Otis was my plumber. Otis I have to say provided the best service I have ever experienced, in regards to having to have someone out for housing repairs. Otis is an extremely genuine person, and very professional with doing his work. Otis shows up on time, does the work in a timely matter, and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Otis even noticed on his way out, that my wooden stairs could cause a fall, so he helped me out, by securing them for me. Hats off to Otis, and Hats off to MCM. Extremely excellent service. Thank you.
