Mike i would recommend to anyone great guy truthful never leaves without fixing what he comes out to do & i personally trust him alot. Hes the best knows his stuff .always knows what to do . I recommend him to anyone who has a furnace or air conditioner I trust him to come in & do the job hes 1 that cant be replaced .Very honest & excellent & knows his shit!!!!! I scheduled service for my water heater but had questions about replacing it as well as renovating bathrooms in my home. Steve was very helpful in explaining the types of water heaters available and the pros and cons of each. Additionally the information he gave me regarding plumbing in my home related to renovating my bathrooms and the plumbing in general was invaluable. He was able to give me a timeline and he was very knowledgeable about ways the plumbing would and should be handled for the best result for now and future renovations. I was very pleased with the visit. Great job!

Amazing! I was terrified my stove wiring would catch my house on fire. Cory took time to explain things to me in a way that was professional, easy to understand but wasn’t condescending. He went over much more than I requested to ensure the safety of my entire electrical system. I have never been more happy to pay a reasonable service fee in my life. Highly recommend!!!!!

Jim arrived the same day that we called Service Professor for a leaky bathtub faucet when no one else could come until tomorrow. Really needed water for thanksgiving prep. Mike was very kind and knowledgeable, and even after realizing we had two different issues going on with our unit that would require part order/replacement, he got our new part and had the unit fixed less than a week later. Very thankful for Service Professor, and have a lot more peace of mind having joined their membership that includes annual checkups!

Jim was AWESOME!! He gave me hope in what I thought was a hopeless situation, he gave me several options based on what I could afford, and I really wish I had called him sooner. He did such a complete evaluation and gave me options when two other plumbers refused the job after seeing the pipes. I’m so grateful for these guys, and Jim himself was professional and gracious. (Didn’t even mind my screaming schnauzer lol). Could not recommend him more highly!!

The salesman examined the issues we were having. It ended up that my cast iron drain pipes all had to come out. The crew came out the very next day to replace it. While they were there we mentioned that the air conditioner was not taking the humidity out of the house. So the same day they sent another truck and worker out to fix that. Both jobs done the same day. All the guys were very knowledgeable of their jobs, they explained everything to us. And they were very respectful of us, and I joined the yearly membership to save cost, get discounts, and special perks. I am extremely satisfied with their work, and will use them for all my hazvac jobs. They do a great job first. I hate to do the job again because someone was sloppy. Not this company, they are the best guys Ive ever had work for me. Thanks Service Professor!!

I was in tears Sam called last night heard me out, I’m on a fixed Ssdi , furnace went out on Dec 27th at 10pm. Had to go 7 days on space heaters. Replacement parts to try and fix the old one took 2 days each. Than another part would go out and it’s so old there is nothing available.Sam walked me and my family thru everything, all angles, and got me approval for my home.Now finally a ray of sunshine for the future.

I was a little scared at first from the stories about price gouging, but Ive had bad experiences with other local plumbers and decided service professor would be my best bet. Im so thankful for the service I received. They lined my main drain and replaced all my pipes, about 10-11 hours of service, to ensure that the job got done and that it was done well. The price ended up being more than the average after doing some research, but honestly, the time and effort put into the project shows that theyve really earned the right to charge as much as they do. Nathan Anderson, Tanner Willson, Dylan Kinnell, Mason Cook, Bre, and Steve collectively made this stressful home upgrade much more comfortable to endure and I will absolutely choose service professor the next time I need their expertise.

Greg and his Service Professor team did a great job for me again! The 1st week of this year they installed a whole home generator. The a week after that my service went out in my barn--during 0 degree days. Greg and his team(many great guys) came out and got heat to my water troughs (frozen water and equine dont bode well). Then when it got a little warmer they came and set up electricity for my horse and toy barn. Now just waiting on Consumers to set a new pole to see how it works. But the temp set up is keeping my troughs thawed and my fence working. Thanks guysThey even made my mare a honorary Service Professor, but she just horsed around on the job!

Landen and his team did a great job removing and installing my new Furnace and Air Conditioning units. They were thorough and left nothing behind from the old units they removed. They put down drop clothes so they didnt leave any footprints either. It started raining as they were almost complete and it didnt slow them down. When all finished, the heat blows hot and the A/C blows cold, the systems work much better than the old units! From start to finish it was just under 5 hours.
