Our Home Serve insurance had them out to fix a main line clog. They showed up early (which is wonderful for us!) And were quick! They even fixed my loose toilet seat (its silly, but Ive been bugging my husband for months to fix it). They used cardboard and blocked off my sink so it didnt become a mess. They were great! Kudos to Whitney Services for scheduling my electrical issue swiftly and to James for his excellent service. One of the electrical outlets had melted and shut down the entire circuit in our dining room and part of the kitchen on Monday. Whitney Services scheduled us right away, and James arrived promptly. He was courteous, professional, and skilled. We are very appreciative of a job well done!

The Repair man Dylan was actually early for our appointment He was very polite, caring ,respectful, and very knowledgeable. Whitney Services was quick to come out and diagnose the problem with our furnace. The tech that came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in simple terms so that I could easily understand what was going on with my furnace. The furnace was 26 years old and needed to be replaced. The installer that came out to replace the furnace was very friendly as well. He explained the process to me and kept me updated as he went along with the replacement. He answered all my questions and he left the furnace room cleaner than it was before he started. One more thing I would like to add is that on both of these days, Whitney Services was on time. They arrived at the time that they said they would be here.

Whitney just serviced my home with the installation of a new furnace. There was top-notch communication and the service technician that came to my home was courteous, explained everything at my level, and was very genuine in making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the install. Appointments were scheduled for me without the hassle of calling to schedule which was great for my busy schedule and I was given prompt dates and times they would be at my home. I could reply back to both texts and emails and received prompt responses back. I even received a tracker the day of service to view their arrival times. Win win win! Thanks Whitney for making this scary thing a great experience for me! We are enjoying the heat!

His knowledge about electricity, and how things go through the house supersedes anybody I’ve ever met. My issue was resolved in a timely fashion, and I could not be happier. So impressed! I put in a service request at 9:30pm and they contacted me by 8am the next morning and came out the same day. They were able to give me a 30 minutes heads up of when they would be arriving so that I didnt have to sit at home and wait all day. When Travis the technician arrived, he was professional and friendly. He efficiently solved my issued and even fixed something else at a very reasonable price. I would most definitely use this company in the future and am giving a co-worker their information for a project she needs done. Highly recommend!

My kitchen sink needed to be replaced and Whitney did it with no hesitation. The handle for the cold water would come off, each time I called they were out the next day and tried so many different ways to correct the issue,even to the point of repositioning the way it was installed. To no avail. This last time I called, it was in the evening after 6pm and they still were out the next day. Instead of trying ro correct the problem they just replaced the faucet. But what I truly appreciated was that for each time they came out, there was never in malice in their tone when speaking to us about the faucet handle, they just came in did the job and explained what it could be. Super courteous and very professional.

I would like to say that I had a wonderful experience with the technician that came out to my home to insure that my equipment was functioning. I knew that time is important and so did the technician that was assigned to my home, he made sure to inform me of any and all issues that had popped up while inspecting my equipment. He expressed his grief as much as his discontent when things that was supposed to be easy became a hassle. I always welcome this technician with humor as well as with questions, he has always met me with professionalism and straight forward answers. I am glad my home warranty company assigned such great individuals the task to assist me. Not only was the technician awesome, the staff behind the scenes as well my phone was always notifying me when my tech was on the way as well as reminders. Also, the person whom I always communicate with per text message has done a really awesome job, answering my questions and working with my schedule. It is not easy being a full time employee and having a service company work with your hours. Over all I am happy with the service and I hope that if there is more work that needs done to my home that Whitney Services answer the call.😊

Update - I just went to see my review (never done this one before) and found that there were several other complaints about the company I referenced several times in this review. I wasnt sure if I could name them but it seems to be a problem for several people. My Home Warranty Service is AHS/American Home Shield. Looks like I may be searching for another company.I was lucky enough to have Whitney Services to handle a power/electrical problem with my pool pump. On March 6th I opened a service request my Home Warranty Service, they first sent a pool technician to check the pump and he found turned the breaker for the timer kept tripping whenever it was turned on. At that point a service request was opened for an electrician and I was lucky to get Carlos from Whitney Sevices. When he came out he found that the breaker would need to be replaced and due to an electrical code change in Florida for 2024, a new breaker would need to be installed. The request was sent back to the Home Warranty Service because an approval for coverage to pay Whitney Services. Finally on April 2nd the electrician was dispatched again. He let me know that my Home Warranty Service plan would not cover the cost because they claimed/ruled it was an upgrade and not a replacement/repair.replaced. So I had to pay $438 for the breaker replacement which was needed to fix the problem and comply with the code. I still have not heard back from my Home Warranty Service where this whole thing began. I only wish Whitney Services provided a Warranty service for the electrical, plumbing and HVAC services they do now. I would be happy to change services - they are terrific!

There was a big leak in the pipes under my kitchen sink. The previous owners of this house didn’t do things properly, so I had already changed out seals and stuff to fix the leak before. It came loose and was leaking badly, so Whitney Services came out to repair it. The gentleman who did the repair was so thorough and went to great lengths to replace what was needed and even had to use a saw to cut out pipes that weren’t put in right. He worked for quite a while and I’m really thankful for how determined he was to make it all right for me. I’ll definitely be using Whitney Services in the future for any plumbing issues. I’ve lived in Michigan for 8 months and I’m happy to say, my sink is finally leak-free. 😄

I called Whitneys and they came out and was absolutely wonderful it was a lot of work a couple hours and it was fixed all new pipe and I dont know what all they done but it was a great job. These guys installed my Generac many years ago. When they installed they failed to seal the line to the building. A week later, I had bees in the building. They came and sealed, which was done ugly. Otherwise, the work was done well.2 weeks ago, I called them for help with it and left a message, and they did not respond to that voice mail until 5 weeks later. They sealed the gap with ugly looking foam. I should have done it myself!

1/18/22 I called and Allison told me someone will return my call to let me know the ETA on the part and when the next appointment will happen. Based on reading all of these reviews,My main circuit breaker is blown and needs to be replaced.The electrician looked at the box yesterday and wrote down the part to order it (for a second time).I will continue to update here until the breaker is replaced.Review left 1/17/22:Giving Whitney Plumbing & Electric grace & a second chance to get this right solely because of their electrician. I originally left a 5 star review in Dec because I was grateful for Joshs customer service skills (patience & time in explaining what was wrong inside & outside the home) when he first inspected the equipment. It seems the company did not follow through by ordering the parts and notified my warranty company the job was complete. I found this out on my third call (1/14) to find out when the part would be replaced & I removed my first review (at the time I was shocked by all the negative reviews).History:My power went out with the storm that came through 12/11/21 - I think there may have been a surge and that possibly blew my main circuit breaker. It trips and wont remain in the on position.I was glad Whitneys was able to make an appointment within 24 hours and they texted me when they were on their way. Josh was kind and patient with my questions and assured me the job would be taken care of.That was 12/14. I called the office twice to find out when the parts would arrive and was first told the parts were back ordered bc of shipping delays and the second time told they would check and be sure to get back to me within a week (they did not).I called Friday 1/14 as it had been almost a month since the initial inspection (main breaker broken) and Jamie scheduled an electrician to come out again on 1/17 (a National holiday). She told me that she would try to make sure the electrician brought the part with him so the job could be completed on 1/17 (he did not have it).Instead he clarified the correct part number and apologized for the delay. I assume the company is dealing with back orders/delayed shipping as everyone else is with the supply chain & I know the holidays/winter can be a difficult time for service calls bc of staffing issues. I assume since AHS uses them, they are likely also overloaded with calls. I dont mind waiting for a part, but I also need to be told the truth.Leaving 4 stars for now because of the fact Whitneys scheduled me the next working day (Natl holiday) when they realized their error and bc of Joshs professionalism.Depending on how this job is completed, Ill either reduce the rating or leave additional feedback.
