Alliance was awesome. our hot water heater, which they had put in a year earlier, malfunctioned. They were there within an hour of our calling, fixed the problem immediately, and in our case, since the fix turned out to be easy, didnt even charge us! All with friendliness and good advice thrown into the bargain.

I cant say enough good things about Alliance Plumbing! When my kitchen sink started leaking and damaged my cabinetry, Nik and his team came to the rescue immediately. Its rare to find a small business owner who, upon hearing about an emergency, says, Whats your address? Ill be right there. But thats exactly what Nik did.His impeccable customer service, friendly demeanor, and receptiveness made a stressful situation much easier to handle. NIck and his helper arrived on time, looked over the job, provided a verbal quote, asked if I wanted it completed today or perhaps another day.I chose to have the work completed the same day. Nick went for parts (as Nick had not visited my home previously to see what was involved with replacement of both sill cocks), returned with parts, removed old sill cocks and installed new ones in a very short period of time. Cleaned up after themselves and reviewed the finished work with me.Nick is a professional plumber, personable, articulate and friendly.Before leaving I spoke with Nick re: additional plumbing work as I plan a renovation in the basement of this home.

I called late in the day for a clogged main drain pipe in my house. He was able to come within 2 hours of my call. He showed up exactly when he said he would, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He fixed the issue, cleaned up thoroughly, and charged me exactly what he quoted me. I will absolutely call again if I have future plumbing needs.
