I recommend Justin and Pac West Services to my neighbors and friends. Most recently Justin replaced the bathroom sink drains on three bathroom sinks in my condo. One of the sinks was replaced also. He replaced the fill valve on one toilet. Justin has helped me with kitchen sink issues and he installed a water heater in the past. He has my trust due to his reliability, thoroughness and willingness to explain what hes doing and why. His work has never failed in my experience.

We purchased a home that ended up needing more work than we originally thought. I spoke with several plumbers and ended up using Pacwest because of the amount of time and effort they put into giving us viable options with pros and cons given our situation.They communicated well with expected start times, possible delays, and variable costs that they couldnt address until they opened up walls to better assess.Justin and Eric did not leave the house the first day until they had restored our gas and felt comfortable leaving us with a working system.If you want transparency in costs, good honest estimates as to what can and cant be done and why, then choose Pacwest.Update 4/2020. Almost a year later we were faced with another major repair which involved the house sewer line. we got several opinions because this was a major undertaking. Again we chose Pacwest. We didnt choose them for having the best price. We chose them because they had the best advice and we knew that they would treat the home like it belonged to a dear relative. What started out as a one month repair and replace turned into a 3 month demo and renovation due to the hidden damage. Justin and his crew worked tirelessly with updates, and suggestions every step of the way. We are grateful for their services and highly recommend them to anyone with a leak or major project. Justin was prompt to respond. Our water heater had a major leak and had no idea what to do as a first time home owner. Justin was able to explain the process and made things easy. He connected with his wholesaler and was able to get a new water heater the same day we called. I hired PacWest Services after discovering my gas hot water heater was leaking. After the initial contact, Justin was able to come assess the situation within an hour. He explained thoroughly what work was needed. It was 7pm but he was willing to do the work that night if I felt it necessary. The leak was slow so we scheduled for the next day. He showed up on time and did an excellent job with the installation. He left the area clean and sent pictures to explain how to adjust the temperature as I had to leave for work. Justin is a trustworthy professional that I enjoyed working with. I would definitely recommend hiring PacWest Services for any of your plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater decided to go on a vacation recently and a friend of ours highly recommended Pacwest Plumbing. Justin came to our home fully prepared with all that was needed to get our hot water going again. Honest reliable professional. half way thru a diy project I realized I did not possess the skill set to finish the home repair I started. Justin and team basically saved us from having a huge back up mess in our house. A sinkhole appeared in our front yard and started having plumbing issues. A friend referred Justin. He was quick to respond and prompt. After a 6 hour day of digging, he discovered cracked pipes. On day two, he dug up the sinkhole and discovered broken, collapsed pipes. We had no idea how big of a job this would turn into. Justin was upfront about the process and cost of what needed to be done. He and his crew worked on our house for two weeks, always polite and gave us updates everyday. He was patient with us as we worked through fully understanding everything that needed to be done. We had to have all new sewer pipes (and toilet). While our yard, driveway and deck were completely taken apart, they put it all back and it looks as if nothing ever happened.I can not say enough good about the work Justin and his crew did. I would recommend PacWest to anyone!

PacWest Services was the first plumbing service to call me back (out of 5 calls I put out to different plumbers). After explaining my plumbing issue, Justin broke down how much the solution services would cost (WITHOUT me asking for a quote). Justin and Andrew came out to my house the same day I called and fixed the problem within 30 mins. They then spent another hour at my house explaining how the problem occurred, how to prevent it in the future and how much a permanent fix would cost. They were timely and extremely competent, and very fair when it came to cost. I encourage anyone with plumbing issues in the area to consider PacWest Services, support local services.

Justin was a pleasure to work with, he explained all the reasoning behind both the estimate and what he was finding during the work. He gave me a thorough written estimate before starting the work with different areas and costs broken out so I could choose which areas I wanted to prioritize. I believe the costs were quite reasonable. After I decided on the scope of work he then provided a timeline for when the work would be started, but ended up fitting me in a week early, which worked out great for me. Justin kept me up to date the whole time the work was being done so that I knew which areas would and wouldn’t be available. He always made sure we had at least one working bathroom. One of the things I particularly appreciated was that Justin and the crew kept all the areas clean and tidy, definitely by the end of each day, but usually even while they were working in a specific area. At the end of the project I received a written review of the work done and of the additional hourly work we had agreed on. Overall I found Justin to be responsible and trustworthy and I will definitely be working with him again on future projects.

I work for a water damage restoration company, so we often have to call in plumbers to help us either fix leaks, or relocate hot water tanks in order for us to complete our work. When I had a failure in my water line under my slab I called another plumber to get a quote. I was shocked by the price I was quoted so I called PacWest. Justin was able to come out right away and give me a quote that was 84% less than the first quote. He walked me through his thought process and worked with me to come up with a plan was that was cost effective and the most efficient to get the job done. He is affordable and timely in the delivery of his services. Less than a week after calling him my problem was fixed.I am extremely happy with my choice in using them in my home and you will be as well.

They responded within one hour of our urgent call for a failed sewage ejector pump. I had a minor leak in the bath tub and was told by one of the large plumbing companies that I would need to tear into my bathtub wall in order to find the problem. I was quoted $3000 for the repair. Instead, I called Justin and he came out right away, took one look at the faucets, and found the problem. No major bathtub damage and a ton of money saved. I highly recommend Pac West for any plumbing needs!

Our water heater had blown its pressure release valve (of course it was at night when we just came back from a trip), boiling hot water EVERYWHERE, I tried replacing it but the problem persisted. After calling a few other plumbing companies and not getting far I called Pac West Plumbing and spoke to Justin. Not only did he answer the phone, he actually took the time to listen to what the issue was (unlike another plumber I called that was instantly talking fees just to diagnose the issue). From the information I gave him, he was able to determine my issue, what the fix would be and gave me a preliminary quote over the phone. It was awesome to work with someone that is personable, honest and ready to help, especially in a stressful situation. Appreciate the quick turnaround and helpful tips for the future Justin! PacWest Plumbing is the only plumbing company we will be dealing with from here on out! Once again, thank you Justin!

So after having no luck with 6 other plumbers .... they don’t show up or won’t return calls ... I finally got a recommendation for Pac West and found them to be prompt and courteous. They actually showed up and worked through the very challenging issues of a 60 year old 12 story condo with cast iron pipe ... including inaccurate building plans. The end result .... we passed inspection for an addition of a new washer/dryer box with flying colors!! Will definitely recommend and use in the future.

I consulted with three commercially licensed plumbers/plumbing companies in the Everett area before deciding on and hiring PacWest Services to replace my aging water heater. I would highly recommend them in the future!Timely: PacWest Services returned my voicemail within half an hour, and provided me a quote just an hour after that. This was monumentally faster than the responses I got from the other two plumbers, which took almost 2 weeks each to provide quotes.Considerate and detailed: During my initial conversation with Justin from PacWest Services, I expressed my frustration with the slow response time and lack of information Id gotten from the other companies I’d spoken with. Justin took that seriously and responded accordingly, promptly providing me with a comprehensive list of everything they would be replacing.Accurate: They advised me the quote was tentative because it wasn’t based on an in-person evaluation (which I understood), yet the final price ended up being exactly what they had already quoted me. After 1 phone call and a couple pictures, it only took them an hour to accurately predict down to the dollar how much it would cost to replace the water heater, expansion tank, pan, and old gate valve. Those are two guys that know their craft and what they are doing.Honest: Both Justin and Eric from PacWest did expert quality work and were amiable during every interaction I had with them, be it on the phone, in text, or in person. I honestly knew within minutes of speaking to Justin that first time that I would end up hiring them to do the job. He - unlike my previous consults with other plumbers - seemed genuine and didnt give me the impression I was just a paycheck to him waiting to happen.Affordable: I know many of you reading this are wondering Ok, but was it cheap? No, but I dont believe they took advantage of me or that I paid more than was necessary to do the job right. I live on the 6th floor of a condominium complex - if my water heater leaks, Im liable for any damage it does to every unit below me. Thats the entire building - I dont want a sloppy job done on that. Id rather pay now and have it done well than go into debt later because I hired someone who didnt know what they were doing and ended up with a water heater that leaked down 6 stories. As they say- skilled labor isnt cheap, and cheap labor isnt skilled. If you want a cheap lousy job, look elsewhere. If you want the job done properly by two skillfull hardworking guys with great customer service who aren’t going to rip you off, call Justin and Eric at PacWest Services in Everett.

Justin and Eric were Awesome! They were hired by our owner to do a pretty big job of replacing old (1960’s) plumbing. Not only did they get the job done in 2 days, but they made sure the washing machine was good, installed a new dishwasher, fixed the ice machine box, replaced and repaired rusted pipes in one of our bathrooms and replaced a shower head in the other. Very professional, very little mess and they made sure to clean whatever they did make and very friendly. We recommend them to anyone with issues. We will use them for sure in the future if we have any updates or other plumbing needs. A+ work and attitude!

(cast-iron fittings, 100 year old lines that we had repaired improperly over the years, etc.)Jason had to work in a crawl space that was only 15 high. Called PAC West during the recent freeze because we had a bursted water pipe. Took Justin a few days to get back to me (which was expected because I’m sure he was inundated with calls!) however, once he did, he was extremely knowledgeable over the phone and schedule a time frame to visit. Once it came close to that time frame on the day of the job, Justin notified me a more specific window where he’d arrive. Showed up right on time and jumped right in! Justin was exceptional with explaining what he saw, a couple different remediation choices for the busted pipe, and what I should do to try and help mitigate the chances of another bursted pipe. The entire time Justin was clear and concise in his explanations, and letting me know everything he was going to do. When it came time for the job, he was quick! He quoted me what I thought was a fair value for the work and even helped explain what I should do with insurance. Overall, Justin and PAC West far exceeded my expectations! I’ll definitely be using him and PAC West as my go-to plumbers from now on.

I have used Justin and Pacwest for my plumbing needs for the past 3 or 4 years. A few small jobs here and there and have always been pleased with the Quality work and competitive cost. I have recommended Pacwest to all of my friends and coworkers and they have been pleased as well. Recently I came into a situation where I needed to do a pretty major project. Once again Pacwest has come through. As well as Plumbing they are taking care of framing, sheet rock and tile work. Justin also arranged for an electrician to get the work done and keep us on schedule when my normal electrician fell through. Like Justin says from small to all This time we went for ALL. The whole team (Justin,Andrew and Erik gets my thumbs up.So give them a call.
