Jason did a great job explaining all of the services he performed, as well as the service he recommended. He made everything easy to understand!*Update: We had a new furnace, and ac unit installed after an initial meeting with Jacob B and going over some recommendations for our system. After meeting with Jacob we felt like he took our needs and gave us the best recommendation for our home.We had Derek, Kevin, and Zach as our technicians who did the install of our system. They were very punctual arriving at the provided start time. Everyone was so polite to me and my wife. They respected our property and cleaned up after the job carefully. At the end of the install the team walked us through our new system and we could not be more satisfied with Vredevoogd and everyone we have interacted with! We will be recommending them to anyone who needs any service Vredevoogd provides!

My condensation pump had failed and I called Vredevoogd for help. Vince and the technician with him did a great job. They communicated with me during their work and let me know what was going on. They installed a new pump and made sure it was working properly. Quick and friendly service. I highly recommend.

We had Jacob come out and give us an estimate to replace our 25 year old Mitsubishi mini-split in late September, and Derek and Bert installed our new Carrier mini-split on October 2nd. Both the inside and outside units are considerably smaller than our previous units, and the new one heats and cools where our old one just cooled. Jacob stressed the 100% satisfaction guarantee they offer and though the guys did a nice job on the installation, the outside unit, which sits on a small rack stand, did not come with any Carrier badge/logo, just two small holes where it is supposed to be, and the stand was considerably scratched up. I called the day after installation about our issues and Bert returned the following week to install the Carrier badge. However, the scratches on the stand necessitated replacement, spray painting it wasnt an option. Installation of the replacement rack was accomplished to our satisfaction this past week. The new unit is much quieter, inside and outside, and though the weather hasnt really been hot enough to fully exercise the unit, I believe it will do a better job cooling our place than the prior one. Further, everyone we spoke with at Vredevoogd was professional and courteous and the communications (phone calls, texts, emails) were excellent.

Our furnace is old we figured it to be a 1971 and shes got it providing heat again but was very up front about us needing a new furnace and sooner than later. I prefer the blunt and non sugar coated stand she provided. She provided all the answers and laid out things very well.

I was very happy with the work they done. Its only been a few hours now but it appears to be working just fine. I was very happy they were able to do the work 3 days ahead of schedule. The only issue I have was they tracked in a lot of dirt and salt on the carpet between the door and the basement steps. Its no problem i can clean it up but to be more professional they should work on that.

Prompt - honest and listened to our needs. We had 4 companies out and every single one tried to upsell me by doing my AC also which from a money stand point we were not prepared to do, nobody is really prepared to spend thousands on a furnace unexpectedly Jacob respected what I asked for. Hey we’re not the cheapest on paper but the warranty / customer service and the extras we got and the furnace itself made it to be the cheapest in the long run. Very happy with our experience so far.Install was today and the two gentlemen were professional and courteous and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He showed us how everything worked. We were impressed with everyone in this company from start to finish. We were removing a malfunctioning geothermal unit and replacing it with an entirely new HVAC system. Jacob, Brenner, Rob and Josh were very knowledgable and helpful. No one was pushy and installation was seamless. They were respectful of our home and pets. There were no messes or anything for us to do after installation other than enjoy the cool air! The system is working great and we couldnt be happier. We received 4 quotes from various businesses in the area and are so happy we went with Vredevoogd!

We had our fall HVAC system preventive maintenance check today by Vredevoogd Heating and Cooling. The technician assigned for our service was Zach and how happy were we to have him in our home doing the service. A very knowledgeable, professional, informative young man and it was a pleasure to have him take care of our needs. He was so very personable and fielded every question I had about the service and gave more insight and knowledge about the operation of our unit and humidifier and that was so very kind of him and we so appreciated it. Our furnace died and Jeremy came to check it out and helped us decide on a new furnace and air conditioner to replace our 19 year old units. We were having a furnace issue and we decided to try out Vredevoogd. They got someone (Vince) out to diagnose the problem on the same day for the price of their normal service fee. Sadly, the furnace is toast and we now had to look at a new furnace. They sent out Jacob the very next day to go over new furnace installation options. There were multiple options to choose from--we ended up selecting the option that included 10 years parts and labor warranty. The new furnace is scheduled to be installed in under a week from when they first diagnosed the problem. The initial one time service fee was also applied as a credit to the new furnace price. Both Vince and Jacob offered the use of their space heaters, free of charge, while waiting for the new furnace to be installed.

As a retired engineer I was most impressed that they physically gathered the parameters (windows, venting, location, etc) then calculated recommended sizing. Many companies simply look at what you have and use that to recommend BTU/tonnage.

He is a very hard worker and a very good communicator which allowed us to feel absolutely comfortable with our new water system. Our service professional from Vredevoogd is named Hunter, and he has provided excellent repair/replacement service in our home in the past. Thus, we were very pleased to have him do a new installation in our home. Today, he installed a whole-house water filtration/purification device and its associated piping and valves, and then he carefully explained how to change filters and maintain the device. The price that we paid is definitely worth it because we are extremely confident in Hunters efficient and professional work! Go Vredevoogd!
