I recently purchased a home and have had some issues with trees in my line and other clogs. Everytime I call Roto Rooter they can come out right away which is wonderful when dealing with plumbing issues. This last time I had Vinny and he was wonderful. I can’t say enough kind words about how professional, knowledgeable and kind he was. He explained everything in detail and was so thorough. Prices are also very reasonable for what I’ve had done as well. Definitely a returning customer.

Cory came out FAST, I was shocked how quickly he was available after I called for service. He immediately answered my questions and got to work. He was able to get everything done in under an hour and made sure I was completely satisfied, which I was. Five stars for quickly responding and unblocking our pipes, getting us back into a functioning sewer system! Trevor dove into the depths (metaphorically, of course) and tackled the beast of a blocked sewer main with the courage of a thousand plumbers. Not only did he get the job done, but he left our pipes so clear we’re thinking of charging admission for guided tours. Fast, professional, and with just the right amount of heroism. Highly recommend—especially if you’re not keen on starting your own waste treatment plant in your basement!

And notice the length in time period between cleaning from roto rotor. They arrived same day and provided good Service. I would use them again. I did ask him for future reference to add notes to bring the 100 foot snake machine.

The plumber was very respectful and nice! I’d call them absolutely again! Although dislodging the PVC pipe is beyond what they can do but at least figured it out.

I needed someone to come out the same day that I called and they were there within an hour and a half. They cleaned out my drain line from my house to the city sewer main line about 113 feet with the blockage of tree roots being in the city lines starting at 70 feet out. After being there for more than 2 hours they finished and the bill was very reasonable ( which I am going to try and get back from the city).

Had an extremely unfortunate circumstance as my sewage line backed up and was refusing water. With being on a budget I was unsure if I would find any solace or solution to the issue without living off of ramen and rice for the next month. To my relief the operator was helpful, their company was the only who was open, the operator was amazing (Bobby), and it didn’t break my bank! To go further on the operator he gave me numerous tips on future endeavors and, made the whole uncomfortable situation, very comfortable. I HATE outsourcing work. I generally prefer to waste as much of my own time and fail as many times as feasibly possible. I knew I didnt have the proper equipment to fix this issue. Im so very pleased with the job that the two gentlemen did...I was unable to use my tub and sink in the upper bathroom because it was so plugged as ND even after another company came out to try to open the glog... the worked hard on the job and got them both draining like new.... Couldnt fix myself, gave them a voicemail around 3am (24/7 emergency also available), and by 9am the same morning Bobby was in my house working on the blockage.Bobby explained everything he was doing in detail, located (and flagged in my yard!) a buried and unknown access point for future servicing and clearly explained an issue with my piping that only exacerbates the likelihood of blockages (and marked the location in my yard too!). Only took 2 hrs to clear the line and reset my bathroom, in addition to all the things above. Price was a lot lower than expected. All around pleasant experience.

We had a kitchen sink that was just giving me difficulty and I had exhausted my bag of tricks to fix the drainage problem.I called Roto Rooter to come out and look at the problem.A young man named Seth was our service tech.The office called ahead to inform me that he would able to arrive a little earlier than scheduled, which was welcomed.I explained the problem to him and he listened without being condescending (as some techs are like to do).After my brief explanation he was convinced what his next step was to do.His power snake cleared the plug and then he ran sinkfuls of water to be sure water ran well.He was polite, efficient and cleaned up after he was done.He wore booties over his shoes so as to not track debris in from outdoors.He explained the bill before he took my payment.The whole time to accomplish the task from start to finish was less than 40 minutes.The receptionist lady was also polite during my initial call and when she called to let me know that Seth could be early.I dont know how this could have gone better.Would recommend based on my experience.

I am so glad I called Roto Rooter. The nice woman who I scheduled my appointment with fully explained the cost of my requested service and we were able to set up my appointment easily. I wish I had written down her name. I was requesting to have a new sink and faucet installed in my kitchen. On the day of the appointment I was informed when my plumber was on his way. Our plumber, Dennis, was awesome. He was friendly and got right to work upon arrival. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Our new sink was a slightly different shape than our old one, but through his experience and patience Dennis made it work. Unexpectedly, before Dennis was finished, I had to leave my house to deal with a medical emergency for my husband, but when I returned home I saw my beautiful new sink and faucet professionally installed and they were awesome. Showed up as scheduled (and same day!) and very politely and professionally took care of our clogged main line. Cleaned up fully. They worked diligently and wasted zero time.Cost was reasonable given that cleaning out the roots from our main waste line is not a DIY project.I will always call them first, they have earned that.
