Mike did an outstanding job removing and installing a new water heater. He did such a great job with the water heater that I hired Mike to remove and install a new kitchen sink with faucet, garage disposal and all new plumbing under sink. The installation took longer than expected but Mike and his apprentice stayed late to finish the job with the attention to detail and quality that I expected. Mike at Danika plumbing is now added to my contacts as my go to plumber.

Due to the timing near Christmas plus flu season, we encountered some scheduling delays and hiccups. But the team is very responsive to give us rescheduling notifications as soon as they can. Riley diagnoses the problem thoroughly and adjust the pricing accordingly ( it ends up cheaper than we were originally quoted ).They were very patient with me even my disappointment might have made me lost my cool for a moment ( not abusive, just a little whiny). My kitchen sink was backed up and after 1 1/2 hours the Danika plumbers found the culprit. It was nothing a snake could fix but turned out to be corrosion in old, old pipes. They were cheerful, efficient, and did a beautiful job which even entailed taking out a small sheetrock square in the garage ceiling where the pipes could be exposed. They couldnt be a better company and I have used them now for the last three years or so. I highly recommend Danika Plumbing.

Good experience - timely, professional and reasonably priced. The toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush. Called late in the afternoon on a Friday and they were able to get someone out first thing Saturday morning, between 8-10. Mike got here right at 8 and quickly got to working on it. He said they would start with the simplest and cheapest approach first and then would go from there if that didn’t work. Thankfully that worked and he was able to get the blockage out. I didn’t at all feel like he was trying to do anything more than what was necessary just to get an extra buck and I really appreciate that. Mike was kind, respectful and had a sense of humor about the cat who sat there meowing the whole time. I would definitely use Danika Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone.

Travis came out to give an estimate free of charge, and spent an hour listening to multiple plumbing concerns and discussing the options available. I felt like he really understood my goals, and came up with a solution that was in my best interest rather than the solution that would make the company the most money. Hes clearly experienced in aspects of plumbing from fresh water to drainage and natural gas, and for each scenario he offered multiple options and shared the pros and cons - letting me decide what was best for my needs. He left me with an estimate that addressed just what I needed, and for $12k less than other estimates. Overall I feel like I can trust Travis and Danika Plumbing to do the right thing for the customer, and theyll be my first call for anything plumbing related.

I want to commend Travis for a job very well done. I had a water leak that needed to be repaired. I got Danikas info from Thumbtack. They were very prompt in replying to my request; came out the next day. Travis was just wonderful. He gave me the best case and worst-case scenarios and though I was upset with the worst-case scenario, he was very professional to explain everything to me. He called the utilties to get someone to come out and survey if there were any underground utilities that needed to be considered when digging out to repair the leak. When that was all done, Danika was able to get Travis out the next business day to repair the leak. Travis was very professional and filled me in on all the steps he was going to take and when completed, walked me through the repair.I am very impressed with Travis and Danika Plumbing. We have an old house and have unfortunately been dealing with a number of cascading plumbing issues. Danika has been great, and we’ve been lucky to have Travis been our go-to guy who has come out several times in the last month, and really does a great job. Explains what he is doing, shows us what’s going on and tells us what we will be dealing with in the future - we’ll be asking for Travis again when we face the next phase of repairing our old plumbing system (113 year old house). Plus, they’re pretty quick to schedule service, which is a bonus.

We had some water leakage under the kitchen sink and cabinet floor warped and broke. Travis and Dradon came over to assess the issues and damages. Travis identified the source of the leaks. Him and Dradon then had all the tools and devices ready in their truck already to fix the garbage disposals and other leaks. The fixed it pretty quickly (about an hour). Travis even found another leak and helped fix that too in the same invoice, which was on top of the new customer discount he already provided. All in all, great people, great service. Danika Plumbing to the rescue after 12 days without a water heater and 3 days without any water. My 1300 sq ft rambler had leaky pipes and a leaky old water heater. Mike and Alden were my knights in shining armor. These young, hardworking professionals replaced ALL of my water pipes at my 1300 sq ft rambler and installed a new water heater in 9 hours. I don’t think they took a break the whole day and you can bet I was one happy woman to finally take a hot shower after 12 days of boiling water for sponge baths. Danika gave us a bid on Friday and did the work on Monday. Alden and Mike arrived on time, answered all of my questions, explained what they were going to do and at the end, showed me what was done. I had a broken faucet that could not be shut off and was running all night. I managed to call Danika Plumbing at about 10am and they were able to send a plumber to my door by noon. I reached out to the company via their internet form. When I barely finished the typing I got a text asking me to describe the problem I was facing. The people who helped me over text were extremely kind, responsive, and worked with what little I had. I feel as though I won the lottery when they had an appointment available next day. I accepted. The plumbers who came out were super kind, courteous, and professional. I had accidentally fallen back asleep, I had no clue my roommate had let someone in, that’s how quiet and respectful they were in entering my home. They rolled with it when my roommates cat wanted to assist. Travis was prompt and on time, in first visit he was very upfront about the issue and providing the right guidance to get another company to open up instead of him trying and making it worse or causing trouble with insurance. Once the source of the leak was opened up and he came back again, we had to give a call to warranty company for getting the work approved and he tried multiple times to get that authorization for service (which was most tedious process) and when we were not able to get through that, he did that again when he came in again to fix the issue. Got lucky the morning I called as they had a cancellation same day. Text came in when they were on their way and Tony and Travis arrived on time during the 2 hour window. I initially wanted just the 1 leaking shut off valve replaced (I didn’t want to push my luck) but they had time to do 2 others (bonus that there was a discount for additional valves I wanted done). They asked if there was anything else they could take a look at while there and I was elated when they said yes to replacing an outdoor faucet. It had been leaking for far too long and an inside wall and area around the dryer vent were saturated. It was no easy task. I knew the wall had to be cut and it was a tight squeeze. This was why it was originally to be dealt with during a remodel, which unfortunately had to be postponed. Everything was done in 1.5 hours. Tony and Travis were friendly, informative, and efficient. A neighbor who talked to them also commented how nice they were. After they left, I noticed that one of the screws to the outdoor faucet was not seated flush on the side of the house and would not screw in. They were nice and came out the next day to try longer screws and put some caulk around it when there was still a slight gap. Nothing to grab onto. Well that explains why the old one was not screwed in at all. I appreciated the extra effort. We talked about what improvements can be made when my water heater is replaced. I will definitely call on Danika Plumbing again, probably for the remodel and a new water heater install. Tony and Travis were great and I feel like a weight has been lifted. Thanks so very much!

I recently purchased a house built in 1910 that still had some original iron and galvanized pipes that I wanted replaced. They werent leaking, but I knew they were probably rusted out and may not have much life left in them. I had a great experience with this company working with Mike and Dustin.I really appreciated that these guys did not try to upsell me on work they didnt think was necessary. There are a lot of companies out there that will absolutely gouge you, but I didnt have that experience with these two at all. They offered a better price than the other companies I received quotes from, and Im really happy with the quality of work they performed. They replaced the majority of the remaining old pipes I had left with PEX pipes, leaving just the small portions that will require some demo in my kitchen and bathroom.I will definitely be going back to Danika Plumbing in the future after my experience working with Mike and Dustin.

I found out about Danika Plumbing through the Angi (HomeAdvisor) website - I did a search for tankless water heater maintenance and 20 mins later I got a call from Danika’s scheduler. Was able to get an appointment 2 weeks later (more due to my schedule than theirs).Dustin Alde (and his assistant Corey) did a wonderful job! Dustin was very helpful, friendly, thorough and was respectful of my home. I asked to observe while he was doing the service work. He had no problems with that - explained what he was doing, gave pointers on what I can expect/need to do after the flushing and recommended future maintenance work based on his evaluation (but no pressure to get other stuff done besides what was scheduled for the day). I highly recommend Dustin from Danika! This a (partial) picture of their truck, so you know who to expect when you call them.

Danika sent a knowledgeable plumber to fix our water leak. After arriving they realized that our issue was much more severe- and that we should get a mitigation company to come and dry out the wall and cut the damaged sections out. The they recommended a mitigation company and with my approval got them onsite in the next hour. After mitigation company did their thing, Danika came out and fixed the leak in less than an hour. Super happy with the service and the experience.
