earth Environmental are absolutely fabulous. Our septic predicament started Memorial Day Weekend and the techs at Matt Rogers came out and diagnosed our problem easily. Their workers are so respectful, timely and knowledgeable. Wow!! I had a leak in a pipe that services an outdoor water faucet. Called MRP and they scheduled me the next morning, after Id checked with a couple other places and was told it would be weeks. DJ sent Doug out the next morning and he had it fixed within 1.5 hours, even adding a new shut-off to avoid the same kind of leak in the future. The repair is beautiful, I can honestly say it adds value to my house (the new line is visible in my workshop.) Thanks MRP, you were a pleasure to work with & youll be my first call from now on....!

Ive recently had the pleasure of enlisting the help of MRP Services on two separate occasions as I grappled with plumbing issues in a family home that I recently took over. This house, rich in history with over 60 years of family memories, had unfortunately been left unoccupied for two years and consequently faced some plumbing challenges.The first issue I encountered was a disconnected main sewer line to my septic tank. It was a distressing morning with unpleasant sewage backups and odors permeating the home. In a bid to resolve this, I reached out to Roto-Rooter, but despite their efforts, they were unable to alleviate the problem, only identifying that there was an excess of dirt and rocks in my main line. Left with the unresolved issue, I turned to MRP for assistance. Within a mere 15 minutes, they had a professional at my doorstep, ready to tackle the problem. A quick review revealed that a replacement of the main sewer line was necessary, and much to my relief, MRP was able to make that happen within just two days.Fast-forwarding a couple of months, I found myself grappling with a similar sewage odor in the house. I suspected that the previous mainline backup could have resulted in a blocked and dried-up vent line. I immediately reached out to MRP once again. Not only were they at my doorstep the following day, but they also demonstrated an impressive knack for problem-solving. Using a camera snake, they quickly identified the blockage in my main vent. With ingenuity and efficiency, they broke up the blockage and eliminated the problem.Throughout these experiences, the MRP team exhibited an unwavering commitment to quality service. Their friendliness, promptness, and professionalism truly set them apart. The cherry on top is the fact that many of their employees are familiar faces from the community, which instills a sense of trust and rapport thats hard to find elsewhere.A heartfelt thank you to MRP for their swift, reliable service and for making my transition to this home a much more pleasant experience. Excellent job installing a Riser on a septic tank. They actually answer phone calls. While out in the field...This in itself is pretty amazing. They were out the next day after our phone discussion to give a quote. NEXT day after accepting the quote, the job was completed. Job was completed quickly and professionally.

Tyler called to let me know he was on his way despite the terrible road conditions. He walked me through everything he did to repair the drain and even installed a new faucet that I purchased. Matt has worked with us quite a bit in the last six months and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing and/or heating/cooling help. Hes installed a new bathtub, replaced a broken tub drain, installed a bathroom vanity sink, and installed a brand new furnace (including running duct work through the whole house, which previously had steam heat before).
