If anyone wants to message to ask questions about our experience with Pro Sewer, you are welcome to contact me or even view the job location. We have a shared side sewer and the clay pipes were original 1908. We had contemplated (with our neighbors) lining the pipes many times over the years because we literally had to do maintenance rooting for tree roots every 2-3 years, but the cost really scared us away. After hearing from one too many rooter companies that they were a little scared to be rooting or jetting our clay pipes we finally redid the homework and called I think probably every sewer pipe lining company in Seattle to get estimates. We literally got 8 estimates. The front office staff and the estimator of Pro Sewer were very friendly and that plus the actual estimate got us hiring Pro Sewer. They were quick. They were friendly. They were professional and they put the yard back to how it looked prior to the work. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommend.

This review is long over due, but I had the team from Pro Sewer Repair out to my home in September 2023 for a sewer line repair. I had been having on going issues with my sewer line for years and had put off the job of repairing it as the big box companies were telling me how expensive the project will be. Rob & Jaime did a great job of biding the project and explaining to me what needed to be done. Jason and Todd then hand dug the hole to the sewer line which was greatly appreciated as it saved a ton on having to do a driveway repair. Very very happy with all the work that was done, from the start to end and the clean up that they did, it was like Pro Sewer were never out. I would not hesitate to hire again. Thank you!***Update 6/2024With my past troubles with my sewer I always keep an eye on it. The team at Pro Sewer Repair was just phenomenal. My sewer was backed up and the first company that came out discovered there was a large piece of plastic stuck in the pipes from a recent yard project. Two very reputable companies came out and both confirmed that the pipe had to be dug out and replaced, which happened to be on my neighbors property and cost me several thousands of dollars (imagine the headache). In good fashion I decided to get at least three quotes and call up Pro Sewer Repair. After running their camera down the pipe, they quickly confirmed that they can just pull out the piece using some special equipment. 15 minutes later the piece was out, no digging, no headache! I decided to call them to come back and do hydro jetting on my pipes to clear out some old roots, which went equally smoothly.These guys are super professional, very well versed in their trade, and will find cost efficient solutions for you if there is one available. HIGHLY recommended.

Rob and his team run a first class business. Rob is experienced, reliable, manages a well run team, and most importantly, does the work he promises, on time and on budget. I needed a 100 year old sewer line in Green Lake replaced, we went through the different options of re-lining vs. replacing with PVC and went with replacing. I had received another bid from a different plumber, and even if Robs estimate was higher (which it wasnt!) I still would have gone with Rob. From the initial call and up to the end of the project, we were met with courtesy and professionalism.Not only was Rob and his team professional, they did an excellent job on our work. We have a Japanese inspired ornamental garden and were very worried about damage to the garden with this sewer work. That did not happen at all. The guys did an immaculate job and our yard looks exactly the same as before the job started. This is an amazing company. They gave free estimate - which is old school and very rare now. I contacted Pro Sewer Repair at the recommendation of the company that scoped our sewer line and identified a potential problem. When Rob came out to evaluate our situation, to my surprise, he recommended that we didnt actually need any work done as the problem wasnt as serious as initially thought. I have a huge amount of respect for any company that does right by their clients and doesnt over charge or recommend services that are unneeded. Even though we didnt move forward today Ill 100% be calling Pro Sewer Repair for any future plumbing needs I might have.

I am making the effort to write this review because these guys were above and beyond better than all of the big sewer repair companies. Jaime was incredibly organized and working with our complicated schedule and work around anything we needed. These guys were way more thorough and then the big companies. They noticed more details in their sewer scope than the other companies did in giving their bids. And they were also way more affordable. The other companies told us they would have to rip out our sidewalk but these guys at Pro Sewer Repair did the same job without having to tear up our sidewalk, thus saving us a lot of money. And they cleaned up after themselves and left the yard in great shape. We are so so appreciative of you Jamie and Rob. Thank you

I had a great experience with Rob, the owner of Pro Sewer Repair. He was honest, caring, and responsive. After five companies had been out to give me bids on repairing my sewer line -- all telling me the line had multiple problems and I had to get the entire thing relined. Then, Rob from came out, scoped the line and told me that only half of the line needed to be relined, which would save thousands of dollars. He carefully explained everything and put my mind at rest, as opposed to other companies who made me feel it was a dire situation. He also cared enough to give me a contact within the citys home repair loan program for low income homeowners. Ultimately, my insurance was able to cover the cost of the lesser repair that Rob had recommended but used a different contractor who came in only very slightly below Robs bid. However, I was so grateful for Robs honesty that changed the course of things and I wont hesitate to call him in the future or recommend him to anyone who has sewer line problems. What a better world it would be if more business owners shared Robs ethics!

Pro Sewer Repair was an absolute delight to work with. I needed to repair my side sewer recently, which is a job that no homeowner wants to take on. Though I got quotes from 4-ish companies, I selected Pro Sewer because they were detail-oriented, friendly, and extremely responsive whenever I had a question. They wrote up a detailed proposal for the job, including an optional add-on if I could get my neighbors to agree to repair our shared sewer line, too.During the actual job, they were punctual and tidy, and they did an AMAZING job cleaning up after they were done. Seriously, it looked like they had never been there at all, much less dug a trench and done some serious work. FWIW, I believe two of the main workers at my house were named Jay and Jamie, but everyone I interacted with was great.I would recommend these guys to anyone and am thrilled this project was completed so nicely!

Pro sewer did a great job replacing the sewer line at our 1926 home. We had a floor drain that wasn’t draining and found out that the sewer line was broken. They came out and gave us a reasonable bid and were able to do the work as soon all of the inground utilities were marked. We had a second issue that was found once the line was dug up and I felt the price to fix this was very reasonable also. They stuck the camera in 3 different waste lines and hydrojetted two lines, which wasn’t included in their original bid, and they didn’t charge me for this. They just thought it was part of the service of getting the repair done right, which I really appreciated. They also spent a lot of time explaining what was going on with the drains, and what we need to do if we decided to remodel our unfinished basement.

I highly recommend Pro Sewer Repair. Rob and Jaime were great to work and timely with getting the bid and scheduling the job. Jason and crew talked us through what they would be doing and when they were going to do it. They answered all our questions and worked with another crew doing construction next door around use of space on our dead end street. We had a major break in our sewer line 10 down and under the city street. Pro Sewer Repair was the only company we talked to (of 4) that could do the repair without digging up the street. This saved us around $25K. Rob quoted us a week to do the job but the crew was done in 4 days. They left the site tidy each night and clean when the job was done. Thank you Pro Sewer Repair!

Cant say enough about my experience. Nobody in a list of companies I called returned my calls for my backed up sewer. Lucky for me I came across Pro Sewer Repair 2 days later. Why isnt it on the top of the list??!!! Roto rooter wanted $17,365 to dig up a spot and repair a break, absolute rip off. Rob had Todd and Garrett out the next day to fix the pipe for more than half that cost. They are professional, knowledgeable, hard workers and most of all transparent and easy to work with. You wont be disappointed and upsold on anything you dont need.

I would definitely recommend Pro Sewer Repair. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive and trustworthy. We had a 100 year old sewer that needed to be lined. This is typically an expensive repair that many dread. However, throughout the process I felt that we had definitely made the right decision to go with Rob and his team (my initial comfort with choosing them was after reading many similar reviews like these). They worked efficiently and did a really great job - as evident in the final sewer scope video they provided. While homeowners are never happy to learn they need a sewer repair, we had an excellent experience with Pro Sewer Repair. Robs communication was outstanding throughout the process. His bid was very fair and lower than the 3 other companies who looked at the project. During the process, he realized that part of the repair was not necessary, saving us thousands of dollars. Jason, the lead worker, was also excellent. He worked efficiently. His pipe fitting appeared first rate and he artfully joined several sewer pipes at a complex junction. Pro Sewer replaced a broken wye fitting in the sewer line under the front yard of my house. Robert met me quickly at my property to evaluate the job and provide an initial quote, which was very reasonable. Jaimie in the office was very communicative and helpful in scheduling and billing. Our water line had a leak ($800/month water bills--check your autopay!). The line went thru a rockery and a retaining wall, then under the slab to the back of our house -- so it would require directional drilling. We had three different contractors out, two bids and one refusal. Rob, however, thought the job could be done without breaking up any concrete (the other bid did not even consider this). Our neighbors had recently hired him for sewer work and were pleased. In the end, we were extremely happy. We appreciated Robs problem solving and the hard work of his team.

It’s important to let the public know how professional and efficient pro sewer repair is! I am in the process of selling my home and was in need of a repair to my main drain that had a crack. Time was of the essence! Jaime at the office was quick to set me up and get the job done! It took less than a week to have the team come out. Huge mention to Jason who worked hard and made sure the job was done right. He dug a huge hole and after he finished you could not tell he even dug that hole! Super clean job! He had to take a rosebush out and cut the sod in a way that was like a puzzle. He put everything back together and patched the foundation of my home. It even looks better than before! This company will beat every other with super reasonable estimates. Thank you for your hard work and getting the job done quickly!

We found a need for a sewer repair because we were in the process of selling our house and there was a crack in the line. Pro Sewer turned a frustrating process into a very easy fix. They had excellent communication - answering their phones on nights and weekends and were able to fix the line quickly in order for us to close on our home in time. We got bids from some other companies but theirs was also priced the best. A quality company! Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! Pro Sewer Repair did sewer scopes, a trenchless sewer repair, and relining for us. The repair was part of a renovation loan, so we really appreciate their willingness to work with our lender. They were communicative, quick to respond, and completed the work in the time they said they would. I was really impressed with how neatly they put all the dirt and grass back.
