Aaron arrived very shortly after I scheduled the appointment to assess the water damage in my house and presented a couple solutions where I chose the less invasive method. Were still troubleshooting the issue, but I am thoroughly impressed by their service.

David Murray was kind and soft-spoken (helpful when youre stressed about a water heater), explained the situation carefully, spotted a problem with the original installation (and fixed it right away) and checked the plumbing throughout my home. I always hold my breath when I call a new technician because Ive seen the full range of competence — but All Pro Plumbing is as good as it gets.

What struck me about my experience with All Pro Plumbing Northwest was the absolute professionalism of my plumber Daniel K. He arrived at the appointed time, quickly understood what I needed to have done, and gave me the pluses and minuses of each of his proposed solutions. After deciding, Daniel quickly, neatly, and successfully completed the job. I was also impressed that he did all the attendant parts of the job like wearing shoe coverings in the house, turning off the electric water heater while the water was shut off, and measuring the house water pressure before and after adjusting it upward. One other thing I liked about All Pro is that the plumbers are able to use a better quality brand of fittings, like Dahl in my case, as opposed to something you would find in the big-box stores. They did have to push back their ETA for arrival several times. Was from 8am-noon initially. Didn’t arrive until around 7pm. Lucius and his partner did an excellent job when they arrived. Listened to the issue as I described it and were knowledgeable and courteous on how they’d resolve the problem. Took them maybe an hour or so to get it fixed. Price was definitely a little higher than I expected, but I needed the issue resolved and their work product was good. All Pro was 100% fantastic, their BID was very reasonable, there estimate was 100% accurate and stayed on budget, Lucius and Ross did a spectacular work quality, our Dog Walter enjoyed watching them, very curious, Ross and Lucius comment on how good Walter watching them do their work, if they get along with your dogs these are good people, did nice finishing touches, foam insulating all the pipes, foam sealing all pass thrus, clean up afterwards was 100%, while performing work they found a few things that need correcting that was all done with-in the estimate, after we get this phase of work done to the house, will have All Pro return for additional projects, scale of 1-10 i say +10

Daniel K, one of All Pro Plumbing Northwest LLCs friendly plumbers, arrived within the allotted time span, performed the preliminary inspection and then a comprehensive email quote arrived shortly afterwords. Yes indeed, they pitched the best price among the bids. Next morning, Daniel kept me informed of his progress and provided personable, expert and timely service. There wasnt even anything left behind to clean up! Simple and straightforward from start to finish, a reminder of pre-pandemic life, no less.Background detail?My unheated home recently endured subfreezing temperatures for several days. Nightly lows were in the mid-to-low teens and twentys and never broke 32 degrees in daytime. I temporarily moved in with my lady friend (shes terrific) elsewhere for the duration and upon returning home, I discovered large misshapen chunks of ice filling the tops of the toilet bowls. But ice had thawed at some point from below the solid chunks and then leaked through severely fractured bowls which was, in retrospect, inevitable I suppose. My mobile home was built in 1970 and yes, it has seen far better days both inside and out. The decision to sell the home (the land, really) was already made after my gas furnace had rusted its internals into oblivion but it did so prior to the cold snap, and the cold definitely took its toll on the commodes. The Dumpster as I call it, will be demoed when the property is sold (hopefully this spring) so finding an economical solution for this temporary yet highly inconvenient lifestyle imposition could not be avoided for long. Thankfully, All Pro understood my needs and was there to make it happen. Thier flexibility made all the difference. Next time I need plumbing help, Im calling for Daniel K and All Pro.P.S. Ill not make the same mistakes the next time its forecast to freeze for days on end.

All Pro Plumbing is a top-notch company, with excellent customer service. During our recent kitchen remodel, our hot water pipe failed & we discovered it was badly corroded/nearly blocked inside. Plus our brand new faucet had become clogged from the corroded debris, so we barely had a tiny trickle of hot water. All Pro to the rescue! I called and they quickly scheduled an appointment with Aaron.He arrived right on time, and with some additional All Pro help later in the day, repiped the hot water from our basement to the kitchen on the main floor. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite, working MANY hours on a difficult repipe to finish in one day. Their mess was cleaned up when they left, as well, and the price was reasonable. We now have shiny new copper pipe instead of ancient, rusted/occluded galvanized steel, and best of all, we have hot water again, with GREAT pressure! Aaron also kindly replaced the old, leaky water tap handles for our washing machine’s water supply, as one started spurting water everywhere while I was adjusting them. We’ll be sure to give All Pro next time we need a plumber.

All Pro provided a competitive bid proposal that won us over by the thoroughness of their diagnostic. In our case, they included a number of options (with discussion of pros/cons) that allowed us to find a fit with our budget and our comfort with how much we wanted done.
