These guys did a great job. They installed a water heater for us. Professional, reliable, on time, friendly and excellent communication. They also didn’t jack up the price like the big outfit Apollo plumbing did.

Big Sky Water Heaters came to my rescue again and I couldn’t be happier with their quick response!My water heater was leaking and I called and talked to Barry about what could be wrong. We tried to troubleshoot a little over the phone, but I needed more help, and was able to send someone out the same day!I bought it from them a while back (about 6 months ago or so) and the quality of service they provided made definitely made me call again when something was wrong. I’m so happy I made that decision, because they are truly the best at what they do!I can not recommend them enough! Big Sky Water Heaters for the win again!

Ive been a carpenter/cabinet maker for 40 years, so I know the construction business and the characters found in it. Ive had a few occasions to deal with plumbers in Everett, all experiences not to be repeated. Searching for a plumber to repair or replace my suddenly non-functioning water heater, I liked the reviews for Big Sky and gave them a shot.Wow, Barry is the best. Honest, sincere and timely. There was a glitch with the gas valve on the new unit, and he stayed with it until he got it to 100%. A lot of guys in this business make a good show at first, but quickly become less responsive if there is a problem. I was in good hands from the start, his price was fair and the work all I could ask for.Use this guy!

This company was referred to us by friends that raved about their service and reasonable prices. We had the chance to see it first-hand when they came to fix our water heater. They were friendly, they figured out the fix quickly, they were diligent in getting the necessary parts for the repair and left the area spotless before leaving. Thanks Barry for saving us from more cold showers and the lower-than-expected invoice. I also referred them to my brother who needed a new water heater installed and he had the same excellent service from them. They are highly recommended by our friends and family.

Woke up to find my old hot water tank had sprung a nasty leak. I looked up hot water installation business online. After making a few calls, I ended up calling back Big Sky Water Heaters. They were very knowledgeable on tankless hot water systems. I realized after speaking to Big Sky Water Heater, that a tankless hot water system was the way to go. Its an great investment, and if I ever do desire to sell my home, its a plus for my home resale value. I am happy for the service I received from the guys at Big Sky Water Heaters. Looking back, wished I had gotten a tankless system before.

Very knowledgeable people who work here. I had a water heater installed a few days ago. They were one of the few companies that told me Why they charged certain things and could give me a price aInstead if an estimate.Tankless water heaters are more expensive but to me it was well worth it. They also have a really great warranty program that i would highly recommend to anyone. Ill be using them from here on out. Thank you Big Sky Water Heaters!

Barry and his team are amazing!! We had a mysterious leak in our basement and unfortunately, the plumber lve used for 6+ years was booked out for the next month and a half. Once Ive built trust with someone, its hard for me to find another service provider and I was a little panicked. Barry came to the rescue - he was super responsive and very attentive. He made himself readily available, answered all of my questions, and quickly offered solutions. Whats more Barrys team is also incredible and worked very quickly to fix the problem. Everyone at Big Sky is kind and provides exceptional work. I cannot recommend this company enough for all water heater servicing needs!

Our contractor special water heater started leaking so we called a few places. Barry answered the call quickly and gave lots of information to help me choose the right replacement model. They were able to come out within a few hours, and the installation was done within 30 minutes! Our water is nice and hot now and were very happy with the service from Big Sky.

I woke up in the morning and discovered that I had no hot water. I dont know much about how to fix a hot water heater. Id heard about Big Sky Water Heaters from my father. He had told me if I ever had a water heater problem to call Big Sky and highly recommended them. So I listen to Dad and Ill tell you something, he was not wrong. Barry came right over! He showed up when he said he was going to and he knew exactly what the problem was when I told him what I was experiencing! They were punctual and practical with very reasonable pricing. If you ever have a problem with your hot water heater.... just like my father I would highly recommend you called Big Sky. Get the job done quick and easy. They got mine working right within 5 hours and I was back to having hot water that night.

Woke up a few mornings ago finding myself forced into a cold morning shower, then no hot water for my dishes! What is this? I find out my water heater is no longer functioning. I had a friend who have used these guys before and I called them up for a replacement and it was done by the time i got home from work that same day. They put a new water heater in and hualed the old one. They were respectful and clean and amazingly fast. The water heater is much better than the old one which has cuased me to be late now as my shower time has increased. Thank god for hot water and BigSky!
