He was punctual, provided a detailed quote, and even went the extra mile to minimize the deck demolition, exceeding our expectations in many ways. He offered me an estimate based on both the best and worst-case scenarios, but the final cost was even lower than his initial quote. He assured me that I would receive a call at 7:30 on the following morning. As promised, I received a call at 7:25. Bradley, one of their plumbers, informed me that he would arrive between 9-10. True to his word, he was at my place in Everett right at 9. Bradley was very professional, courteous, and went into great detail about the issue and the steps he was taking to resolve it. He also noticed a leak that I was aware of and took care of it, all under the warranty. They could have easily overlooked it, leading to another claim submission on my part later. I truly appreciate their honesty and the exceptional work done. It was a refreshing experience to see such dedication and commitment to their service.

Bradley was simply outstanding! We experienced a major water leak in our closet during after hours. Swiftly, we turned off the water and made a call for help. Bradley called back promptly to confirm the job and was on-site within 5 minutes of the estimated time. He went directly to the source of the leak which was behind our hot water heater. In just 10 minutes, he had removed the necessary drywall in the closet, located the leak, and did so with minimal removal of drywall and insulation. He figured out that a fitting had broken from the weld on the pipe. He quickly acquired the necessary parts and rebuilt the entire pipe, even improving upon the original design. Bradley explained that the initial design was under too much tension which eventually led to the break. Despite the situation, he maintained a great attitude and even engaged in enjoyable conversation throughout the process. If youre ever in need of a reliable plumber in Everett, I would highly recommend Bradley anytime. His dedication and expertise truly saved the day!

However, on the eve of their scheduled return, i texted to confirm the appointment time and date. They responded by saying theyd get back to me the next day with a specific time. The day of the service, I texted again asking for a time, but didnt hear back for a good two hours. When they finally got back to me, they were still figuring out the schedule and told me it would be the following day. While waiting, i decided to request a quote online from P & M Plumbing Co Inc. I didnt want to wait much longer, so I gave them a call too. Jonah asked me what issues I needed addressed. I told him I needed a pressure regulator valve and the main water shut off for my house replaced. I also wanted my water heater expansion tank properly mounted. Jonah told me he could swing by that day between 12 and 2pm to take a look. To my surprise, Jonah called around noon to let me know he was on his way. Jonah and Bradley listened to my explanation of the issues and confirmed that the water pressure in my house was indeed too high. Jonah then gave me my options and provided an on-the-spot quote, assuring me the work would only take a couple of hours once approved. Once they finished, he asked if there were any other issues he could help with. I told him I had a couple of bathtubs that were draining slowly, and they cleared them for me at no extra cost! They stayed at least another 45 minutes to get this done. I was really grateful, especially after they removed a hairball from one of the drains! I was happy that Jonah was responsive and communicated his plans without me having to chase him down. I was even more delighted that they were able to get the work done swiftly, ticking those tasks off my list. They certainly earned their 5-star rating. I felt that the products I received were high quality, not just the cheapest available parts (and the price difference wasnt significant). 3. I received advice on how to maintain the products.
