    Had a leak that was not at a great time as we are going to be out of state. Ramiro was so kind, courtesy and respectful! He explained the options that we could do and instead of opting for a right now fix he helped us understand the big picture. He didn’t pressure us to do the big expensive cost. Ramiro was amazing! The dispatch I spoke with was also kind and assuring that they could and would be out today and do the best to fix the problem today. Unfortunately, the way our pipes are, it is not a today fix and we are still happy with the results of our appointment today. Cannot recommend enough!

    Plumbing has always been a source of anxiety for me—uncertainty about costs and how small issues can spiral into larger problems is nerve-wracking. Apollo Plumbing has completely put those fears to rest. Geoff came to my home on a Sunday (with no emergency fee!) and took the time to assess the issue thoroughly. He presented several clear options, explaining each step of the process in detail, which gave me complete confidence moving forward.I scheduled the repair, and Geoff returned with an outstanding apprentice to complete the work. True to their word, they delivered exactly what was promised. When I asked about the pipes under my house—since my home is turning 75 this year—they went above and beyond to inspect them and even provided a detailed quote for potential replacements.The level of professionalism and care was exceptional. Geoffs expertise and approachable demeanor stood out, and his kindness toward my 10-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer didn’t go unnoticed—it was heartwarming! Though I regret not catching the apprentices name, his sharp eye caught issues from previous work and documented everything meticulously for me to review.I hope I won’t need plumbing services in an emergency again, but if I do, Apollo Plumbing will be my first call.     I recently needed the help of a plumber and after reading reviews I chose Apollo Plumbing! This was the very BEST choice! Henry G and Devin came promptly! They were fantastic! Ive had an issue with roots in my sewer line for years so occasionally need a cleaning BUT Apollo, by far did the most thorough cleaning job of any other companies Ive used before!!     Apollo Plumbing came out to assess a problem I was having with a drain. The techs were kind and professional. The process was completely straightforward, which I appreciated so much. During the consultation, I decided not to proceed with some options they said they could do, because Ben wasn’t sure that it would help at all. I appreciate that honesty and I recommend them highly.

    Geoff and Thomas came out to fix my toilet. They were very professional and extremely nice. Thomas was kind enough to make sure our other toilets were working fine as well (luckily nothing was wrong with them). The job was quickly done and the bathroom was left clean as it was.The customer service was excellent and they really give 100% of their service for you.

    Geoff O. came out to fix a clogged drain in our bathroom on a Sunday the week between Christmas and New Years and we couldnt have been happier with his service! He was early, friendly, super helpful and got the drain running again in no time. He also explained what was causing the issue and recommended some other fixes we could consider in the future (but it was not a high-pressure upsell at all). Geoff also left everything neat and tidy. Highly recommend!

    Jason was friendly, businesslike, clean and good at his trade. Let me know if you ever let him go and I will hire him if that was to happen.The bate and switch $99 drain clear or it’s free is very misleading as it’s $99 to show up in a six hour window and $695 to attempt to clear drain with no guarantee of clearing. That all being said, Apollo came back the next day to clear the drain that could not be cleared the first evening. All one charge. I say they did above and beyond the call. They did clean, professional work and the office staff as well as the tech were friendly they listen to your needs and are there for you when you need them.

    Called Apollo plumbing and they were able to come out same day. Geoff came to fix my clogged sewer line. Had to jet to remove tree roots.Geoff was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and honest. Gave me great feedback on the next steps to keep a clog from happening again.I would definitely work with him again in the future!

    As a professional office that sees patients, it was very disconcerting when our only patient toilet stopped working. Apollo Plumbing was here within 2 hours of my call and even though he had to replace the whole toilet and shore up the floor some, Geoff did a great and expedient job.     Henry & Devon came and diagnosed an outside water problem for me and, as painful as that process could have been, they were very professional and made the process a lot easier than I had anticipated.     Had a clogged kitchen drain. Tried three different methods of clearing but nothing worked. Had to call in a professional to fix it and Zac gave me the options. I chose to have the drain repaired rather than just cleared. He was very courteous and clean. Drain is now better than new and he left the work area clean.     We hired Apollo Plumbing and Rooter to install a new Air Gap and Faucet in our kitchen, and our technician was Thomas. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He confronted various roadblocks with the new installations due to the condition of our old faucet as well as a defective, leaky new air gap.     After we had a water leak in our crawlspace that we used Apollo to repair we also saw that the leak had caused the metal gas pipe to start to corrode. Apollo was able to get us an estimate within days and the work was done the same day we accepted the estimate even though Henry had to run to multiple outlets to get all the material needed on that day. Highly recommend Apollo, their people are all friendly, professional and courteous. Oh, the water leak previously mentioned was also fixed same day, and that was on a Sunday. They are serious about 24 hour emergency support.

    Ben H really saved us today. June is going to be a very busy month for my wife and I and having a water leak from the 2nd floor master bath could have really had an impact. But.... Crisis averted!Ben showed up on time and ready to get to work. He met us with a smile and was very friendly, courteous and professional throughout the process of repairing our leak. English is not my wifes first language. That said, Ben showed a lot of patience and class when she asked a question. He showed great patience and ensured her concerns were met. I appreciate that more than you know.What ultimately turned out to be a difficult job, Ben maintained his awesome and professional demeanor. I had questions about every 5 minutes, and he took the time to answer each one without missing a beat or making me think I was disturbing him. He was a joy to have in the house.Once everything was buttoned up, he explained, in great detail, every option we had concerning mitigation, if required or desired.His knowledge concerning plumbing and follow on policies/options was impressive. He truly knows what hes doing as really seems to love what he does. Hint: no one else could get to us before mid-week next week without a ridiculous fee.Professionalism: 5* From the text I sent out July 4th to the text saying Ramiro was on his way with a link to watch him make his way here; and from the moment he pulled in to the moment he collected his garbage and our signature, Ramiro was pleasant, professional, and polite.Pricing: 4* A bit steep, but what isnt these days? Did apply a discount and did waive our service charge. 3 hours at $200/hr tho to snake & scope our drain felt a bit excessive as did the sale on various added services such as a whole house inspection, check that aged out water heater, upsell the annual plan. However, Ramiro understood we are on a fixed income and didnt push so hard that it soured the experience, so I cant ding them too heavy here.For Google purposes, I will leave a 5* since I cant do a 4.66.

    I had a leaking water main underground last year and these guys were fantastic!A year later both toilets were stopped up. I called Apollo and spoke to a wonderful lady named Samara who gave a few tip on how to possibly fix the issue and save myself some money but it was a bigger problem than I could tackle so she called Corey, one of their amazing technicians, and he was there in less than a hour. He ran his camera down the pipe and said it was the city sewer line that was clogged and not our pipes. He made the call to the city and they arrived shortly in their big ol truck, opened up the manhole covers, and cleaned out their line. Problem solved! Cory stayed the whole time to make sure our issue was resolved. Service like this is so rare today. Thank you Samara! Thank you Corey! Thank you Apollo!

Regarding the product itself, compared to our friends and families who have replaced a water heater at their homes, ours was a bit pricy although we were told that the reason is that Apollo uses only US made tanks. We are ok with this because we are big supporters of US Manufacturers.Now to Geoff and Thomas who accompanied him. Truly professional, efficient, punctual, courteous and experts at the job at hand. Oh yes, both fine gentlemen are skilled dog whisperers too! Our ultra loyal German Shepherd loved them! Both gentlemen showed up on time,, finished the job a good one hour before promised, took the time to educate me on the new tank, offered service options and best of all, left the area spotless.     We called Apollo Plumbing and the technician Ramiro and his partner were there the very next day. They checked all plumbing in my condo and determined there was a clogged drain in my shower with an interesting turn of events. My drain pipe in the shower shares a common drainage pipe with my neighbor next door. My neighbor had been trying for 10 days to get a plumber out to fix her problem but they were not available for another week. She was delighted that it could be fixed on the spot this very day. It took both technicians one each unit working together to unclog the common drain. They diligently worked on the blockage until it came clear. Then cleaned up the mess it caused and left both units in tiptop condition. Thank you so much for the prompt response and the great job performed by whole Apollo team from the beginning with the front office to the completion of the work.😊

    I called around 730 am and someone showed up around 930 to redo the pipe on my laundry sink that also needed the drainage hose from the washer to be hooked up to a proper drain done. I also got my sewer pipe scoped and jet blasted all in one day. Affordable isn’t the word I would use to describe the work I had done but I was able to do laundry the same evening and I got a discount since I already had the work in the sink being done. Carlos did an awesome job and is very professional. He also gave me priceless advice on maintenance and things to watch for with the original piping my house came with.

    The review below is from 3 years ago when I had a pump replaced. I just had Apollo Plumbing out again for a pinhole leak. The plumber replaced the old copper pipes with PEX for the hot and cold water and ABS for the drain as it was clogged. The plumber was very friendly, professional knowledgeable. As I stated 3 years ago I will definitely call them again.The people at Apollo Plumbing are professional from the person answering the phones and making the appointments to the plumber who comes out to fix the problem. This appointment was to have a pump replaced. They were professional and made sure the pump was working properly before they left. I am very happy with the service. I would definitely call them again.

    05/12/2024: The overall proposal was extremely over estimated. There was first of all no need to replace full length of Pipe. There was a portion that seems impacted due to freezing. Even after finding out the team proceed to replace whole CPVC to Pex piping.The most unnecessary replacement were Hose Bib and Ball Valve. Hose Bib doesnt adding any value in fact its significantly reduce the water pressure. While Ball Valve was incorrectly explained as line drainage that will be used to drain water before freezing. But once it was not functioning as explained the crew suggested to use bike pump as a make shift arrangement. They also started changing the pipe layout, without approval, to make it work, which was later reverted to original connectivity when asked to.Overall experience is that it’s a very expensive replacement which other vendors (3 vendors) visiting afterwards called over priced. Insurance giving hard time in reimbursing and evaluated only replacement work should be done on connection and all other work was unnecessary.Update: 05/16/2024: There were never two quotes provided for this job. Only one quote after observing the issue. Very next day restoration company person came and he identify an area for leak, which was a joint.Update: 05/16/24 Chris called me and investigated the issue. He is removing one charge for access creation for the work, which insurance was not covering. Appreciate how he handled the situation. I will keep this for record for a day or 2 and remove it. Apollo also agreed to send another technician to look at the work performed and have it fixed on coming Monday. Appreciated.Update 05/20/20 Apollo send Geoff for follow up visit and he able to walk me through all the repairs and explain much better the application of these fixes. He was much seasoned tech and well able to address all concerns.

    Apollo Pluming was quick, professional, and friendly.When our pipes froze, Apollo answered the phone quickly and sent someone out that same morning.When Ramiro arrived he was friendly and explained what was happening and what he was going to do. He also described both the good and bad scenarios so we were not caught off guard. When things turned out to be worse than expected, he was quick to give us a solution and then started to work immediately. Despite the weather fighting him each step of the way, Ramiro persevered, fitted us with new pipes, and got water restored to the house.Great response Apollo and amazing job Ramiro!

    Amazing experience with Apollo Plumbing!! I wish I had saved time and money getting other bids by just going with Apollo from the start. Apollo replaced our main water line due to an existing leak and Jean Luc was our technician. Luc did a great job and helped us find the right solution, I could tell he really wanted to help and I sincerely appreciated his great service (do please give him a raise!)     The review of the problem, estimate for the water heater repair or replacement was relatively painless. What caught me off guard was the cost to replace my water heater. Prices sure have gone up since I last had to replace one.     We were in crisis with a large leaky pipe through the first floor and basement. It looked like a waterfall. It’s a big job. Apollo plumbers have been transparent about the problem and the expensive process of repairs. We trust their honesty and their rates were competitive with same day service!     Jason came right on time - even though I called on Saturday afternoon. This was an emergency, as the guest bathroom toilet was clogged and we had a big party the next day. He accurately diagnosed the clog problem (it was pretty complicated and he had to go through the driveway to the main pipes), and fixed it perfectly. He explained things in detail and was very personable. Yes, it was expensive, but he had to go back to the shop to get a specialized routing tool (remember, this was now about 9:00 pm on Saturday) and go all the way out to the main pipe in the street, which is where the clog was. He was here for several hours and gave us an estimate right up front, so there were no surprises. I especially appreciated the professionalism of Apollo. They answered their phone right away, got someone scheduled right away, and sent me messages updating me on when hed be here. After the work was done, they emailed me pictures of everything. They truly are a good example of you get what you pay for.

    We awoke last Sunday to see a growing pond having appeared at the street between our house and that of our neighbor. Our neighbor was not home, so we immediately phoned Freeland water, left a message on their emergency line and emailed. Finally Tuesday afternoon someone showed up, drained the pond and informed us that as the pipe from the meter to our house was leaking at the meter, it was our problem, not theirs. We and our contractor with whom we have an excellent relationship called every plumber on Whidbey Island. Not one returned our calls or those of our contractor who suggested we call Apollo. They were out the next day, worked Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and fixed not just the connection at our meter, but replaced a lot of deteriorating pipes under our home. Jason was exceptional, as were the other two men. We were a bit shocked at the price quoted, and our contractor, semi retired and running Habitat for Humanity came by to see what they were doing and fully supported their plan of action. I never knew anyone connected to Apollo, but our contractor I would trust with my life, and we were not disappointed.Jason and the Apollo crew were courteous , professional, explained everything and though the project was costly, did a superb job.They are the best example of “You get what you pay for” we have experienced since we began working with our beloved contractor, and we recommend them highly.

Jason and Carlos, despite hitting a lot of obstacles, stayed with my project all day long and got things looking great and functioning better than ever before.
